Worst customer service,had no knowledge. Of products Awlful . The black haired girl was most rude . There was one older lady with cane and one younger . Poor service just rude I am in customer service and I worked for clairol logics and Estee lauder, customer service should be a priority . Need to train your staff .

The sales associate that was working 6/6/2020 around 2:30 pm was really rude. I came in and she was with a customer who was being difficult and I could tell by her body language and tone of voice that she was over it (I would be too) I was waiting up front to be checked out, not in a big hurry and she came up there and was rude to me as well. I came to Sally’s because it was “convenient” at the time, but I’ll stick to the professional store for my supplies.

I do wish they had a more variety of hair color. Otherwise, I love this place. The young ladies I have encountered here have always been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable too. They’ve always given me sound recommendations and I’d trust their advice. My star off is just because the quality of some of the products make it hard to go there too much. I’m ok with paying more for quality and sometimes that means I visit other beauty stores versus this one.

I had a bad experience at my favorite location and after talking with my favorite associate, she made me feel 100% better about my issue. Joy is my favorite reason to return to this store. I’m glad she understood where I was coming from and that she takes the time to read these reviews. Thank you for always being so awesome and talking to me like a real person - a friend even. Sally’s is one of the only beauty retailers out there that does customer service right.

Nice place, smaller, but people are nice and they have great hair clips!

Sallys is now charging customers for bags. So thats how this now works? Nope, I will not pay Sally to bag items Ive paid for. Its called customer service Sallys, it seems youve forgotten that.

So helpful, personable, & willing to help teach me how to use certain products for the first time, like dying my sons hair blue. Complete newbie but I walked out of there & did an ok job.

Well organized, clean, store with friendly and helpful staff. Each time i have gone to get products, the staff helps me decode what to get. They all are lisenced hair stylists, so they actually know the products and can make professional recommendations.

Not just a supply store! She told me what I needed to cover my current color! Perfect!

I love Sallys but Im convinced you have to be rude to work for Sallys The employees at this location and at the McKinney locations are RUDE....

Even though this is the only place I will buy my hair dye, thats because its the only place that sells it... The staff seems genuinely uninterested in being there and they have a serious lack of product knowledge

People there seem to not want to help, when asked something the two girls there answer with an attitude. Horrible service, will not be coming back!
