Here is my best effort to review this dealership. So I have been a client of the Bennett Family for over 5 years. So far this company stands behind their name and from Mr. Bennett down to his service staff I have only been treated like a royalty. So how did I decided to go from a Tacoma to a luxury vehicle. I was very hesitant because I did not want a huge payment and all type of expenses. Well after meeting Alex their manager. He made me feel like a million dollars and bought my vehicle back and work the magic to get me approved as a business. I absolutely love the vehicle but more than the vehicle I love this family. I tagged along with my Uncle as he came in to inquire about a vehicle, I just went a long For the ride and I must say I was extremely impressed! This place is awesome and so are people. The process was painless and actually fun and this is coming from my Uncle because he is unaware of how to actually write a review and asked me to do it but most importantly he asked me To mention Tyler Higgins. He literally said Tyler made the process easier than he is ever had in the past, Not many people enjoy buying cars. We selected the best vehicle that we are 100% satisfied with. We will be coming back again in the future but we will definitely be only coming back for Tyler as he provided excellent customer service, was straightforward and to the point no beating around the Bush and did everything with a smile, and had put the efforts in and answered any questions that we had right away. Well, Ive had multiple posts deleted from the Bennett FB page. So here is the nutshell version. Sales personnel = good. Understanding the customer = Good. Sales process = horrible (agreed upon down payment changed in finance office (no warning), warranty options limited = fixed with local Maserati dealer. Pre-approved through two banks = not even considered. You thought the honest opinion was too much to share. on FB So now, not even considering Bennett. Buh Bye.
Worse car buying experience of my life! I went to buy a 2017 use X5Bmw. I confirmed the price with them 4 times before driving an hour and a half away. When I reach the dealership the person that I’ve been in contact with wasn’t even there. After test driving the car I wanted to purchase at the price that was discussed already. I’ll show the sales personThe previous text stating that I was going to pay a specific price. The sales person said it was a mistake and it was the wrong car. I have to go back to the parking lot examining the car that I test drove and looking at my messages it was the right car. They still didn’t honor the price that I was given and I had to wait for hours for a ride home because I was expecting to leave with a new car.
My husband and I traveled all the way from Rochester New York to find the perfect car. There was no hassling with price or delivery. Right out of the gate they gave me the best number - no one in the country could match it. Rachel and Tyler did a great job ..I’ll be back!
It was a pleasure buying my Volkswagen Atlas at this dealership. The whole process was quick and simple. The staff was very accommodating. I will definitely return here for future vehicles!

Ive been a Maserati customer for a long time when I lived in LA. I moved to PA about a month ago and I contacted Bennett Maserati to buy two vehicles, one for myself and the other for my wife. The internet department was great they answered right away. Also the reviews I read online were great before I contacted them. I guess they are going through new Management now from what I heard. I told them I will be there on Friday around 715 because I have to leave the next day for work and will not be back till end of next week. They said that they close at 7. So I just took my business elsewhere and bought the two vehicles. They replied back to me that they will wait but it was later and I have already made an appointment with another dealer. I mean for two new Maserati deals you would think that they will wait and not have to go back and fourth. Anyways if you dont respect your customers time than will go somewhere else.

I have literally had the BEST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE with the folks at Bennett Maserati. I bought a 2016 quattroporte from them and it was just as advertised. I highly recommend from them. I flew in and drove it home with no problems. They are great.
Made an appointment to see a 2016 Maserati that was grey with black accents and wheels. 4 hours later I drive up to the dealership, after a 45 min drive, introduce myself and tell them I have an appointment and tell me the car is right out front. The car was grey and in fact had black accents but SILVER wheels. All the rep could say was well they were black. Well you had 4 hours to make that clear to me before I drove up to your dealership. I just told them I was looking for black and left. So frustrated the whole way home. Not one employee tried to stop me and their was at least 6 of them holding up a desk in the showroom. Lazy and unprofessional. If that car had the wheels I would have bought 100%. Now ill take my business elsewhere. Very disappointing for a high end car dealership.
I upgraded a Chevy Camaro to a CPO Ghibli SQ4 about a year ago from Bennett Maserati. It is a great car to be in, very comfortable, well appointed and fun to drive. I put on about 15K miles on the car since then. Im very happy with the car and the service both at the purchase and its maintenance. Randy, the service manager is exceptionally helpful, always available to answer questions, and makes it easy with a valet when service is needed.Overall a great experience. Id recommend Bennett to anyone interested in new or preowned Maserati.

BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. Buyer beware!
From my initial contact with Bennett I have nothing but great feelings about all the transactions that were necessary to purchase a car they had advertised on car guru getting it shipped from Allentown to Kansas City was no easy feat but would’ve been even more difficult without Justin Goldman and James Lewis’s expert Guidance and help to finalize the deal and this was even after they already had my money and all the paperwork. I know they have larger sales than mine probably every day but I feel they treated My transaction as if it were the largest the dealership had ever made!Trust them with your next car purchase I know I would!
Even with the current restrictions, Bennett was able to have everything ready prior to arrival. We showed up for a test drive, completed the paperwork, and drove away in a a new to us vehicle with no hassle. Super pleased with the service and staff.

