Most item dont have price tag on them so that makes shopping harder than it has to be. I spent a good 5 minutes waiting in line (with just 1 couple ahead of me) because they have to keep checking the price, and deals, and back to price. Most shoes looks old and dull yet are priced very high. But I did found a pair of Holden Plain Toe at only $99, so theres that. They also do not offer military discount like 90% of other stores there.

I usually hate outlet malls. There was an employee there, forgot his name but he had an accent, that was excellent! He was extremely knowledgeable on products and very helpful. Rare these days. Obviously this is an outlet, so they wont have every style the others do, and dont forget the hoards of people, but overall was a good shopping experience.

Ive been buying shoes from here for awhile, they are so comfortable Ive never had a bad experience with any associates on the contrary they have always been so helpful,even the manager hes been extremely friendly and helpful!!!!

Worst Experience ever downright degrading, from the manager to the employees. They downright bully you if you decide return anything. I listened as the employees there belittled customers that didn’t look the part. the worst service ever. Went to the North Park location afterwords completely different experience night and day. Never going to the Allen location again .

Yesterday July 19, 2019 we were in the Allen Outlet Mall and bought three pairs of shoes. The VIP discount booklet for J&M said ALL Shoes - 50% of third pair. WELL, here is the TRICK and deceptive advertising on that - The clearance shoes are not marked down until you get to the register so they did not honor the discount claiming that it would be double discount - remember the words ALL SHOES - thats a LIE! 👎👎👎. The manager talked to me as if I did not understand plain and clear verbage!

Service was average, until later when it was downright offensive. I felt discriminated against by the guy that works there. Every single pair of shoes I wanted they had to order (ironically) and overall it just seemed very corrupt and sleezy. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, ever. I will further go on to say, that even another stranger in the store asked the employee to help me instead of him... Its not like I was upset or in a bad mood, on the contrary, I was having a great day. If you want to find a way for someone to try and ruin your day, then by all means... Come here!! (Shoes were pretty comfortable too)😨😨😨

I went to buy a leather jacket and a pair of shoes, however ended up buying them in the different store because of the attitude “buy if you want or just leave the store” of the sales girl, when I went to ask her about the different size of the jacket.
