So disappointed. Ordered online a pair of earrings for a graduation gift. Never received them. Tracker says it was returned to sender. No-one knows why. Called customer service, She was very nice but said they will do an automatic refund. Cannot get a reason why and see if I could get them sent to my granddaughter directly. Nothing. Doubt Ill get my mo at back.

Guess we should have read the reviews first before purchasing. Bought a pearl ring for my wife and within 3 months have had it back in store to replace/repair various pieces that have fallen off. Finally returned it but they refuse to give a refund, only store credit. Just so we can get more low quality junk. Go elsewhere this place sucks. Gotta give one star but they deserve nothing.

I went in to resize my wifeβs ring I specifically told them itβs too small my wife came with me to find the size it needs to resized at. 2 weeks later it comes back and they didnβt even resize it! I went in and told them it was still tight they didnβt even care about my concern! I regret buying my wifeβs ring here and the waste of money that I spent on the service package!

I went to buy a new wedding band as I lost my original. We stood outside a locked door thinking there must have been a customer limit. As we were standing at a locked door with no signs stating new times. The door was then opened by a rude employee. No sorry we are closed. It was were closed, we close at 6pm. No apologize or explanation of new time and door closed. So on the the next Zales.
Consistently rude support from female manager/saleslady on multiple occasions. Could care less about what their employees may had said in order to get the sale or to make sure the customer is taken care of when issue with a purchase arise. I guess because they are an outlet they feel they can treat their customers differently. Go to one of the other outlets at the mall or find a full service jeweler that understands the importance of repeat business. This place isnt worth the drive.

Did not have a great experience here with Jafri. Went in on a Sunday to shop for male wedding rings and female ring enhancers.We were previously at another zales in a different city and had a specific model number we were looking for.He said that it was online only when it clearly was not. We saw another option that looked reasonable for a wedding enhancer and wanted the model number. He wrote in what appears to be jibberish the model number and his name was written clearly.Thats not how you present information to customers. Then he proceeded to help another client who already had a sales associate with them.Um hello, we did not even get to look at the male bands.We ended up going to another zales and made purchases on everything we wanted there with better customer service!
I went in just to look on my birthday. The sales staff was amazing and so excited to help me find pieces that I loved and offering options I wouldnβt of noticed on my own. They really made my experience amazing and left with a beautiful piece of jewelry.

I have not yet seen such disrespect and not attention to the client. I need a red ring with a gift with a diamonds, but the girl is allergic to gold and I wanted to buy silver. The first seller was busy and said when free he will show, but he was ahead of another seller of Hindu appearance. He answered no and in a tactful tone, did not even want to listen, turned around and left. Probably it is cheaper than much gold ... but such an appeal is not acceptable to consider that I am a regular customer. So choose another store for shopping !!!
Bought an engagement ring here. Paid cash for it. Had to return it. They donβt βhave cash at the storeβ. But they gladly took my cash. Theyβre only able to give me a gift card that I donβt want or I have to call corporate and wait 2-5 weeks for a check. They donβt know when theyβll have my cash back at the store. Seems fishy to me. Customer service not ideal if youβre not wearing fancy clothing. Iβd avoid it if I were you.

Would love to give 0 stars. Absolutely horrible. My Mother and I purchased a pair of 14k gold earrings. Within 2 months the earrings were tarnished. We went back to the store under the impression we were sold fake jewelry and were told the earrings were gold plated, which we did not ask for. The store manager, Carol, then instructed a rep named Chris to assist us in getting my Mother a different pair of earrings. The options were very slim to none. We picked a pair and left as it was near closing time. The next day my Mother tried on the earrings and they were bent and as light as a plastic water bottle cap if not lighter. They also very easily removed from her ear. We called the number listed on Google and got a busy signal. The next day we were able to meet there to return the earrings we were told Carol needed to override the transaction. My Mother had to work the following day, so I called to speak with Carol about the return before driving there.THE WORST SERVICE EVER. She cut me off, raised her voice, insinuated our drive there from West Plano and Prosper wasnt as long as her drive from Garland so we couldve came earlier, told me that I could not handle my Mothers affairs with her that my Mother needed to be present otherwise even with my Mothers approval and accessibility, it was illegal. She was aggressive, rude, and almost seemed as if she was performing for someone else that she was handling me.Now we are waiting to see how far up the corporate ladder well need to go for this refund. DO NOT buy from here. You will LIKELY regret it.I will continue doing business with Jared and KAY Jewelers as I have done happily for several years.

