Would not recommend this location and I hope it is just this location that makes disgusting donuts. All donuts looked like they were not made fresh. The picture posted should be enough to show their lack of quality. Original glazed looks dry and surely it was when I bit into it. I love kk but this is really disappointing.

This is by far the worst location Ive ever visited. The donuts were freezing cold and there was barely any icing on them.

The old lady at the counter today at 9.20 am was extremely rude. She would not answer what I was asking instead she kept repeating the what she wanted to say over and over again like a parrot. She rudely told me to step back when I was trying to help what she wasnt getting about the mess up she had made. How horrible can a customer care be and how do you expect business when you have such people at the counter. That lady ruined my whole day and I was picking up donuts for my sons birthday party. This is how a person can ruin your special day. Thank you Krispy Kreme for such a wonderful gift. Ordered a dozen of assorted donuts and was given plain glazed……… I mean glazed are cool but charge me for glazed and not more for assorted if you’re going to give me glazed!

Krispy Kreme is always out of donuts. They always forget to give me my donuts. Lines are long and register person is very slow. You have to speak to them in the drive through. They never answer you. I don’t know why they are always out of donuts. Especially when your an adult and only get donuts once a month. Folks stick to Dunkin Donuts. Do not waste your time.

Dont be fooled! I was excited to try out this local Krispy Kreme, but the service alone made me regret going! 2hrs before close and they dont have most of the menu items available. They said go to McDonalds if you want a latte because he straight up didnt want to turn the machine back on. Then I said OK ill have the hot coffee instead and he gives me room temp coffee to go. Guy at the window is a total knob. Corporate heres the time and date Wednesday Aug 4th at 8:30pm get that guy out if you want to retain your customers

Place had a line out the door. Once we got inside I understood why. Staff are wonderful. The attention to detail and wonderful smiles and cheerfulness was great to see even when they were so busy. Donuts are amazing, people were even better!

The donuts were old and gross. The service was BAD. The drinks were disgusting. Normally I love Krispy Kreme but this location alone just about ruined it for me. Not even my 4 yr old wanted his donuts and he’s main reason we go.

Loved Krispy Kreme always except for the irate person at counter this am. Ordered couple dozen bunny donuts and donut holes, at pickup felt I was not welcome. Rude and least bother abt customer. Asked to scan for Krispy Kreme app and was told to call corporate. Didnt like it this time but always love the donuts..

This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen especially who ever work in the morning shift. I have been this Krispy Kreme location may be not more than three times but with those three times, I had to stand in front of the counter for at least 10 minutes to get their acknowledgment that I’m there and may be 10 minutes to get my dozen doughnuts and top that they have attitude. DMV has much nicer customer service than them, no offense dmv.

5 stars for the donuts, but I would not come here for any specialty drinks. Any of the ones I’ve tried has never been that great, or they either couldn’t make it for me for whatever reason.

Did not have my mobile order ready. Had to wait there for them to put it together. Whats the point of online order if its not ready as a grab and go.Also the floor was very sticky with a large puddle of Im assuming a sugary drink.

The employees here are never welcoming. They dont really say hello unless you say it first, and it comes out sounding like youre making them say it to respond to your greeting. Worst customer service ever. Some lady ordered 300 green glazed donuts for St. Patricks day and the company stated that they cancelled all online orders for the day and we were in their waiting for 15 minutes before anyone said anything and online orders are coming in. Very unprofessional and why would you be bagging up their order. You should have gave them the boxes of donuts and when passing them out you could ask them if they wanted a bag or a napkin. This is why Southern Maid is the best donut place.

Always good especially when the hot light is on!. If yall have your covid shot and you can prove to them by showing your card you can get a Krispy Kreme donut for the rest of the year... What a deal and thank you Krispy Kreme

The lemon filled donut barely has any filling in it. It was basically a plain donut overall. Kids were so disappointed. The size of the glazed donut was relatively much smaller than other donuts. Waiting at drive-thru for nearly 10 minutes while they were mopping the wet floor. Will not visit this location again.

The slowest establishment I’ve ever been to. I tried them 2 different times and both times it took 15+ minutes to fill my order simple order of 1 dozen original glazed donuts.

