I needed something delivered next day and paid a pretty penny to make that happen. The woman at the desk assured me that next day delivery could occur. It did not. The package will not arrive until 72 hours after it was guaranteed. Why? The driver missed the plane. Furthermore this happens frequently. So why not tell me that? I would have used FedEx. The process for complaining is unsatisfactory. I rue the day I stepped my foot into this awful place and will never do it again. Avoid them if you can.
The lady forced me to change box when she saw your shipping box was used . Her reason was the ups driver would refuse to deliver this box. When I stepped out, I asked the ups driver . He said nothing wrong my box.When I change a new box at home and back to ship again, the guy said they wont accept COD service. It is the first time I met such a ridiculous thing and I back home to create a shipping label and the ups driver.come to my office to pick up .
This is the worst UPS store I have seen. After the lady scanned the shipping label multiply times and got the green light (accepted), she still wanted me go back, call the company to get a new label. She said I have to pay $11+ for another label if I dont.When I went to the other UPS Store, the gentleman scanned the same shipping label and print out another one for me right away with no charge.The time was 4/13/2021, around 3 pm.
The customer service are good. If you can get a parking to come in here.

This is the UPS in my neighborhood and I always sends & pickup with them.The service is excellent and the people that works there are good people.I came in 5mins before the store closes ( my bad, needing to send a package off. I was treated by a friendly employee name Denis.Despite coming in late, he didn’t complain & swiftly helped me with what I needed professionally.I’d be happy to come back again.

Arrived 3 minutes late and they didnt allow me to pick up my package even if the staffs were not leaving at all. A guy wearing a vest (yes you are right, a vest) asked me to leave. To be honest, Im not sure if he worked there at all. When I went back next morning, the same guy (he remembered his uniform) did give me my package but this time, he forgot giving my driver license back. Do not go to this place if you have any other choice. (Like the USPS several blocks away)
Although I can only speak for drop off, they are always great and helpful. From time to time I forget to tape the package, they assisted me with it.
They have very limited staffs here. Fortunately, they handle your request and answer your questions efficiently. I wish it were open earlier, like 7 AM to let commuters send packages before they leave work. I often see people in cars waiting by the store until the staffs open the door
I sent two small packages. One was shipped fine while the other one never arrived to its destination.The day I went in, one of the employees (Bald, 30s Asian Male) essentially threatened that if I didnt buy a slightly thicker envelop to ship my item, it wouldnt arrive at its destination. When I said I wanted to try it my way he said then its not my problem if it gets lost. I then went ahead, in fear that I would lose my mail, to buy the thicker envelop, but it didnt matter because they lost my package anyway.I was cheated, denigrated and robbed all at the same time by UPS and I will tell this story to everyone I know.
The staff there was badly mannered, I asked if i can buy a prepaid air bill, they said they never print shipping label if you dont have your items ready. And he said he didnt trust any body coz he was afraid somebody would put booms or something dangerous into the envelope. Do I look suspicious? Actually later when I was back to office, I just spent 15 minutes to setup account in UPS website and printed the label and paid the airbill. I will never go there again. And I would like to tell you, if you have any other option, do not go there.
Arrived at 6:59pm just to drop off a postage paid and labeled package. Front door was already locked and the inside gate was closed. Seems like they closed 5 mins earlier than they were supposed to. The rats will play when the boss is away it seems...

These guys think they can charge a $5 fee for pickup of a package. They call it “storage” even though UPS pickup after up to seven days is meant to be complimentary. This UPS Store stinks and you’d be better off taking your business elsewhere.
I have been to this UPS several times in the last two weeks, and the staff has been exceedingly helpful. The facility is also well kept.
Dropping off UPS boxes here is quick and seamless.
An employee left another employee in the middle of packing my item even though there was a line of people. Pretty lousy service if you ask me. Had to wait 45 minutes for my package to be done.

They do NOT have REAL notaries there. I just drove down there for nothing. They do NOT do I-9 verification. They suck.

Almost all stores are in English! It does n’t even have a third-party language service. It does n’t matter. What ’s even more unpleasant is that the printing requires a deposit for the computer! Then I do n’t tell you what you use and then deduct money!
