I brought my 2016 hardtop in for its annual state inspection. As always, the service department was professional and courteous. They also performed some routine maintenance. Luis then sent me a phone message with a video, of the undercarriage, including a close up of two tyres that they recommended I replace. An estimate was included. I had the tyres changed and they washed my MINI. Its always a pleasure to visit MINI of Allentown.
Wonderful service. Had maintenance done on my car and everything was handled with care. Katie at the front desk was so understanding, and helpful during the discussions about the problems my car was having. Todd did such an excellent job keeping in contact with me, and always updating me every step of the way. The maintenance was a difficult diagnosis that took time, and effort to debunk, but everything was handled perfectly. My car was given back to me sparkling clean, and good as new. Very satisfied! If I get another BMW this will be my first option!
This dealership is truthfully what sold me on being a bmw owner- for LIFE. They actually corrected what was a very large error from the original dealership I bought my 3 series from.. and not once did they complain, or seem even the slightest bit irritated about having to deal with the situation. They kept me in the loop on every detail and did everything in their power to upgrade me to the best possible situation to keep us their happiest clients. I Purchased my 2019 BMW X5 from Daniels BMW in Allentown. I live an hour away. We chose Daniel’s BMW because of the excellent customer service and our salesman was wonderful his name is Chris D. We first went to our local BMW dealership which we were less than pleased with their customer service/sales. I was told that I have free inspections for the life of my car but driving an hour and then having to wait for my car at first it seemed daunting to me. My very first inspection they offered to come down and pick up my car and then leave me a loaner. Or I could drive up there and I could get a loaner and go shopping in the area. Which is what I ended up choosing to do the last few times. This time I waited too long for my inspection and it was a last minute get me in quick kind of appointment... totally my fault, but there were no loaner cars available. However they have a shuttle service and they drove me to the shopping center nearby. I stayed there for approximately two hours and then they came and picked me up. This was also a pleasant experience. Overall I would definitely recommend shopping around your dealerships until you find one whose customer service and salesman are top notch. And even if it is far away from where you live just choose it. There are a lot of options if you have service/problems/issues or need to drive up for inspections and they can accommodate you.
Team accepted car a few minutes early. My service rep was pleasant and efficient. Waiting area was accommodating for working, making calls, coffee. All my questions were answered and I appreciate the courtesy vehicle check. Car was returned clean and ready to go. Thanks!

I have found Daniels BMW service and sales staff to be extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the BMW products. I brought my 2019 530i in for a problem that was intermittent. Austin, was very helpful with communicating the status of the repair, and arranging a ride home for me. The repair was completed at the time he told me it would be ready.All in all my experience was outstanding.
First time at dealership, Todd my service guy was good and explained everything. I had a check up and a battery install an wheel alignment. Only complaint is I waited 3.5 hours. I thought the wait was excessive. Next time I’ll drop off and leave.

Daniels BMW is one of the most honest dealerships around. I was going to another BMW dealership in Scranton (TH) getting oil changes every 3,000 miles not knowing it was recommended at every 10,000 miles. Went to Daniels for an oil change and that’s when I was told I didn’t need one. Imagine a dealership sending me home because the service wasn’t required. I’ve been going to Daniels ever since and they have treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. My Consultant Ryan was super friendly and knowledgeable. I trust them 100% and have never had a problem.