I tried to do the survey on my receipt but the website would never pull up! My son got his engagement ring from here and the man really did EVERYTHING POSSIBLE to make that happen for him at a price he could afford! Which meant everything to me as well as my son! I should have written a review when I had my first experience here, back in Feb 2016. My story is similar to a lot of others, staff was incredibly rude. My fiancee and I went in just to look. We told them we were looking. We stressed that we had NO INTENTION OF BUYING. Before they even let me look at the rings, they wanted to run our credit to see if we qualified for a card. Fine. I know my credit is in good shape, and as soon as the salesperson saw it, he exclaimed Youre going to go home with a beautiful ring today!, despite us making it very clear we had no intention of purchasing. He tried to make me try on rings that were not my taste. I told him I didnt want a big diamond, and it needed to be low profile because I work with my hands. Since he knew my credit, he kept showing me the biggest gaudiest rings they have. After I told him I wasnt happy with the selection, he scoffed and said something about how he was sorry that their designers clearly didnt have my level of taste. He was so incredibly rude and ruined what should have been a happy experience for us. Well today I got an email that my credit score went up, so I went to check out my report...to find a credit card open that I never authorized. You can see where this is going. This guy opened a credit card in my name without my authorization! Everything I okayed was just for a check, I read everything before I sign it. This is unbelievable. These people are incredibly unprofessional and dont care about the customer experience, only whats in your wallet. Stay far away. We had a much more pleasant experience at the Kay Outlet.
After an unsettling experience I went to check the reviews here because I just couldnt get over how unprofessional they were and how there was such a lack of caring. We had a good experience until we were passed off to a lady that made us extremely uncomfortable. Not only were the prices much higher than what was advertised in the display case, but they pressure you until you are uncomfortable with a bunch of other add ons.I understand that this is a sales job but seriously...show your customers some respect and caring and that goes a much longer way. We explained that we want to go into our marriage debt free when she was pushing their credit system and she just blew us off. When we asked for the ring information so we could go home and look at our finances she wouldnt let us go. When she finally went to write down the information she just kept deep sighing like a child throwing a fit.We were hoping for a good experience but definitely got the opposite. We intended to come back and purchase the ring after we checked our finances and before the sale ended but after that pressure and unprofessional attitude I cant bring myself to go back no matter how inexpensive the prices were. These reviews sealed the deal. Hopefully they can change but after what seems like a long history of scam it doesnt look like that will be any time soon.
Hah! Okay. There was a short Hispanic sales associate woman with short hair that wore glasses that was just overly pushy about checking my credit limit. Ya know I was shopping around but she seemed super persistent about the credit limit. I simply was just browsing around! l said, yea sure Id like to see what my limit would be for a future reference. I told her that I only wanted to see my credit limit AND TOLD HER that was all I wanted. Lmfao this lying old hag of a woman that obviously was itching for a credit card sale told me it was only to check my limit and went AS FAR AS WRITING DOWN A CODE if I so happened to want to open an account with them. a month later I get an email stating that I opened an account. She was very unprofessional. Did NOT look professional and certainly did not act professional with her giddiness and begging to check my credit limit. The fact that she LIED is what is really getting under my skin. She needs to be fired. Very unethical that woman. Will be back to find out her name.
First off, Tina was awesome. Listened to customer needs and provided excellent customer service. However, Manager and staff were blatantly rude to her while she helped us. At the end of the purchase the staff became pushy and eventually lost Tina the sell. I feel bad for Tina, she is by far the best employee there and deserves better.
My wife and I went here looking for some earrings as a bday present for her sister. We were thinking of spending around $100. A sales rep who looked like he was from India asked if we needed any help and we told him what we were looking for and the price range. He said they didnt have that and turned his back on us and walked over to some other people. It seemed really abrupt and rude. We started looking around anyway and found tons of earrings for $100 or less. We were really mad that this guy lied to us and almost caused us to leave. Frustratingly, when we were ready to make a purchase, the same sales rep from earlier was the only one available. Price was $200 and we talked him all the way down to $100. This is supposed to be an outlet, but everything is just as overpriced as any other jewelery store. If you shop here, make sure you talk them down as list price is a joke. Also theres a good chance youll get bad service from what our experience was like.
Went in on January 4,2019 to purchase an engraving bracelet for my child paid them for what I thought was everything. I get a call week later saying I owe more money they had already gotten 180.i told them I wanted a refund and Iβd be back to get it. I live an hour away so I though and though Iβm gonna call corporate. The manger I spoke with was so I had me in tears, I ended up saying go head well I got pick up the finished product walk in the lady at the back as I got closer to her said hello βguysβ Iβll be with you in a second. Then she ended up getting someone elseβs to assist. The bracelet had for dings in it frm when I looked and made the purchase and the guy said they could buff it out. I wanted a refund at that point and I was taking a picture of my original receipt as the lady tries to take it from me saying you should have an email of your receipt! I then stopped her and told her yβall still have my money and I will take a picture of my original copy! The lady that says hello guys then walks up and ask the other lady (helping me) do you still need my help and says can I clean your jewelryβs for free. My child has cerebral palsy that was gonna be his only sentimental gift cause heβs not able to do much yet. Needless to say he did get it.
These are the nicest people. Very professional and knowledgable. I got the ring of my dreams and all with great customer service even after the sell with appraisal and sizing. Its hard to believe that anyone had a bad experience with them.
I have purchased two rings from them. I have never had any problems. All the sales people have been very accommodating when my mother and I were walking around the store trying to figure out what we wanted to buy. Ive never had any issues with my rings.
They sales tactic is excellent they will make sure to make their commission. But the customer service after has been horrible I have called with questions regarding my ring that got sent to get sized two weeks later have not heard from them. I called today at 1pm said the person who attended us will return call he never did his name is Chris very personable and convo cing but once the sale is done his customer service is lacking in every aspect. Do not recommend this store at all.

