Very good customer service. Great employees. I have been shopping at Abbey carpet for 12 years and I was never disappointed. My carpet and tiles are great and last a very long time.

We hired an independent installer to do our tile work, and he ordered supplies from Abbey for us. Our project was time sensitive and Abbey was very slow with everything. Our installer provided square footage to Abbey. They did nothing for one week, so I stopped in the store to put down a deposit. They took my deposit, and still took 5 days to place the order. They ordered the wrong grout, despite being given the details, so we had to choose a new color, do a return, re order, and wait another week. They also overestimated the amount of tiles needed for the footage. We were left with 85 extra 13 x 13 tiles, over $200 in cost. We ended up selling these on Craigs list rather than dealing with Abbey any further. They also had invoice miscalculations and were unable to find the paperwork at times. Would not recommend!

Just had Abbey Carpet install a new Karndean floor. It looks fabulous! They were very professional and courteous. Everything was done in a timely manner. I would use them again without reservation. Thank you!
