Sue, Judy, and Ali at the return desk went through a gauntlet with me to try and return some pillows I ordered online from Target.com that weren’t as advertised. These ladies went ABOVE AND BEYOND to provide incredible guest service for an issue that wasn’t even the fault of their store and was a problem on Target.com’s end. This store gets five stars from me because they were willing to sit through four computer crashes to try and help me process my return that eventually had to be called in to corporate. THANK YOU SO MUCH for your hard work today. While I couldn’t return them today, they still helped me even though corporate was junk help. Thank you guys!!

The Young Man was outside in between spaces. I was trying to figure out how to say I was here. He popped in beside my car and said what is your name. He was the sweetest and most respectful young man. One of the nicest I have dealt with. Please give him kuddos for doing 1 second extra to help someone.

If you want to have a great experience, with a real human touch, this is the Target to shop at. Every time I go, the customer service is better and better. Most recent a young man named Lane and a manager named James helped me and they went above and beyond. You just rarely find that kind of customer service anymore. I will not shop anywhere else

The new Target app is perfect with easy to follow instructions. I received my pickup code right after I checked in. The associate who helped with my order was extremely courteous and responsive. His kind service was very appreciated! I love Target and will continue to shop at this store.

Love my Target at McDermott Road, Allen and want to recognize their team members who are wonderful assets. I am giving you only two stars as you MUST ensure the restrooms are CLEAN and tidied up every hour. I shop at Target at least twice a week and the ladies bathroom is vial. I have spoken to your customer service representatives many times about this. Please clean up.

I am so impressed with this Target! This morning, I was looking for a snack but couldnt find it. A few staff came and helped to locate it. Big hands to them! I feel like a VIP here.The store is sanitary and well organized. The inventory is super accurate! Most chain supermarkets cant provide this high standard.Great experiences (both pick-up and go-in store). Highly recommended! Keep up the good work, Target!

I feel you can tell a lot about a location by the condition of their restroom so this review is based solely off the restroom. Very clean stall. Locks work. Toilet paper dispenser is full. Has a diaper changing station. Uses paper towels not air hand dryers. Overall the entire restroom was clean.

Ordered something from the app and when we went to pick it up they drive up it took forever! Slow staff!

The fact that the dressing rooms are still closed is absolutely ridiculous. Its been over a year since the start of covid..either figure out how to open the dressing rooms or dont sell clothes. Some of us dont have enough in their bank account to buy 4 pairs of pants to try on at home just to pick one and return the rest.

The store is always clean and the employees are friendly. Another reason is I feel that since the pandemic, you guys are trying to keep things sanitized. I see your efforts and it is appreciated.

Nice clean store, but never enough registers open, plenty of them being used for storing various items though.

The website had accurate store inventory. My online order was ready to pick up within 2 hours. The app was very user friendly. Great customer service. The drive up service is great. i didnt have to get out of my car, go in the store, and stand in line to pick up my items.

Jose and other staff were very helpful in helping us get our microwave to checkout and to our car.

HORRIBLE experience today!!! Where are the flyers in Sundays papers? Didnt get a feeling that they care about my business any longer. Their machine didnt take my Target card. Tried to settle that at the main desk and the manager was the most UNHELPFUL person in the store! Clearly doesnt care about customer connections at all! Target USED to be a great place to shop!

Gestapo like tactics being imposed on a long time customer by a checker re: face masks. VERY rude and angry tone. When a customer has to loosen a mask due to health reasons and the checker is safely cloistered behind her plastic shield and there is no one within six feet there is absolutely NO excuse for this kind of attitude at the check out..

Stores pretty organized but the restrooms are DISGUSTING. ALWAYS. They smell terrible every time I’ve used them.

I like this Target. It may be smaller, but they have most of the same things and the team members are nice and helpful.

Been there twice, and found the food and items I was looking for.

I have used and LOVED Target here in Allen Texas since it opened. I have also used this facility anywhere from 2-4 times weekly, but since this incident I havent went back. I have lost my confidence and no longer feel safe and this incident has cost me a LOT of money and time off work. Very discouraged.

First time ordering for a drive up order. Thanks to the team who put it all together Cole, Jen and Sara! Signing the little slips with their names encouraged me to write a review since I’m able to name and thank everyone personally. It did take a little longer for my order to arrive, but Cole was really sweet and apologized for the time. Overall, will definitely be using drive up very soon!

This is my favorite go-to Target store. It’s smaller and set up like the “old target” but has the newer product. The employees are always the nicest here, far above any other store (I shop at a lot of them!) I love how they have free fruit for the kiddos too!

This is a wonderful location.There is ample parking and the staff is very helpful. I was looking for a fresh mangoes and after seeing none on the floor one of the produce workers went and find a ripe one for me. I would highly recommend this location.

A-1 store! Super helpful whether you are buying something or returning. For as busy as Target always is, this one is exceptionally fast and kind throughout all of it.