My husband had bought me a ring for Christmas from this location. So we went back to get it sized. The sales guy told my husband there would be no problem with getting sized to my finger. Well I tell the sales lady my ring size and she looked at my all crazy and with a very rude voice are you sure thats HUGE I broke down in Tears. I was so humiliated. Needless to say we told them to keep the ring! We went to the location in the Frisco mall and they were amazing! Stay away from this location!!!
I was iffy after reading the reviews but i thought iβd give it a chance because everyoneβs thoughts are different but NOPE me and my wife went in here to get a new bridal set and was amazed how rude the staff was, specifically this one older lady with long hair (she cover up her name tag) she kept staring at me and my wife because iβm assuming she didnβt approve of us being gay, she even refused to check us out and the WHOLE time we were there which was about 1 1/2 hours every time we looked over she would give us a nasty look. never again will i go here

Probably will not be going back there to pay my bill or even purchase from them. Very disappointed because they were very nice to me when I purchased my ring.

I brought Zales my wifes wedding band in for resizing on a Friday and only left it there because they promised it the following Thursday for an additional fee. After NOT having it Thursday I was told oh we wont charge you the rush fee DUH !! Now it is Saturday evening and still no ring. We only used Zales because it is the company we bought the ring from. In all fareness, not all stores are the same, this store however has a low rating and now I see why. I picked up the rings and after talking to Vinson Metcalf decided to rethink my rating for the good. A special thank you to Vinson.
I had an engagement set that I had for maybe a few months but then I lost a diamond and it didnβt have warranty because we got it from a pawn shop so we thought it would be a better idea to get a ring from an actual jeweler just to have the warranty so I chose this store and the women we worked with was excellent!! I was looking at several rings and going back in forth between a few and she was just so helpful and nice, never seemed irritated. She did everything she could to make us happy and get us what we wanted. I think I looked at like 6 rings and we were thier for an hour. I wanted to make sure I got the one I absolutely wanted and not settle with one I thought was ok and she understood and once I made my decision she asked if I was sure I wanted that one. She was a huge help and now I have the wedding set of my dreams all thank to her and my wonderful fiancΓ©.
I went in to get my ring fixed. One of the diamonds had fallen off and I also needed it to get resized. Upon arrival I was treated really nice by one of the guys. Once he found out my diamonds were lab created he quickly handed me off to another associate. The associate seemed to he new as he wasnt quite familiar with putting in the work order. I took my receipt and waited for the call to come in to pick up my ring. The call came in a week after it was scheduled to be ready. Went to pick up my ring and noticed the diamond that was put on the ring was NOT the original that I had taken in to placed back. The shine and clarity was off. When I mentioned it to the guy (same one that took my work order) he looked at it and i could tell he saw a difference. He even mentioned it to a coworker (lady) who told him it just needed to be polished. Needless to say he came back from from polishing the ring, seemed to be ok and I took off. Only to really notice the difference days later. I got screwed! My ring shines beautifully where the 2 original stones are at while the 3rd stone is completely foggy. Wish I wouldve read the reviews to this place before having went in to get my ring fixed! Next time I will go to a small locally owned business who actually care about their customers.

