Decent po-boy sandwiches here, not quite the original, but not bad either. Bit pricey for what it is, but it is London after all.

I used to work in the area pre-pandemic and would eat here on occasion. I was always recommending this place because it was genuinely amazing sandwiches.Last week I was visiting a friend who lived in the delivery catchment area. I was so excited, I was raving about this place and we ordered it for lunch. And how disappointing it was! We both had pulled pork, but there was barely any pork inside and what was there was very fatty. The mushrooms tasted old, and the bread wasn’t very nice (it seemed saltier than I remember).I bought my husband a sandwich home since he also loved them, and he didn’t finish it. It wasn’t nice.So that was disappointing. I’m not sure if they’ve changed providers since or maybe management? Maybe the change was because it was delivery, not in person? Either way, I definitely won’t be returning.

I ordered a vegetarian sandwich and was unable to eat it as I found four types of meat in it!! Very shocked and disappointed

This shop is amazing! The food is good and there are many different options to choose from. The milkshakes are lovely and make sure to try their spinach wraps!

Great tasting sandwiches but a little pricey compared to other sandwich shops with equally fine tasting sandwiches. Side order of chips were excellent. Covid restrictions at time of review meant ordering from a table at front of restaurant. You order by either selecting ingredients on the back of the sandwich wrapper to be, or a different sandwich wrapper with preset sandwich favourites already there. Friendly staff. Visited at 11.30 and not busy.

I am a big advocate for sandwiches.. and these do not disappoint!

Walked in and there was no customers inisde which seemed bit off to me. However as soon as I stepped to the counter the staff member approached me and explained what they serve and explained how BYO works. It took maybe 5 mins from purchase to recieve the order. The food was extremely fresh and meat was juicy and full of flavours. Prices are quite high in comparison to other places with similar type of food but the flavours compensate it. Highly recommended.

Popped by today as I was in the area, it’s a little confusing to start however a staff member was on hand to explain how to choose.The bread was superb and crunchy the filling was nicely bursting out and the flavours were wonderful.I wish the menu was easier as I missed the fries section and would have ordered - maybe a “want fries with that” when I placed the order would have done the trick.Hope to see more of these around London

Hands down the worst sandwich I have ever had.I ordered my sandwich on JustEat and all I could taste was salt on my meatball sandwich, stale bread and the meat tasted like cand food.The milkshake was fine but the chips are underdone, my whole order looked rushed.Waste of money just go subway. 🚶

Absolutely love the big Italian meatball from here but there are no options to edit or build your own meatball sub on delivery apps despite having a build your own option. I am lactose intolerant so it means I cannot enjoy my favourite sandwich!

A great place where to grab lunch. Its a bit similar to FiveGuys where you can build your own sandwich but with better quality of the food and with also some pre-made recipe if its too hard make a choice.Other the quality of the food, even the service is very quick!

Went here for the first time after reading 5 star reviews, and can only say how overly dissapointing it was. The pictures people posted looked nothing like the sad, cold sandwhich I had. It was under filled, not warmed and not worth the £10 i was charged. £3 for a small cup of chips was also highly over priced. For a meal that cost £13, this was not even close to the quality that it should be. Would not go back or recommend to anyone else

Walked past this place, its situated within the whole Tottenham Court Road Centre Point development, where there are a few eateries and coffee places. I liked it, it has its own feel, theres the obvious comparison to Subway and I get that but whereas Subway feels quite tired and bland and overly processed these days, Which Which is a upgraded version with its own character. That said I think which which is more expensive than Subway, but it is simply better quality and they offer more better sides. I had a Prawn Po regular sandwich with added cheese and small side of fries. Very very tasty. Good polite and efficient service and a nice environment to grab a quick bite.

I got salt beef sandwich and sweet potatoe fries . The fries were the worst i ever had . Not sure how they could get it so wrong . Oily with a wierd coating, too salty and overcooked to the point they tasted burnt . The sandwich was nothing special at all. Could have been unsalted beef . That was not salf beef . Tasted more like a ham sandwich . Bland and pretty much tasteless .

