Allied went above and beyond and were very determined to get my loved 2011 Chevy Silverado 1500 back on the road. My truck had a bad fuel leak and a bad rusty frame with a big crack in it, they did a amazing job. They treat you like family and I felt free to speak any mechanical concerns that were on my mind without getting attitude like I got at other Machanic shops. Unlike any other shop I’ve been to, they actually want your car to run when you get it back:) and they will do everything they can to make sure that happens. They even called me and kept me up to date the entire week my truck was being serviced and they took pictures and videos of the work before and after. They left me a cute little treat in my truck for me of candy corn😊 I will be returning for all my future automotive needs! Thank You Allied!

Staff at Allied Automotive are extremely friendly and helpful. I originally took my 2000 Nissan Xterra for A/C issue two years go. Worked great since it was fixed. This year, I had to bring it back due to overheating. They found the issue and replaced my Thermostat and radiator. Now car is running great. They also gave me plans for other items that I may replace. Would highly recommend them!

Theyre amazing, great customer service, easy to talk to and kept me well informed and even left a cute present on my dash as youll see in the photos. Overall, I can recommend this facility for repairs. In that regard, they did not let me down. However, when I took my vehicle there in May, upon pickup, I noticed new scratches on the driver side door. I walked back to let the technician know, and he came out to inspect the scratches. Perplexed by it all, he wasnt sure where they had come from. He mentioned to bring it back so his boss (who was not there at the time) can take a look, and go from there. Three days later, I had brought it back and both Adam and Paulie inspected the scratches. Still uncertain how it happened, they both assured me it would be fixed at their expense. Paulie called in an order for the paint, and would touch base when he had it at the shop. A month went by with no contact. I reached out to Allied Automotive, inquiring about the paint. I was told they had it and were meaning to give me a call. From there, I had set up an appointment to accommodate the person who comes in to do the paint job. It was scheduled for July. July comes around, I bring my car in. I called checking on the status of the car, and was notified their contact did not show up or answer their calls, so the scratches were not repaired. I picked up my car, and Paulie said he would be in contact again so we could finally get the problem fixed. Its now September, and I have heard nothing from anyone at Allied Automotive. I called them a week ago, and went in yesterday to pick up the paint and get the job done elsewhere. Its unfortunate that the situation was full of neglect and still unresolved, but Id rather place my loyalty to a business that offers reliability rather than runarounds.

I have never had to have my car inspected as someone (father or husband) always did it. I had many questions as it is an older care with lots of mileage. Everyone was kind and explained things to me until I understood. I will be using them from now on!

Jennifer again made the need to have a fairly expensive repair done a pleasant experience. Ive had my car in the shop twice recently. The first was a blown transmission and the second was because todays vehicles are really not the place for a back yard mechanic like myself. Both times Jennifer worked diligently to get me the best price on the needed parts and kept me informed throughout the process. I feel lucky to have found the professionals at allied. I honestly can’t say enough good things or recommend this place enough to anyone who needs a place to take their vehicle. I found myself in an incredibly stressful situation, needing work done on my car ASAP. After calling dozens of dealerships/shops in the area, Adam was a welcome voice on the phone. He got my car in right away, made me feel less worried, and his team was ready as soon as I arrived. I received text updates and calls and the mechanic working on my car even explained in detail everything that was going on. They took care of the issues as quickly as they could. I drive my car A LOT. The fact that Allied was thorough and kept me updated on everything meant a lot. If you want your car to be in good hands, this is your place.

I came here after many recommendations from my coworkers with my car that I believe only needed a new radiator and spark plugs. I shared my story with tears rolling down my face about this ongoing battle I had from my dealership about this piece of junk car I had recently bought and kept dumping thousands into fixing. After Adam and his crew looked at it, he told me that it needed quite a bit on engine work. He would be willing to dive into it and explore exactly what it needed, but he was very honest with me to tell me that it just wasn’t worth it. I needed to get out of this car. They wouldn’t even touch the radiator that I knew needed to be fixed before they even knew what was going on with the engine. (Saving me a good $700+). I went back to the dealership about this car and Adam called them personally to help have my back about this car. Even after I left them, Ashley called me after a few days just to check in on me just to see how I was doing, as they were thinking about me, and offered to come help me look at new cars in her off time. This shop truly cares about their customers more than their wallets. I honestly can’t thank you all enough there. I’ll be seeing you guys soon with my new car!