Buying from Daniels was the easiest and most stress free car buying experience Ive ever had, I actually had fun during the process! I wanted to place an order for a very specifically built M340i and Jane handled every request with much care and attention to detail. Super friendly and very informative. I dropped off my 2002 (e46) 325xi because my transmission was in limp mode. Ended up going above and beyond not only fixing the issue but fixing my check engine light as well as my traction control. Highly recommended!!
I’m from out of town and had a very mixed experience. I got a flat tire about 10 miles away from the dealership and a rep was very helpful with setting up an appointment first thing in the morning for me. Upon my arrival the staff the greater me was a attentive and ready to help me. I was set up with a service manager who was also quite helpful. I was promised a new tire ($100 over tirerack.com pricing) would be mounted for by about 5pm and to expect a call when it was ready. Around 4pm I messaged them for an update and there wasn’t one, but they still expected my car to be ready around 5. I was about a half hour away and confirmed a closing time of 6pm with them. Around 5:30pm I contacted the service department asking if my car was ready without a response. I got a hold of them by 5:45 and after a bit of back and forth they determined my car was ready. I hadn’t had my ride preemptively drive there without knowing it was done, so when I explained I would be there by 6:15 they told me not to come till tomorrow. Again, being from out of town, and already missing one day of work, that wasn’t exactly convenient. It was a bit frustrating to be blamed for not showing up by 6pm when I felt like I attempted to be in communication. Nonetheless, I did get my car in the end.
Daniels earned our business over other dealers in our area by being prompt, clear and straightforward in the sales process. In less than 24hour Madeline was able to clearly answer all of our questions online and connect us with John to put together a deal that felt right. Daniels clearly wanted our business and beat the other dealers hands down. We did have a couple of snafus with the factory and the delivery was a little chaotic, but we were able to work through those and John did a fantastic job of going above and beyond to make sure that everything came out great. Love the X7 and highly recommend Daniels BMW.
I received the absolute best service by the Service Representative Lisa, as well as the receptionist that took my call on 7/19/21. I would have rated 5 star but the car was not cleaned at pickup. For $2300 I expected a car wash to be included. This used to be included for a lot less.

Expired! My inspection, my registration and (almost) my insurance. Todd Simpson went above and beyond to renew everything I had so negligently failed to do. All with a smile and no judgement! My car needed tires besides all the other fixes that I, again, had negligently failed to do. I got a loaner, a cup of coffee to go and all was good by the next day. It’s like I have a brand new BMW! BMW hits customer service out of the park by empowering their Client Advisors to manage everything from start to finish. I loved working with Chris and the fact that I wasn’t tossed around to a lot of different departments. It’s my first BMW and won’t be my last buying from here!

My wife had a appointment at 10am to get an oil change and some other things. Didn’t start work on the car til 4pm(granted we dropped the car off but still) if that was the case why make an appointment... then to be told whomever put the OEM brake pads on needed to put the new sensor when they are BMW pads and I’m sure they had a brake sensor they could have put on..we were willing to spend the money to get the car inspection ready but to be honest it just seemed like they brushed us off
My son plays on the iron pigs bb team and was planning to drive home to South Jersey after the season ended on Sunday. Unfortunately, on Friday his car would not start. His 2010 BMW was towed to Daniels BMW Friday morning, where it was determined that he needed a new starter. I dealt with Ryan Mertz in service, who was fantastic. He indicated that he was not certain he could get the part and job completed by Saturday but would do his best. He got the job done and the car was picked up by my son Saturday afternoon. Therefore, he was able to dive home after the game. Thanks and high praise to Ryan and his staff !!!!

I took my Mini to Allentown for diagnostics, this past week. Robin was great. He is very knowledgeable and willing to show you things about your Mini. I was there to get work done to the Mini after I bought it almost a year ago, as well. He is very professional and friendly. He took me over to the shop the first time to show me what exactly was wrong and what needed to be done. He didnt push me to get work done that wasnt necessary. Robin is the best person to deal with at MINI of Allentown.

I took my 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman for a battery change here. Upon inspecting my vehicle they discovered other issues and included a video of the issues along with an explanation which is super helpful. Seeing these issues first-hand really helps inform me the condition of these parts and whether they need to be replaced sooner or later. This was so much better than just simply having to take their word for it since there is evidence behind their claims. They also took the time to vacuum my floor mats which was a small but very considerate detail that they included while having possession of my vehicle. Just that kind of effort really shows the care and dedication they have to provide excellent guest service. Out of all the years I’ve been getting my car inspected and worked on I’ve never received such great service, will definitely come back if I have any other problems with my Mini.
My tech was great but the waiting area was filthy. The flies were everywhere. There were crumbs on the floor. It wasn’t what I’m used to at Daniels. Also the bathroom smelled horrible.

