Took my Harley for a much needed speaker update. Also bought a camper to tow behind . The electric brake module needed an additional harness to go between the module and internal wiring. Went to two different places and left empty handed, stressed, frustrated. Heading home I passed Sounds Plus made a quick u turn and asked for help. They looked up the wiring diagram, tested everything out be for installing they hard wired it in!!! NOW heres the kicker!!!!! since the have never really done this in this past they really didnt know what to charge!! They offered one price which was way low so we settled on a fair price!!!They are just good honest hard working guys....

Came in today with a annoying led issue (factory issue) and they fixed it on the spot for a great price. Quality install. I highly recommend going here for all your audio and LED needs!! Great place, great team up there as well!

I brought my wife’s 2015 Mazda 3 here to get a lot of work done the whole 9 pretty much sub install door speakers/tweeters new head unit, amplifier if anyone knows anything about the Mazda 3 it has a peculiar head unit location after calling around to several places with no luck and no one willing to mess with it I finally landed on sounds plus in Allen and boy am I glad I did they talked to me on the phone very professional I told him my situation to which he replied bring it on in I’ll take a look at it for you fast forward 2 days I drop by on my day off walk in the store they greeted me right away very friendly immediately went out to the car to check it out with me he told me he could do the install gave me the price and walked me through every step of it very professionally it was a BIG job however and it would take several hours to complete which was fine I had time to kill their shop closes at 6pm I arrived around 2:30 within that 3 and a half hour time frame they managed to do the tedious install of the head unit the subwoofer the amplifier and the front door speakers nearly 90% complete on the car they got it cleaned up and nice looking for me and invited me to come back and finish up at my earliest convenience and I was on my way these guys truly are professionals in their field and I would highly recommend them for any work to my car or anyone else’s awesome shop awesome attitude great prices and quality work you can trust thanks guys you all rock I’ll definitely be back to get the back door speakers done as well as some work to my personal car in the future keep doing what you do providing good quality honest work when there isn’t a lot of options in that field DO NOT GO TO A BIG BOX STORE GO SEE THESE GUYS THEY WILL HOOK YOU UP!

Came in to install a sub and an amp. The appointment took no time to set up and was a smooth process overall. Everyone i talked to was friendly and knew what they were doing. Even after running into an issue with my equipment not working they handled it extremely patiently and quickly.

Adam was awesome. He really knows his stuff and what configurations sound best in each vehicle. Will not try to bleed you dry like the big box chains either!

I came here to replace my old car stereo system for a new one. Adam was very friendly and he replaced it in about 30 minutes or so! I will definitely be back for any other upgrades I want to make in the future for my car.

The guys were great, needed some speakers installed in the back of my truck. Called early in the morning and they slid me in, between appointments early in the afternoon. Great price for the service and the install went fast even with having to remove my rear bench seat. I will be back to get some other stuff done!!!

I worked with Sounds Plus to install new headlights, new fog lights and upgrade my bulbs. They did an amazing job! The installation was very clean. Aftermarket parts were installed seamlessly. They were very honest, easy to work with and flexible for scheduling time for the install. I am so happy I found a local shop that does this kind of work - highly recommend!

I had a great experience. My Old 85’ C-10 was at the auto shop a few doors down, and the team of mechanics were having a time getting the truck started due to the 15yr. old alarm system going out and, seizing the ignition. I went down to Sounds Plus (at closing), and explained the problem. The sounds plus team went to the Auto Care shop diagnosed the issue and shortly after had the truck running. I was so pleased, that I let them put in a new alarm system. Which they did, that very day. The service, quality of work and pricing were all above standard.

Had a new head unit installed and programmed. The guys were very helpful and kept me updated with parts they had to order. The install was quick and clean. I’ll be going back in the future for more upgrades!

Great guys and awesome products! Adam was very helpful in showing me what was new and listened to what my needs were and designed a system for my truck that I am very pleased with. These guys do it all from dash cams, led lighting, alarms, remote start, audio and video systems for your vehicle.

My first review cause they are worth it. The guys at Sounds Plus do A+ work. You can tell right away they have tons of experience and love what they do. First I went to a place In Mckinney that has tons of good reviews. They did shoddy work including blowing out my dash lights and saying they couldn’t fix them sorry go somewhere else. I was fed up went to Sounds Plus and they fixed everything no problem. They also cleaned up the hack job the other guys did. This was not a big job and Sounds Plus guys treated me like Gold.

I went shopping around town looking for a complete sound system installed. Cartoys was way too expensive along with other shops. My last stop for the day was here Sounds Plus. I met Adam, I told him I want a clean deep bass and that I listen to rap 50% of the time. My car was done and the results were way above my expectations, Adam match my jbl amp, focals, and kicker sub 12in. Adams knows his stuff, he gives you what you need. The price was perfect. I will be going back for more upgrades.

I had Sounds plus do a complete overhaul to my factory system to include an active components set, amp install on a custom built amp rack, sound deadening, and a custom built and tuned sub and box that puts out twice the bump as a standard sub for its size. Adam worked with me to get exactly what I wanted in a sound quality set up. His attention to detail is a lost art in modern times. I had box stores trying to upsell me on hundreds of dollars worth of items and parts I didn’t need while Sounds Plus was honest up front.I will soon be back to get a remote start system for the cold and hot months. Do yourself a favor and support this local business as the quality and care is much better.1/11/20Thank Goodness for my remote Auto Start!Yesterday it was 70, and today it is 30 with 1/4” of frozen precip stuck to my windows. All I had to do was hit a button on my phone and my truck was warmed up and the ice was defeated. I was given a gift certificate for Christmas to Sounds Plus. They set an appointment and had me hooked up in a few hours. It will be time for them to do my lighting upgrades next.
