Helpful service. Bought 3 pairs of shoes

I’m visiting from Minneapolis, and I’m always greeted at every store I enter (in and out of town), but unfortunately, this store fell short. I’m an SM Pass+ member, looking to buy some heels for tonight, and was disappointed by not being acknowledged. I left the store after witnessing other patrons being greeted. Customer service is the most important thing to me. Will never return.

I came in Monday evening looking for a specific pair of shoes for work. I always have a difficult time finding shoes in my size or the correct shoes that I was needing for work. Kendra B. & DeAundra (Dee) went above and beyond for me. I was able to get the shoes I needed for work. Their customer service was exceptional! They are the reason I will be back to Steve Madden store.Thank you so much ladies!-Alyssa B.

Bought a pair of $120 shoes from here this weekend, told the employee that the shoes he brought from the back had a damaged shoe lace and I would like a pair that was in new condition to buy. He went to the back and came out with what appeared to be a different pair, however upon getting home and taking them out of the box, the exact same location of damage to the shoelace was present. Very doubtful that two unopened pairs of shoes had damage in the exact same spot. Dishonest employee.

Associates here act as if you are bothering them and aren’t helpful at all. It’s as if the customers money, isn’t what keeps them in business. I’ve never been to a Steve Madden like this. Attitudes are lackadaisical with faces that say, we don’t give a care. Left the shoes I wanted to purchases at the counter. I’ll rather pay full price than be treated as if I don’t matter.

Great place to pick up some nice shoes for a good price

Went to the store yesterday and girls there weren’t helpful at all. I end up buying a pair of heels and I come home to one shoe . So upsetting.

Worst experience. We will not be back. We were a few days out of return period and the manager refused to do anything, but a store credit. My family and I will no longer be bringing any business to this company when we can keep our business with companies who appreciate us as customers, like Nordstrom.