He has always been very courteous and responsive to my requests and needs for the maintenance of my vehicles.The Service Department is also very well run and keeps my vehicles running in top performance. In general the entire staff has been courteous and respectful. No need to go anywhere else.
Just purchased a pre owned BMW 330i and brought it in for a multi point check. Staff was amazing, service was quick and easy, accomodations while waiting were excellent. While I dont ever want to HAVE to go in for service, its nice to know that if I do have to, my wait will be pleasant.
Super friendly staff. Scott Simpson has been my SA for a couple years now and he and the team always take good care of my car. No pushy salesman tactics. Yet gives advice on service that should be done soon. Dealership prices are always going to be a bit higher than maybe an Indy garage. But you do get the satisfaction that the job is done right, using genuine parts with a warranty and if anything goes wrong, they will take care of your issue quickly.
Have been bringing my wife’s Mini (“Tunie”) here for servicing for eight years. Service agent is superb. He is always very courteous and professional and seems to truly care about our welfare. Technicians are totally reliable and do a thorough job. Will continue to rely on Mini of Allentown for servicing my wife’s pride and joy and then repeat when she’s ready to step up a brand new model!
After being a victim of theft *sad face* it was time to purchase another 4 series. Decided to go with the better motor and replace my 435i with a nice CPO 440i xDrive I found here. Drove from NYC to this location to check the car out, very competitively priced and after a test drive I was dead set on this car. Fast forward a little over a year later and I still have the car. Wonder if Daniels BMW would honor a CPO service (not claim) now that I have built internals and big turbo. Oh and don’t let me forget Ashley! She was awesome and super easy to deal with, no idea if she’s still with you guys but if she is I apologize if I frightened you on the test drive and would love for you to feel what 800awhp feels like in it now!

I had somewhat of an emergency because another auto shop, silly me for not bringing my car to Daniels BMW first, torqued one of my lug nuts too tight and broke the key. I needed a key to to remove the lug nuts and put new tires on before I left for vacation with my wife. Eric came outside to determine which key fit my car. Instead of ordering a new key the team came up with another solution. The scheduler quickly fit me in and my problem was solved. The team at Daniels is awesome. Excellent problem solving, customer experience, and execution. I highly recommend Daniels BMW for sales, service and, not usually top of mind, but very important, Parts! Thank you all.
I live in Toronto, Canada and was visiting relatives in Allentown, PA. During my visit my BMW X5 started making scraping noises while driving at low speeds. I called Daniels BMW the next morning on Monday at 8 am. They asked me to bring the car in by 9 am. Their Service manager met me in the parking lot and was super friendly, took our keys and told me to relax and grab a coffee. In 20 min they had my info and I left the dealership. As soon as I left the dealership my service manager Todd sent me an email about the status of the car and kept me updated on the progress of the vehicle service work the entire day. By 3 pm they had diagnosed the repaired my problem at no charge since it was a small job. They had my my car washed, vacuumed and back to me by 5 pm. What an awesome experience.
Lisa was amazing. The car was completed in the timing I was told. She was able to provide us with savings on our 4 tires and alignment!

The customer service is excellent every time I visit.
Went from “I can get the previous service history on your vehicle, I have it in front of me” to “sorry I can’t give that out and I DON’T have it in front of me”. Makes no sense to me, other dealers are able to process old service history on cars all the time. Especially if it’s from the BMW brand and has been serviced at the exact facility before. I sensed the lie, and I also sensed the lack of effort in trying to assist me hence the service advisor having no problem hanging up the phone. Other BMW dealerships have done this for me without a problem and even offered print outs ensuring there was no old customer information or prices.
