We have been using Connie and Dave for years. They recently worked on our newer truck and did an amazing job. They stayed in touch on a daily basis while they waited for the parts to come in. Couldnt ask for better service.

Be aware! LACK OF INTEGRITY. Scheduled an inspection for pickup truck 3 days in advance, even called a day before to make sure appointment is still in place. I took a day off for this. At the time of arrival, Ive been told the are too busy and to come back tomorrow. They had a $2,000 job prioritized in front. The bad part the lady had a bad attitude and very rude, she showed me the door in frustration when I asked why would they do such a thing. Very unprofessional and rude. Try at your own risk. Because mechanics are such in demand now, they shamelessly dropped the ball on customer service, lower than the sinked Titanic at the bottom of the ocean. Do not be fooled by the high 4.9 rating (as of now), since their entire family ( including second cousins) voted 5 starts to get such a high ratings. I went to Dearborn Automotive on Van Born and they took me right in and the mechanic was nice enough to invite me in an show me undercarriage information, what is good and what is bad. Just be aware. There are many other shops at a way decent standard than this shady business. Owner has the audacity to lie that I yelled at them. How low. I called in advance being 15 min late. My time was still appointed from noon to 2pm. I requested less time just for inspection to make sure Im buying the correct car. They didnt even wanted to listen and showed me the door. Very unprofessional.

This place is a gem I picked them randomly off of google because they were close to my house and had good reviews They had my car fixed in 1 day and ending price was 100$ Less than the estimate they were very honest they replaced my fuel sending unit. I am definitely taking my car there for any other repairs and would recommend them to anyone. they were very knowledgeable and are a family business couldn’t be happier with their service

They were able to diagnose my car troubles and solve the check engine light problem I’ve been having for a while now very quickly. Parts gathered and labor was all done in a very timely manner. They are both very, very knowledgeable within their field and I’ve never met two mechanics that can actually explain exactly what’s going on with my car in terms that I can understand before I met these two. Great job you two and keep up all the hard work you do!

I dropped my car off based on someones recommendation. They repaired a water pump and timing chain, it runs great. The price seemed reasonable as well.

This is the worst repair shop… Do not I repeat do not bring your car here, they replaced a alternator and a battery in my Cadillac three months later I was having problems with my car again so I had it sent to the Cadillac dealership and they told me that I had a bad alternator and battery… so I called Clarks repair shop and told them what was going on and the old lady upfront at the desk told me that it was my fault because I charge my battery too much so I damage the battery and the alternator. She had a terrible attitude about the whole situation… Absolute terrible customer service.. Use them at your own risk hopefully they get it right for you... If they dont get it right they will blame it on you.. Beware

I will not go anywhere else. I trust them and that is big for me.
