I like going to this place instead of the US Postal Service office. The location is super convenient in downtown Allen and they have all of the services that you need. The staff was super friendly and they advised me on shipping international mail. The staff is very friendly and can give you different options if you want to mail some thing national you’re internationally as well as other standard services that they offer at the post office. There was a bit of a line however it went quite quickly.

Waited 10 minutes for the store to open late. Used their services many times. The lady who opened late then chose to criticize my choice of mask that I was wearing. All while not wearing a mask of her own. She was rude and this lady is ALWAYS rude. Ive used this business a lot over the years. Will never go back. Sad because the other staff are all very nice.--------------------------------------Thanks for the reply...but this is not my first encounter of rudeness from this person. EVERY time this person is at the counter...I walk away either insulted or disturbed by the rude attitude and lack of tact she exhibits.The late opening, the fact that she wasnt wearing a mask was really not an issue at all for me until the rudeness happened. And I said...all of the other employees are polite.Im well aware of the mask mandate. I chose to wear the the mask today to protect others because I have travelled out of state recently and was trying to being cautious. (I dont wear the mask for me).The point I want to get across is that you have lost my business because this employee decided to be yet again be rude to me. And she is ALWAYS rude to people.She should keep her personal opinions to herself and change her attitude.

I came in Saturday to do a fax, and there was a lot of people and only one person working. which i didnt mind waiting, but it was so hot in there, it didnt seem like the AC was working, and the girl that assisted me worked really well despite the amount of people and the hot temperature. She was very nice and efficient, i believe sophia was her name.Overall i would give it a higher rating, just wish there was more people helping and a working AC for the employees and humble customers

I have shipped packages using Mr. Parcel three times now within the last couple of months and each time I visited the wait was short, everyone on their staff treated me very pleasantly and efficiently. I had a couple of questions about the most cost effective way to ship my parcels and they helped me with exactly what I needed to know. I plan to ship more Christmas items from Mr. Parcels location because of the good service I have received. No problems here. :)

I took a package to Mr. Parcel to get pricing to ship a box to someone that was purchasing an item from me. They were very gracious to provide the options and even held the package until I received payment from the person. All I had to do was call them and give the. The owners should work here every day all day. They are helpful and want to keep people coming back and offer good customer service. The woman working for them today 7/11/20 at 4:10 pm was useless and rude. What a waste of time to come here and I wont be coming back. I might as well use the US post office if I want to be treated as unimportant customer willing to hand over my money.

It was my first time visiting Mr Parcel and I needed to ship a package to Nigeria. I have never shipped anything before outside of the country and trusted this store to give me all the information.I went into the store beforehand to inquire about costs, process, etc. the attendant weighed my items and gave me a price. Thereafter she stated that FedEx was the best option and gave me a price of $150.00. I asked about the process and she said it works similar to here In the US and FedEx was my best option. The environment felt warm and welcoming.When I returned to the store that attendant was no longer there instead I was greeted by a gentleman who stated DHL was the best option for shipping items to Nigeria. I told him the last attendant said FedEx and he replied, “I don’t know why you were told that”. I trusted him and proceeded with the process utilizing DHL. I asked about the shipping process; what was the cost? What was the customs process? So on and so forth. I was highly concerned about the cost as I did not want the receiver to be responsible for any charges. They assured me there would be no cost to that individual.I trusted them.1.) The package did indeed ship, even made it early but there was an additional tax in that country. Apparently this is common for international shipping and I could have paid in advance and gotten a refund had I paid too much.2.) I asked for a bigger box for a better presentation. I was not aware that a bigger box means that you pay the max weight of that box regardless if your items weigh less. If I would have been told this, I would have just settled with the smaller box.This company did not relay this information, at all. I paid an additional 100 on top of the 300 I had already paid.Although it is my responsibility to gather all the information on international shipping, In future, I think it wise to tell the person all that they need to know about shipping. Again, yes, I could of researched and I will do this next time.I faslsy trusted this company and thier “expertise”. I won’t be doing that again.

They were so friendly and helpful here. They let me know different price options for mailing packages and were patient when I had a long order. They helped with an address that was a little more complicated and even added tape to my boxes. Love that they went the extra mile and had good service cuz my packages have arrived.

Paid $10.44 to ship a small box weighing 0.68 lbs. Was told that the elevated price was convenience for not having to wait in the lines at the post office. Shipped another package weight 3 lbs 12 oz and it cost $32.33. When I got home, I compared prices to USPS and they were not even half of what he charges. Def will not return. Wait in line any day.

I have been dealing with Mr Parcel in Allen, TX for over 5 years on a professional level. I have had a business post box at this location for a year now as well. The team members are courteous and professional and shopping around, the prices are fair and competitive for services provided. If you need copies or mailings done, shipping of all kinds, I would recommend them highly.

I needed a notary. The post office downtown doesn’t have one. I’m happy that I found this place. I’ve never really noticed it before, but will now use it for my needs. The employee was friendly, and it’s closer than the post office. Thanks!

