Tina is absolutely wonderful!! We came in just to look and price some things out and she took the time to go over all of our options and really show us things without making us feel rushed or pressured. She individualized our shopping experience and we ended up leaving with EXACTLY what we wanted. Tina also helped us to the car with our purchase. Our experience was top notch from start to finish.

Watch out for this store! We needed to return a defective item within the return window and they refused. Would not do the return because they said it was used, yeah used and defective! All we wanted was store credit. Finally the district manager agreed to give us a refund. Amazing we had to go through those kind of steps return something that was broken. Needless to say were not going to buy anything else there again. Poor customer service loses another customer good job.

My husband visited this store to purchase a gift for me for Valentines Day. He didnt know much about the products other than that I liked them. Tina worked with him to pick out the right items for me and educated him about LeCreuset. He had a very positive experience and I loved the gifts he gave me. The Le Creuset outlet store has nice products at their store however, they dont sell the entire Le Creuset product line. The outlet store has good weekly prices better than the Le Creuset online store, often times they also have deep sale prices on their products. Le Creuset makes very durable kitchen products. Recently I have been on a mission to upgrade much of my older kitchen utensils. The Le Creuset outlet ensures I do this with best quality products. My experience with Le Creuset corporate is they are horrible to deal with. I spent 3 months trying to get a replacement gasket for a product I bought brand new from Corporate and still have never gotten the replacement. So even though the outlet store has nice products I have no delusion about having to get warranted on a product that it will most likely be a fight! My suggestion is purchase the product through Amazon and if there is an issue let Amazon fight the battle for you. Good luck!

Great store. I wish everything had a price. It would be much easier to do calculations for sales. Since the employees dont know all the prices, nor do I expect them to, it takes a bit to find out how much something is.

Rude staff! when I purchased the pot they said it was guaranteed... The person I gave it to didnt like the color and tried to return it and the store was rude and refused to honor the return - buyers beware !!!!

Had quite the experience with the staff today, 8/30. Walked in to look around, was just browsing but a few things caught my eye. No one greeted, or asked if I needed help. I continued to look and decided to purchase one coffee mug. I stood in line with my 9 mo old son then when it was my turn staff member, TINA asked me to step aside so she can checkout the person she was helping, a little taken aback that I was asked to move so she could help someone standing in line BEHIND ME, I moved and waiting in line longer and my son began to get fussy. When it was my turn I asked why she asked me to move and she said it was because she was already helping that person and she was waiting, even though she wasn’t standing in line to checkout like the rest of us. She said she didn’t think she was being rude but apologized. Never coming back thanks to TINA.

I went in this store looking to save money on my first pieces, while being able to inspect them before purchase. The sales associate, Nancy, was friendly, helpful, and not at all snobbish when I admitted I was looking for a bargain. She pointed things out, and once I made my decisions she looked each piece carefully to make certain it was perfect, rejecting a couple to give me the best possible purchase for my money. Finally, she took the time to explain proper use and maintenance...it was obvious she cared about both the product and customer.I can afford to pay full price, but why? I could buy on Amazon, but have been alerted to problems with undisclosed seconds. Shopping the outlet store was the best of both worlds and Nancys customer service was the icing on the cake!

The stores mailbox is full and the recording just hangs up on you when you call. I have also tried to call corporate customer service several times and have been unable to get to a customer service representative-- the system hung up on me after holding for 33-min. I also sent them an email 10 days ago regarding my issue, no response. I ordered an item 3-weeks ago and have not received it. Am at a loss of how to get a hold of anyone to resolve.

Before going to the store please make sure you do your part of research (Especially if you are a first time buyer). They will tell everything you need to hear in order to sell the product. Please note, they will tell that you can bring back the product if you dont like it. But, they have strict return policy which they never mention at the time of sales.