Great place to eat, huge choice of sandwiches and salads from the menu and you can build your own with your favourite ingredients. For me is impressive the idea of the LattuceWich, keto or paleo and the vegetarian and vegan options . The first time I ordered from Deliveroo I got 50% of discount on the full order !!!!!! I have been eating here on a regular basis for some time now. The customisability of the sandwiches is insane. The Favourites selection is well thought out. The staff is always friendly and chatty. The vibe, the music and overall atmosphere is great.

Delicious sandwich and good cuppa. Nice and friendly shop too. If Im honest though, the sandwich was a bit small/expensive depending on how you look at it-but I am from the north 😀. Will definitely go again.

I had a chicken sandwich which was nice, good amount of meat, nice to have options to add up veggies and cheese as you like. I found a chicken a bit less salty - and Im not fond of salt so it was very mild. Also I ordered only light mayo and garlic but it seems they have added some spicy sauce I didnt ask for so that was a bit unpleasant. The shop is quite new so it was bit crowded with all the people coming in for the first time not knowing how their system works. Altogether Id recommended but I guess one just has to get the hang of how you customize your sandwich.

This place makes exceptional US style sandwiches which are crazy delicious! They totally remind me of some of the excellent sandwiches I had while in the States and lamented I couldnt get here in the UK. Looks like now I can :-) I had the beef mushroom melt, which I thought might be like a philly cheese steak, but was probably better: nice slices of tender beef, complemented nicely with Provolone cheese, mushrooms and a little sauce. Fries and some sauce they gave me on the house ( ;-) the staff are super nice to boot) were perfect. Might try the shakes next time... Yum!

Terrific place. I live right nearby, and its the perfect restaurant to have opened up here. Staff is amazing (and really seem to care), and the sandwiches are as good as they get, especially for the money. Id give as many stars as I could. Highly, highly recommend!

Fresh sandwich, sauces very good and fries good. Not enough fries for the price. The menu is too complicated, no way they will handle a busy lunch crowd. Sandwich could use a little more flavor especially since I got spicy mayo. Staff was friendly and helpful. All in all I will be back but they need to make some tweaks. A but expensive.

£9.50 buys you a lot for lunch in London! But not at Which Wich. I got a dry cali chicken club (toasted baguette with cheese, avocado, chicken, bacon and lettuce).Started off well with a warm reception from a greeter. Lots of options - went for a popular option. Waited for 10 minutes with only a few people in front of me. Ended up with a regular not large order. Not a groundbreaking concept, Im sure most Londoners would agree that theres a lengthy list of hot sandwich options.Londons seen this a lot with American brands/franchises; popular in the American market, low cost due to high volumes and established supply chain. This translates to the UK market with high price point for average food in a very competitive market.Lost my custom due to incredibly high cost without justifying speed of service or quality of sandwich.

The Garlic Chicken sandwich is to die for! I dare say one of the best sandwiches Ive ever eaten. Cant wait to try the other flavours!

I sprung upon this amazing restaurant yesterday evening and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was super friendly and the food was even better! I was please to find vegetarian options, I got the salad wrap which was to die for. I’ll definitely come back, and would recommend to friends!

Staff were very welcoming and attentive. Interesting way of ordering and easy to tailor-make your sandwich. Sandwich (BBQ pork) was very tasty, if a little messy! Overall a really good lunchtime experience.

Not a bad sandwich, potentially a little pricy but Po Boys are just that, see any place that sells them. I needed a quick sando and having heard about this new place, I dropped in. The ordering is quirky, grab the bag that corresponds to the section of the menu you want to order from, mark it up with a sharpie with your sandwich, additions and sides, then go and pay. Your sandwich will quickly come in the bag you presented. Any mistakes in ordering/preparation are easy to check and amend. The place was a little quiet, but they were doing a roaring delivery business. The sandwich itself was hot, tasty and maybe a little messy. Think of it as a classier subway sandwich, with fries on offer. Their toppings are definitely more interesting and don’t have that “I’ve sat around in a fridge/counter all day and a little tired” look or taste.

It seemed confusing at first but I filled in my order on a paper bag with a Sharpie, took it to the counter to pay and then hoped for the best. The food was really really tasty. Better than Subway, I almost wish I hadnt tried it as I now want to go back there everyday for lunch