BEWARE!!! Absolutely a disgraceful local business! Habeeb who is the manager or owner will intentionally overcharge you and never own up to his wrong doing nor compensate you in anyway! Use your local post office...well...per your reply..you know exactly what you did and would not give us compensation! Btw You have terrible reviews most pertaining to overcharging and rudeness! If you guys are planning to ship anything from these guys please stay away from this place. They overcharge!Went by on a Wednesday to ship a small package that was about three pounds and wanted it to be there on a Saturday. I was told it would be there on Saturday. Come Monday, I found out the package just got there and is out for delivery. I did not know there wasnt any ground shipping for UPS on Saturdays until I spoke with UPS.Another thing, I took the info Mr. Parcel placed on my receipt and placed it on the UPS website and turns out there was almost a $10 difference for two day shipping (delivered Friday) if i wouldve went with UPS oppose to Mr.Parcel. I brought up the overcharge up to Mr. Parcel and the person working there stated that they are retail and other places just have different prices..(you think?!)I have used these guys in the past a few times but this time around I paid more attention what these guys charge and made me wonder if I was overcharge the last few times I used them. This will be the last time I use these guys. You all are better off just going to the UPS store to get a better rate.The staff is nice but these guys overcharge. STAY AWAY!

I had to parcel a document using USPS priority mail. The problem is that they never tell the customer that priority mail is not going to reach in 2-3 days. It can rather takes 6 days. What a BS service. You pay money for priority mail, but you are never sure if it will reach within a given time frame or not. Absolutely hate USPS for their service.

I have used Mr. Parcel many times each time the service is excellent great staff with great service. Recently I got laid off from my job and Michael/Sue went out of there way to help me. Michael is always very helpful and gives excellent service. Sue is very caring and very nice and helpful lady. Sue/Michael both not only ship my package but did not charge me for it. Sue also provided me tips on what to do and how to try to handle my lay off situation. They went out of there way to go above and beyond to help me. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. THEY ARE AWALYS GREAT AND HELPFUL!!

I went to Mr. Parcel today for the first time and I was blown away! Shania was able to guide me through the process to help me understand how the business worked and did an amazing job of providing me with information about the other services Mr. Parcel had to offer for future use. I definently recommend this location as the customer service is amazing and it has a really welcoming atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back!

Not sure if they are trying to scam or what but my experience was not good.I tried to ship a medium sized box. They told me it would be $32. I said that couldnt be correct. I went down the street to USPS. They shipped it 3 day ground for $13....

Iya a very simple shipping experience. Friendly people up front and they get the job done. Price are fair compared to other places in the area. Used them to ship all Christmas packages.

As a entrepreneur I was wanting to establish a professional address for my new company. The staff at Mr. Parcel made it all possible with all the services that I needed. Not only were they able to provide a private mailbox (with 24 hour access) but handle all my shipping, FAX, copier and even notary services. And with their location central located in East Allen it makes it very convenient to stop by as I go between appointments.

Habeeb values strong customer service and will go above and beyond to satisfy any concerns or complaints you might have. Highly recommended.

The management is terrible, they fired my boyfriend after he came back from an approved cigarette break, he even offered to not smoke at work anymore and still got fired. Thats ridiculous.EDIT: They should have a no smoking policy. You were wrong for doing that and too bad he sat in his in car and only took 4 minutes so stop trying to make yourself look better. Your previous reviews of other people about you is that you harassed teenagers and employees. Nice try, but you were in the wrong.

The staff was always so nice and very helpful. I’ve never had a single problem with an employee. HOWEVER I will NOT be bringing my business back and I’ll see to it that nobody I know does either. The way I have over heard the Boss talking to his employees like they’re some kind of retarded animals baffles me. The one time the owner did actually help me he was rude and cut me off mid sentence multiple times. Very snappy. I would never give my business to a franchise that treats teenagers and young adults (or anyone for that matter) like S**T. Plus they’re way over priced.

Honestly I wish I could do half a star.. or no star at all.. management is horrible. The store owner is rude to the customer, very unprofessional. The other day I came into the store to ship my dad his birthday gift. As soon as I walk in nobody’s at the counter I waited for 10 mins for someone to help me and the whole time I was waiting there was someone in the back arguing on the phone, and when ever the store manager came out to help me he was very rude, took my package out of my hand and slammed it down the counter... in the process of him helping me his personal phone rings and he had the nerve to answer the phone call in the middle of me telling him something.. I was in a hurry and he was just talking on the phone..Giving him my information I had to repeat myself three times and as well he had to re do the label two times because he kept getting the address wrong. If it wasn’t for me asking to check and see my dads gift would have been lost in the mail and honestly that’s disrespectful. At the end the prices where really expensive and when ever I asked why? He told me the convenient of me not having to wait( but I did have to wait 10 mins for him to come out of the back) and how fast the service is( a 5min process took 20 mins bcz he was on his personal phone) so I don’t really understand. Awful service and unprofessional service. I will never bring my business to this place ever again.

I had Mr Parcel ship a birthday gift for my mother with $500 insurance in SEPT 2013. The carrier demolished the gift - to the point that it wasnt even delivered. I have tried since that time to get the insurance claim following all their demands and as of JUN 2014 still no reimbursement. I will NEVER ship anything from this place again. From what the carrier stated - it is up to Mr Parcel to cut me the check and then they reimburse Mr Parcel. THAT is customer service.. what I have had to deal with is NOT.

They do everything and have good service. The problem they are ALWAYS much more expensive that other places - without fail. I suggest in looking for other local postal providers, and compare prices. I can guarantee they will be the most expensive (at least form what I have researched).For example, I Fed-Ex overnightd a simple letter. They charged $6 more than another local provider(30% higher). It adds up. This is only one recent example, there are many others.

Staff is friendly, and it is nice to be able to drop off packages, but the prices are outrageous, esp., when the post office is just a few blocks away.

Management treats employees like absolute garbage. After telling someone they could have a cigarette break he came back in 4 minutes earlier and stinked of cigarettes and even though the manager approved the cigarette break he fired them with no recourse of employment. They also overcharge for everything and its ridiculous. TAKEYOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