Close to 8:30 my friend and I on the way to work..we stop here..and ordered 2 amazing ice coffees..but getting to the window they says have no ice at all😭😩 the refund the money immediately and give us a donuts free..

Did a drive thru here for bogo dozen donuts. The associate was very sweet and patient while I selected different varieties for the assorted donuts. Great experience overall.

When I went through the drive in the cashier was handling financial transactions and touching donuts without changing gloves. I had to go inside and speak to a manager who redid my donut selection.

This location was closed for remodeling the first half of this week, but was still showing up on their website as open and taking orders. I placed an order, the doordash employee got to the location and they had just opened for the day (7:35am) and would not be filling orders. I was on the phone with the doordash employee when they actually told her that they were just now opening the store. There were apparently many people waiting to pick up orders. Very bad business!

Good donuts, but the workers always seem annoyed to take my order. Then to pick up my mobile order I had to tell them three times what was in it (because it wasnt ready 20 minutes late and they wouldnt read the ticket).

Very unhappy that this location keeps their Hot Fresh light on even when they are not running fresh donuts. This is the second time I have seen their light on, get excited to stop in so I can take some hot & fresh treats to my clients only to find out they are cold and not right off the production line. I asked why they keep doing that and was given the answer nobody will stop when light is off. It’s a shame that they are doing this to the brand!

Nightmare location. Ordered online and arrived to find a long line down McDermott because it’s drive thru only. After waiting 30 minutes in a line that wasn’t moving I had to leave. Was in and out of the place down the street in 5 minutes.

They really need some help over there at this particular Krispy Kreme I love to get Krispy Kreme donuts in the middle of the day but when I went through the drive-thru it took 40 5 minutes an they had a couple of people I guess with orders that they should have probably went in cuz they were very large orders but even if they didnt go in they should have been quicker in the window so I dont know a bunch of kids work over there at this one I need some management are some help the donuts were okay they Valentine Donuts where Messi like they just throw them in the box they really need help

Deplorable. Their staple, glazed donuts were pulled apart. The glaze was a greasy film. The bathrooms-filthy. Soap bladder placed in a cup. No napkins in the sitting area.

The donuts were very good. But the few times weve gone, a couple of the employees havent been very welcoming. They seem like they dont want you in the store. But at the same time the other employees there seem very nice. Just depends on who you get I guess.

Always a treat, but disappointed the lobby was closed and they had such a limited menu on this visit. I dont make it to Krispy Keene often because there isnt one close to me, but when ever Ive made the trip, Ive never had a bad experience. Donuts are excellent and customer service was fine.

I really want to like this place, it just doesnt live up to the hype.

I was just going to pick-up an order, with COVID only their drive thru is open, it took 22 minutes to get through (not really their fault, just popular). I finally make it home open the box and find that theyve messed up my order and forgot a donut. What is doubly annoying is that the donuts I ordered were for friends and the one they forgot was my only one. Im probably just never going to go again to avoid the hassle of the whole experience.

There is a sinkhole on the way out of drive through, be careful. I prefer original donuts when its hot, its delicious! You cac get tem without sugar glazing, just ask. Polite and friendly people working there. Added: staying in drive through line for an hour, still waiting. came 8:05 am on Saturday. 2 cars in front of me, no way out. Its very slow. Line was not big. Dont reccomend this place.

Staff is super slow and unfriendly.. there were 2 huge queues drive thru and inside, both were stucked without any reason! They packed 1 box 2-3min at that all donuts were already cooked.

I love donuts! Period! The assistant manager, Shannon, knows what I want as soon as I enter the door. Two dozen HOT doughnuts. She is, bar none, the best management team member in this store. She deserves a 5-star rating. The rest of the crew, not so well. When the Hot doughnuts sign is on it is like the worlds largest magnet. Im drawn in like a moth to a bright light. The hot doughnuts are very light and fluffy. Theyre covered in a delicious, sweet, white glaze.

Wow! Didn’t have any donuts available pretty much. Order Reese’s classic and it’s the 3rd time in a row they don’t have it. They did not even have glazed donuts......This location is just so disappointing.
