Chad. The manager was awesome. Very engaging, knew about the products and what was on sale. I came in for the under the seat luggage and Ive been wanting to get new luggage, so I bought the pieces that match my under-the seat and other items. I love Samsonite luggage. There isnt anything wrong with my other set except that the big one has been banged up from travelling. Pictures are coming soon.

I was in need of a new briefcase, stopped in close to close. I hate doing this, but this was my last store to checkout. I came to the outlets for Wilsons Leather, but they went out of business.Walked in 5mins to close, was helped without feeling rushed. Great customer service. Clean store

Hi,I have a bad experience with Employee and branch manager at Allen outlet Samsonite store . i want to buy a luggage but As I checked the online price the store ‘s price is higher than online and I shared with employee and he tried to sell me more expensive than online but I mentioned that you always give me hard time and they do not care customer they only care how we can trick to customers ! please before go this store think one more and do not rely on them they always find reason to sell more expensive !

Depends on staff. I met couple of staff in terms of buying and returning luggage. 4 star becoz of good attitude on last staff....

IF I COULD GIVE THIS STORE 100 STARS, I WOULD! There is a gentleman who works in this store and he is by far one of the best employees I have ever met! I had an issue with my backpack which I purchased from another location and he took it upon himself to make sure I had a working backpack before I left the store. He was kind, respectful and more than anything HELPFUL! I recommend this Samsonite location to anyone who is in need of luggage or backpacks, because the staff here will make sure that you leave happy and stay happy. Thank you Samsonite Allen, and thank you to the gentleman who helped me with my backpack, you are AMAZING!

This store has the Best Deals on Samsonite luggage. I shopped around before purchasing my luggage and this store had the lowest and best prices around. I was extremely satisfied with my purchase and would refer anyone looking for luggage. Samsonite has some of the most durable luggage that last a long time.

Wonderful experience, the sales man had a great attitude and even explained how to set up the lock on my brand new luggage.

Great selection and claims of a warranty. The warranty is a joke. Told to just bring it in and they would send it in if anything needs to be fixed. Suitcase broke on the first trip. Warranty did not fix it. Buy a cheap suitcase from somewhere else. They definitely last longer!

Very nice outlet store for Samsonite. Well stocked everything is neatly displayed. Gentleman is very friendly. Knows much about his products. Very reasonable prices.

Located in the mall. It is a factory outlet. You won’t get the new one here. But good collection that have with international warranty.