My experience at Bennet Maserati unfortunately went from seamless to unprofessional in a matter of moments. Despite leaving the dealer with a dead car key, missing paperwork, absent spare, and incorrect purchase price which now has to be corrected. I would just advise other car shoppers to double check that all the correct information is in your possession before departing, since Bennet Maserati of Allentown did not provide those necessities for me. Hoping to hear back from Rand Masouh and John Janusz in a timely manner, Ill certainly escalate things and take the necessary action to ensure the deal was completely correct and not at the discretion of Bennet Maseratis dishonesty.
I Bought a Mercedes Benz cls 63 on December and the transmission broke 3 days later they send me to Mercedes Benz dealer for the repairs they accepted the repairs and never pay the car was sitting the for 6 weeks I had to pay $2,000 to Mercedes Benz and still haven’t refund me the money worst customer service now they just Ignoring my calls
Literally, rolled out the red carpet!! I had shopped around my home state in Illinois, I visited four dealers and they were rude, condescending, and in some case unprofessional. I began to think I wouldn’t buy a Maserati, because the dealers in Chicagoland suck! There was a constant theme of...”you want to buy a Maserati, we are ready to take advantage of you and charge you up the wazoo!”My experience at BENNETT Maserati of Allentown was just the opposite. From the moment I spoke with Justin over the phone and explained that I lived in Illinois but was willing to come to PA to buy the car he was on board. We discussed the car features that I was specifically searching for and price, he was very responsive to my push back and countered in a respectful way. This was truly thee best car buying experience in my life. Very friendly and professional staff, they took the time to review everything, very transparent about the pricing and the deal. I didn’t feel like there was going to be a secret line item. The best part when I arrived there was a sign with my name on it, a long red carpet that led me to my car with a nice little surprise inside. My next purchase will definitely be from Allentown Maserati and I don’t mind driving back to Illinois in my brand new car!
Very crooked and dishonest dealership as well as dishonest staff including GM. The salesman was Rand Masouh and his GM Alex Morra at Bennett Maserati. The salesman was extremely dishonest abput the condition of the car and sold me a crashed, damaged, Maserati granturismo and passed it as CPO in great condition. He sells empty promises and didnt deliver. GM is also a crook and took us as a joke. We live in Cali and bought the Maserati from Allentown through cargurus. We thought since it was a Maserati dealership it was honest and trustworthy. We asked Rand several times if the car had any damage. Not only did he verbally tell us no, he put it in writing as well. Only to find out when the car was delivered, that the damage was already visible and we later found out upon inspection at a local Maserati dealership, that the car was crashed, cracks, throughput, and put back together with a lousy mickey mouse job with overspray, mismatched paint etc, glued on sensors,etc. Basically, Bennett Masersti and Ramd Masouh are liars. We confronted them by mailing them a nice letter, offering them to take it back or another means of resolution. However, they refused. Alex the GM called us after he read the letter. He was so rude and only addressed the rust issue, saying it was due to snow in Pennsylvania, while he completely ignored to mention all the other significant damages I addressed in the letter, taking us as a joke. As we were on speakerphone, my wife began to ask about the other damages, however, Alex began to raise his voice and say there was absolutely NO resolution and no refunds, no returns, and eventually hung up on us. Fortunately, we took videos and pictures of the car as it was unloading the delivery truck. So we have an extreme amount of proof. And we have emails from the Salesman Rand showing that he lied about the car being damaged. I made an appointment at the Maserari dealership to have it inspected thoroughly. And I have the report. Ill be reporting Maserati of Allentpen.I advise not to use the dealership, and if you do make sure to not take their words for anything as they are shady and dishonest . Have your car checked immediately after the purchase and dont trust the paperwork they provide you.
This dealership is hands down the best dealership I have ever dealt with. From the friendly receptionist, amazing salesman, and fantastic finance guy, I was thoroughly impressed. I walked in the dealership on a time crunch. Between James and Justins teamwork, I was walking out the door in 90 minutes, purchasing the vehicle that I was there to look at. Zero hassle. We were recently traveling from Texas to Long Island and had been considering a Maserati. However we did not have a dealership in our area. We happened to stop by on our travels and were lucky enough to meet James Lewis. Even though he knew we were traveling, he took time to show us these beautiful automobiles. BEWARE buying a Maserati from this dealership. They sold my husband and I, a crashed car with significant damage, missing badge, misaligned hood, overspray, poor paint job, extreme rust, sensors that were GLUED on, falling visor, missing air clip on vent, missing manual, missing battery, cigarette burns, and defective USB ports. As an out of state customer we trusted this dealership. Even though the carfax was clean, it was their job to inform us of all the damages on the car, once they inspected the vehicle. They reassured us several times on the phone that their were no damages. They sold me a Maserati for over $60k and passed it off as CPO (certified pre-owned). The salesman said in order for a vehicle to be eligible for CPO it has to pass a 170 point inspection. Clearly they passed it anyway. Its not even worth half of the price we paid. They took 17 days to ship the car. Once the car arrived to us, my husband and I took a video and pictures as it was unloading from the delivery truck which shows proof and evidence of the misaligned hood, falling visor, missing air vent clip, overspray, missing badge, mismatched paint, etc. Then we took it in for inspection at a local Maserati dsalership which revealed the impact damages, cracked areas, GLUED on sensors, rust, etc. The car is a mess. We were in shock and so sad to hear what a damaged car it was. We wrote the dealership a nice letter to resolve the issue. The GM Alex Morra just called us on a recorded line where he was so rude saying theres no return, no refund, and no resolution whatsoever. In the letter, we offered to be open to the possibilities of a refund and return the vehicle, exchange, or partial refund according to the actual value of the car with the damages and keeping the car. They refused to all options. So now we have no other option than to resort to rectifying it legally.
After shopping shopping and shopping for the right car found Bennett Maserati and they had the car for me was in the area for work so just stopped in was greeted by the salesman James and I stated I wanted to look at one of the cars in which I found online.Gave him my credentials and took a test ride he was very kind and knowledgeable about the car and I didn’t feel pressured at all .Basicly after the test drive I asked about the warranty and other questions which he answered throughly then he said what do you think I said I will take it.While in his office discussing the purchase another great guy who introduced himself as the sales manager Justin apologized for interrupting but had a ? For James on another car I stated not a problem just thought to myself wow I have purchased countless cars throughout my life and never really had a quality experience until this purchase.After finalizing a couple of things with James was re-introduced to Justin in which finalized the deal . I did have a trade I thought it was worth more than what it was which Justin showed me what they were selling for in the area and I understand being self-employed there has to be a profit to keep the lights on but to take that time and review my trade so I can understand I was thoroughly impressed again.I live approximately an hour away from this dealership and will return this vehicle for service at this location the sales staff the management the hospitality just five star to the fullest extent I could say I’m 100% satisfied with my purchase thank you staff of Bennett Maserati of Allentown .PS-especially Justin and James .
I went to Bennett Maserati to look at what I believed to be my dream car. John Mahan had it all ready for me. He was patient with me on the test drive, where I truly test the features of the car. I cannot say enough about the courtesy, giving of time, knowledge and general respect that John gave to me during the whole process. I did end up buying my dream car from John. A week later, I realized that I had left something in the car I traded. John was kind enough to mail it back to me. And he has checked on me periodically since I bought the car. I honestly cannot say enough good things. My experience with John was very positive and I continue to be thrilled with my car. I highly recommend working with John to purchase your car here.

