I’ve been here on numerous occasions and I usually end up leaving with something but I tell you that Troy plays a big role in most of my decisions. My guy has great taste and he knows what he is talking about. Troy has excellent customer service and you can tell he cares about not only his store but the people who are stopping in to shop. If you are ever in the area and decide to stop in, I suggest you ask for Troy. GREAT JOB MY GUY!!

This store is permanently closed … I had specifically went to shop this store by looking at online website and trusting google but I was very disappointed when I had drove more than hour to shop and store was closed they had a sign SEE YOU ONLINE ….. google please update it 😉

My wife and I love this place. Great deals on mens and womens clothes. Ladies check this place out as the styles are great. Men they also have big and tall all at great prices. Make sure to sign up for rewards.

This VanHeusen, although in an extremely busy outlet mall, is always s great place to shop. Great sales on Labor Day! Great, friendly and helpful workers. Ill be back.

I waited over ten minutes for a fitting room and when one finally opened up, the man didnt leave the door open for me to use, told the guy he wanted to check out, then ran off somewhere, leaving the guy at the counter and checking out another customer in line. After another store worker walked past me three times without greeting, I shoved my items on a shelf and walked out. How rude. Also, they have no check out system at the register so they walk around with security tags in their hands like they dont know where they go and toss them on the counter. Crazy mess. They dont deserve any stars.

They need to improve their customer service. The guy l found today was rude to me, greeted me quiet alright but then asked if l needed help told him, not yet, but shopping for some pants he asked again if l need directions for something or somewhere. I was so shocked l wondered if its my black skin that made him talk to me that way anyway l politely told him was there to shop and buy if l find what l wanted. Anyway l did buy but with a heavy heart. Last time l visited the store, these girls were talking about their dates and songs they listed to instead of attending to us. So please fix this problem.

Van Heusen as great options for formal/ professional clothing for men and women. More options for men than women. Even the mens clothing, the options for Trousers are less compared to shirts. Worth giving a try as the prices are less too, the reward program also helps in saving some $$

The quality didn’t appeal to me just better than Walmart I can say but the variety might be slightly better than Walmart so check out if you are on a budget they surely have deals all the time I suppose

This location has horrible management. Although there is a great selection of items, I waited 45 minutes in line, just to have a man from the back of the line complain, which resulted in the manager opening up the second register to the people from the back of the line who had waited at most 5 minutes. I then spent another ten minutes waiting to be helped at the register we had been standing in line for. I will not be returning to this location, and would not recommend it to ANYONE because of the poor decision making skills that management has when interacting with upset customers.

Got a few Polo shirts in hand to buy(wife and kid were still shopping) but the store clerk lost my(our) business. Had an empty water bottle in hand and asked the clerk do you mind tossing it in trash. Trash can was behind the cash counter and was empty. Her response the trash is full, there is a rest room just outside the store. Talk about customer service in this day and age of online shopping. I looked at her ok, thank you and walked out the store along with the family. Store clerk was an African american lady on 10/23/2017 in between 3 and 4 pm, probably doesnt care if I bought the stuff or not as she will paid hourly regardless.