Worest experience ever. Salesman said you can return the ring within 100 days. When we came to return the ring in very good condition they said that the ring has to be in good condition and this is not in good condition. Eventually they agreed to return the ring after deducting $60+tax to fix the ring. I will never come back again to this location.
Called to ask how long a ring resize would typically take, the man told me 3 weeks. Called the plano location and the woman told me a week and a half. Maybe the allen location is busier, but if theyβre shipping the ring off to the same people, I donβt see how it would take them twice as long to get the job done. Not the first time Iβve felt like I canβt leave my jewelry with these people.
Never going to this location again. I have a zales account and have for a couple of years. I always went to the southlake location which is amazing. Today I went to the allen location and was astonished at how the store was being run. The what I assume to be manager named Carol was going around telling her employees βwe need four more credit applications todayβ and we need this much money to make quota. I was there for about 20 minutes listening to this. So unprofessional and uncalled for. I wanted to make a purchase and just could not bring myself to help them make their βquotaβ. Try a different location to avoid people who only care about numbers.
Horrible customer service! I took in my beautiful brand new engagement ring to be resized and the machine for taking a picture of the diamond was down so she just drew this little doodle on a carbon copy and now Iβm seriously freaking out that my ring is going to be replaced with an inferior diamond!!!!The manager was so rude, I am so mad at myself for walking out and leaving my ring with her. I wish I had gone to another location.Edit: I ended up going back and picking my ring up and taking it to the one in Stonebridge mall. Guess what, their diamond pic machine was βnot workingβ either. So basically Zales is the worst. Good news I got the same diamond back though lol.

I paid off the ring last week and ended my account with Zales. My preference is to not buy from thieves, rather they are on the street, or in a store.I dont leave many Google reviews, but the customer service was so terrible I want to join the other bad reviews on here and warn people... These CSRs are crooks and careless.I have a few small issues with the quality of the service itself that I will skip, but what really sets me off is that they included paperwork for 4 extra insurance policies on the 10k ring I bought even though I specifically declined the coverage verbally.They had me sign the POS credit card reader a few times, without showing me the screen and telling me that it was for the cleaning, warranty, and credit card authorization. At no point did they tell me that they were sliding in options that I didnt want.
What a bunch of losers. Never seen so many unprofessional people in my life. Indian guy is a complete liar. short hair blacklady is rude and the rest shmucks. Dont waste your time or money.

Ive never had a problem at any zales until I came to this one. Both the male associate and female manager were rude and hostile. My husbands wedding ring broke for the third time in less than three years and I went in to get it replaced (a different style since that one obviously wont last) after I bought the initial lifetime warranty along with two more extended warranties. She would not help me or even try because i did not have the diamonds from the old ring (which were lost when the ring shattered and broke). We had never had a problem with that before. She brought out a pamphlet with all kinds of fine print for me to read so I sat there trying to find where it said i couldnt return it and instead of making her wait i asked if I could just keep the pamphlet and read over the whole thing and return later. NOPE!! would not even let me keep a pamphlet!!! Are you serious!? I will never visit that store again and depending on what actions the company takes to make it right they might lose my business altogether.
I have purchased several pieces of Jewelry from Zales. Every purchase has come from this location ONLY @ Allen Premium Outlets. The Bridal Set we bought has had several diamonds fall out in a matter of about 60 days. It has been fixed twice now so they decided to replace it with a new one. The day we ordered a new one my wife lost one of the three bands that is a part of this ring. Understandably they wouldnt give us three pieces in exchange for our two pieces but they also said they couldnt sell us the already resized piece and that we would have to order it direct from the vendor and that it would take 6-8 weeks. The piece was alrady in the store!! I went in to try and handle the situation because my wife was bullied everytime she went in or called. I was told that I could pay $414 for the one tiny outside band. Obviously theres no way in the world that would happen, so I was told they would do me a favor and do it for $314 and still wait 6-8 weeks. I asked to speak to the regional manager to try and get this issue resolved after being told that there was a favor being done for me. He lowered the price a tad more to $250 to help out with the lost piece and still having to wait 6-8 weeks. In the meantime the new ring that was given to us was resized and the two bands arent even sized the same. It looks aweful. I have called the store about 7 times this morning and no one has answered. Avoid this location at all costs. Pathetic customer service and not quality products.
This is the worst zales ever..I wont suggest this to a friend..the customer service sucks..everyone is a manipulater here..they cheats the customers here..there is an Indian guy named zafari who works there please dont go near him if you keep your item aside the next day he acts as if he dont know you..this type of manipulaters should be put in jail.
By far the worst service of any retail establishment I have ever been to. My fianceΓ© wanted to have her wedding band sized up one half size and the associates kept trying to talk her out of it. Once we finally had it sized and paid a rush fee, they taxed the rush fee! The only other option to get free sizing like the service plan states is to let them send it off.....which they claim takes 2-4 weeks. And on top of it all, when I called to see if ring was ready they told me to stop calling about it. They were unapologetic and down right rude. Go somewhere else unless you absolutely have to shop here. I will only go back to keep my warranty intact.
