Very poor experience. My sister and I (both African American) were followed around the store and asked by every single employee (3 at the time) if we needed help, multiple times. The short blonde, heavy set woman even came up and grabbed the items I was going to purchase out of my hands for some reason and put them on the counter. And like another commenter stated, the woman with the purple hair kept following us around and asking if we needed help. I didnt see anyone else, who wasnt Black, being followed around the store and berated. And every where I went in the store, one of the three workers were conveniently cleaning/fixing up a shelf next to me, even though there was nothing to be fixed. Also, Im trying to understand why Sallys, or maybe it was just the women at this particular store, made me pay 15 cent for a bag for my things. So because Sallys decided to go eco friendly, or so I was told at the register, customers have to pay for bags to carry their purchased items out of the store in? I have gone to this Sallys for years and I have never been treated like this, but this is my last time purchasing from Sallys ever again. I will not be returning.

Always a great place to shop. Some of the ladies are very helpful and are pretty educated on hair dye. Its my go to place.

I love Sallys! They have just about any & everything you need. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Remembered Sallys was in Allen ParkMy sales lady was very helpful. All the safety precautions were met. It was convenient location.

Ordered products on 4-23-20 funds taken from my account 4-29-20. As of this date 6-8-20 I have not received my products or my refund and can not reach anyone to clear this up. Not sure if Sallys is the route you wanna go. Be careful.

Oh my god don’t ever listen to them they know absolutely nothing about hair! I wanted to go light and I had the lady help me and did every step she suggested and my hair is absolutely fried I’m so incredibly pissed! They just hire anyone which is sad you should have a license in cosmetology to work here!!!

Doesn’t answer the phone then gives me attitude for it .😂

They are so kind to me. Always helping me find exactly what I need whether it is for styling wigs, make-up, or nail supplies they have me covered!

My wife went in today ( this is the wife on Dereks fb lol) I seen Emma and she was great talked to me for like 45 mins about what my hair needed and how to do it even wrote out instructions for me great service! She deserves a raise 😉

The only reason why this sallys is getting a star is because you have to put a star to leave a review. I had a very unpleasant experience at this Sallys walking in the doorbell chimes theres a woman standing behind the counter at the register right next to the door she did not even look up or knowledge that I was even there, I said my hellos, she replied back and I started shopping a few seconds later another customer came from the back of the store towards the register, she was speaking to another person that she was with and said Im going to ask the lady at the register for some assistance.
