Short answer, great customer service, great prices, very professional. But let me tell you why. I researched my latest handgun for several weeks. I did the usual and visited my favorite range to shoot my top five contenders. When it came time to make the leap, this is where I struggled. I visited the box stores and found myself waiting for what seemed like an endless amount of time to speak to a person only to find out the model was not available. BEWARE! I bought a Kahr PM9 fromTexas Star Arsenal when I received it the gun it didn’t have night sights as advertised when I contacted them they wanted me to pay more to get a gun with night sight. I returned the gun and bought one from a different dealer with night sights for the same money I was supposed to get the original one with night sight Texas Star Arsenal for. Texas Star Arsenal also didn’t know how to handle the return according to ATF laws and was a pain in my FFLs butt when handling the return.