My son and I went here today to kill time before our flight left for Atlanta. Hes eight years old and LOVES fast cars! We walked across the lot just so he could look and thats when John Mahan, one of the sales men, walked out. I told him off the bat that we were just killing time but I think he saw the excitement in my sons eyes so he offered to take us in the showroom and let him sit in one of the cars. My son was beyond ecstatic about this. As a mom I appreciated this because he knew we werent there to buy however took his time to explain the cars and even told my son if you work hard enough you can do anything you want. This meant so much to me as Im sure this little experience is one my son will never forget. Thank you so much John for just being a good guy!
I’m very disappointed.My father came on the lot wearing his work clothes.He got no help or assistance at all.The salesmen saw him but never got attention.He was going to buy a car, but he got very upset for the way he was treated.This buisness is very unprofessional.I got so upset hearing about what happened.I will never go to the business wearing work clothes.I guess I have to go there wearing a “suit and tie”I have to look “rich”ThanksI don’t recommend to go to this buisness to anyone I know at all.

First or foremost I want to thank Bennett Maserati and also a big thank you to Cassie for helping me out online when looking into the Levante also another thank you too Blake sales manager when we arrived he gave me and my wife the greatest respect and did not treat us like kids. We never felt pushed and he answered all our questions and also showed us different opinions on the Levante in person. Finally thank you Anthony in sales for being the greatest sales person. I must say this dealership is very unprofessional in regards to discrimination of peoples professions. Glenn, Brett and there owner refused to sell me a vehicle when I have the means and funds to purchase a 2017 Levante. They accused me of being an exporter! It is my understanding that this dealership had been working with exporters very closely at one point and got in trouble for making profits to export there vehicles to foreign countries and that there name and franchise was on the line.So I guess if they are going to judge someone as being an exporter then they should just take a look in the the mirror. Seems to me that this dealership is just getting started in things to come. Well gentlemen its been real I wish you all the best of luck and that all the individuals that pre-ordered your 2017 Levantes are real buyers! Oh and to all the potential buyers thinking of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership prepare to be offended, accused, and scrutinized throughout your purchasing process.
