Don’t pay or walk out without making sure everything is working. Will not explain all that it will take to repair and the cost. Replaced screen which did not work and then all of sudden there were additional cost that were not explained at the time. Very unprofessional!!

Did not even try and give options for help on virus removal because they are short handed. Seems to me that Ruben needs to be a little more professional when dealing with customers that are willing to work you, even when they can not.

Not a good place to fix your phone. Took my phone to get screen replaced and to fix the battery now if it’s fully charged it just dies out of no where and goes back to 3 percent when it turns back on

Called for general information. Couldnt get passed the girl who answers phone to speak to a technician. She didnt know anything about computers to ask, as she told me. Repetably told to drop off computer for dynoatics testing, when trying to ask basic simple questions on computer terminology.

These guys are awesome. My charging port, mic, and both speakers were broken on my iPhone. They fixed it up the same day I took it in for a very reasonable price, and I am more then happy with how my phone works now. They were very friendly people and were informative about my device, the problems I had and how they would go about the trouble shooting process. I would deal with these guys again for my electronics because they seem to care about their customers. From my experience with this company Id rate 10/10
