I called to inquire about walking in for a flu shot, was told to come in, got to the store less than 10 minutes later, and the pharmacist said that theyre too busy and to come back tomorrow. Thats fine but Id rather they didnt waste my time to begin with.

Everyone in the pharmacy are rude and not helpful at all!! Doesn’t matter who you are or what’s wrong. I just feel like they don’t care about anyone or even their job. If they hate working there that much find another job!!!!!

Purchased a few items from this location and my 9 year old daughter was crying to use the restroom. I politely asked if we could use a lavatory and they said no. Never deny a child who can’t hold their bladder.

This CVS has always been so incredibly helpful and clean. I love that the pharmacist has always been so quick to help me and I never have to wait in line long. Helpful staff and a great place for all of your needs.

Bought a usb drive yesterday, when it didnt function and I tried to exchange it the very rude old lady behind the counter was very rude. Gave me no option but to leave and be out $40. This is unacceptable. Either function as a business or shut down. Being rude and not even trying to make it right means she doesnt deserve her minimum wage job.

Pharmacist was beyond the most unprofessional adult I have ever had to speak to. Staff had no knowledge on deprecate occasions. Literally had to bring in my prescription bottle to prove the amazing technology on the computers wrong. Worst CVS in any of the 5 cities I have lived in.

As soon as i walked in the manager Lynette asked if i needed something with an attitude, which i found very unwelcoming. It is not the first time it happens, the previous time i came here with a friend, the manager told one of the workers to keep an eye on us, very rude! Is it racism? misjudge? Just rudeness? I dont know. Not coming here again. Theres other CVS stores nearby so thankfully theres other choices.

It is required by my insurance coverage.

Theyre racist and the DM refuses to do anything about the rude, nasty manager.