Horrible experience. Had to have 2 people help me with simple transactions and they couldn’t do it. Spent an hour of MY time in target and left with nothing. If you’re going to put employees on the floor please make sure they know how to do everything. I have worked in retail for years and a causer who doesn’t know how to do all of their job doesn’t make since. Never going back to this location!!!

Always here! I probably go to this target twice a day. They can meet all your needs. If you can’t find it in the store ( it always is in the store) you can always find it online. The employees here are all so kind and helpful. They have scanners all around the store Incase your product doesn’t have a price tag. Embarrassed about your product? There is self checkout for that! In a rush? They have super fast express lines for 15 or less items!

This is my neighborhood store and I have been working in retail for years both on the floor and behind the scenes via corporate offices or vendors. From my lens, I can see definite flaws in operations and availability. Associates running around like chickens with their heads cutoff to clean up messes from customers and their fellow associates. Essentially not enough time or people to finish the work. Their pay seems to not be competitive with other retailers and it shows on their faces and posture.As far as finding things, it’s a smaller store and suffices for quick shopping. Sometimes items are out of stock.

Loved the sales they had on vacuums. Everyone was very nice, even though when I went to look for someone it took me a minute. Regardless, it was my first time in and will be back!

This is MY Target. I have been shopping here for 12 years. I never had any issues finding things the employees are super friendly and very helpful. Just went to this store in the afternoon. There was only one cashier and they’ve added self check out stations. The line for the cashier was really long and it took forever to check out. Disappointed to see the self check out at target. If the customers have to work for target, we should get paid.Please bring the cashiers back.

I am a last minute shopper and Christmas is always hectic. This year I shopped on line and pick up items in the store, late at night when I am awake and there are very few shoppers. I would highly recommend the online shopping. They will even bring items to your car. This year was soo much less hectic.

Every time i come into this store i am met by, not only the cleanest target i have ever seen, but also some of the nicest employees. They dont bug you non stop like other stores but if you need help they seem to have a sixth sense about it. The store seems to be a bit understaffed but the commitment of the employees makes up for it most of the time.This is the only target i shop at and will probably be the only target i ever shop at. All the super targets that are in the area just seem to worry about is more product, but i can find everything i need at this location easily.All in all, this is a great location and i will continue to shop here so long as i live in the area.

Went here to find a certain toy that they said was in stock. I can’t find it on the shelf so I ask one of the workers to help me.He follows me to the aisle and takes two seconds looking and says “oh that’s it” and points to a toy made by a completely different manufacturer. When he realizes this he says “well, I mean is your heart set on that one? Just get something else”. So I tell him yes, this is for Christmas so I would like to get what the person asked for.He then says “oh just get it on Amazon or something”. And I remind him that Amazon doesn’t have a buy two get one free sale going on. He then says he will check in the back but don’t get my hopes up because even though the app said it’s in stock “our app is trash so it’s probably not back there” and after waking off I hear him walk down the aisle right behind ours and ask a lady if she needed help.Long story short, guy told me to just buy something else instead of what I needed, told me he’d check the back then didn’t (after saying the target app is trash for never having the right stock listed), so I guess I’ll finish the rest of my Christmas shopping on Amazon like he suggested.

CVS Pharmacy inside Target at 909 West McDermott in Allen, TX is very good. There is a lady there who does a fine job of immunizations as well as filling prescriptions.

The store was clean and quiet. I was able to find exactly what I wanted for great prices.

Our cashier was super nice, helpful and guided me on understanding my cartwheel savings.

Ive heard good reviews about how convenient it is, tonight was my first time using the drive up process.

Had the wonderful pleasure of dealing with Saud in the electronics department. I came in looking for the Samsung Gear Fit 2 Pro, and sadly the only one in stock didnt fit my wrist. However he was very knowledgeable on their smart watch lineup. He informed me of my many other options, and while they were all good and I might have settled, my heart is set on the Fit 2 Pro, which he then informed me about shopping on the target website. Saud knows his stuff, and was a very great employee to interact with.

Like any Target Ive been to, this one is very clean. Always have a nice atmosphere. Would recommend that the associates speak more.

Would be higher as I do most general shopping at Target, but the last couple months have been disappointing. Fewer open registers and target associates around. Nobody could remove security device from soundbar package. Same problem again a week later. No open registers on a Sunday @ 10am when the ads come out. Keep this up and more biz wil lgo to Amazon

Clothes are very fashionable. Baby stuff is way over priced. I wonder how they can compete with groceries and will buy nursing bras and supplies at Wal-Mart.

I love target. Most people do. I do my grocery shopping here, buy my kids clothes here, toys etc. Between the cartwheel app, the red card, and printable coupons you cant afford to not shop here!

I love Target!

I love this Target, I can get in and out fairly quickly. I try not go during a peek times so I never really wait long for checkout. I do wish they had a larger selection of food items but it’s okay, not a dealbreaker for me.

Always a delight to shop here! Employees are great, Gentry is good too!

My wife loves this location because it is a standard size Target. There is a super target just up the road but she prefers this location.