Adam, Paulie and their team of awesomeness never EVER disappoint. I had a complicated issue with my new-to-me, over engineered vintage-ish Mercedes cabriolet that involved the seat latch and all the electrical stuff underneath. I stupidly felt it would be best to take it to our local Mercedes Benz dealer for a repair of this caliber. After a week of waiting for a quote, I was slapped with a $3,600 estimate. One call to Allied and their awesome team, we were able to get the parts I needed complete the same work for only $850! This was not the first time Allied has helped me save MASSIVE amounts of money, and I’m sure it won’t be the last. Thanks again team AA!

I originally found Allied on Google as the neighborhood certified Honda expert. I had a lemon of a car and they helped me fix it up when I could afford to. When it was time to let go, they let me know. When my girlfriend at the time needed some repairs, I suggested Allied. Fair price for great work. My parter now needed an oil change and when we went to Allied recently, I hadnt been there in a good couple of years and Adam greeted me by name and recognized me even with a mask covering half my face.We usually go to Walmart to get my partners oil change and when he was too busy to make an appointment, I told him I was going to go to Allied. When the oil change was done Adam broke down what else needed to be done in the future, when, and why. There were a couple of things we needed to look out for that didnt need immediate service but to think about by the next oil change. He let us know what needed to be prioritized. Walmart is cheaper but they dont care like Allied does. They would have changed the oil, which would have taken all day, and let us go on our merry way without letting us know about these potential future issues.5 out of 5. Amazing.

Thank you for the quick service!!! Went out for work Saturday morning and had a flat tire AAAggg. After arriving at work, I called Allied to see if they could fit me in Monday to fix my tire. Adam checked the warehouse for my tire size if needed, (I was pretty sure they would be) and told me they would be at the shop Monday and I could come then. With this pandemic, Ashley and I talked Monday morning about the best time for me to arrive so I wouldnt spend too much time waiting. I was in and out within the hour with new tires. Always great service!! Always reliable, honest and fair. I would recommend to anyone.

We recommend Allied Automotive in Allentown to all of our clients. One client needed a second opinion, and in the end, chose to work with Adam and his team as his rates were more transparent and the owner took the time to share information on the car in easy to understand language. Our other client, who resides in the Poconos, appreciated the constant communication the manager spent with her. This was my first experience with Allied Automotive and during the Covid-19 crisis they have taken great steps to avoid contact and sanitize your vehicle for your safety. My inspections, oil change and tire rotation were all done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I received an in depth and detailed report about my car with pictures and explanations of work that is needed in the future. Since the office was closed, due to the virus concerns all my interaction was done by phone and both Alex who called to review the findings on my vehicle and Ashlee who took the appointment, explained the process and let me know my car was ready were extremely pleasant and helpful. My only regret is that I wasn’t able to meet them in person. Maybe next time!

They do great work here and unlike any other automotive service place Ive been to in the pass. Although the turn around isnt the fastest, the quality work definitely makes up for it. A full and accurate diagnosis have been made everytime I have dropped of one of my cars for service. Also, theyre not pushy at all and fully understand that youre on a budget. Highly recommend this shop.

Allied was great. They got my car in the shop immediately. Their prices were very fair, and beyond that they helped me work within my budget to fix my car. They were very friendly and understanding. They identified and fixed exactly what needed to be fixed and got me driving again in the same day. They gave me a ride to my house while they had my car, and even picked me up to take me back to my car. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Before taking my car they they responded to both my emails and my phone calls and questions quickly and informatively. They went above and beyond and I will definitely come here again for all of my mechanical needs.

We used Allied Automotive Services to replace tires on our car trailer. Adam was the only (out of 10 different shops called) that questioned why we only need 3 tires replaced. So my husband and I take our cars to Allied and have always been happy. Adam is fair and does a great job. Recently, he was out of town and I had my car in which turns out, needed a tuneup. I got the bill and needless to say, was NOT happy. When Adam returned, he reviewed it, and informed us of the mistake that was made in billing, and refunded us the difference. He could have ignored the issue entirely, since he obviously has other satisfied customers, but he did not. Adam took the time to make it right and for that he deserves credit and praise. I reached out to Allied Automotive regarding repair of my car based on the great review and I was not disappointed. Adam was knowledgeable in answering my questions and only recommended repairs that were necessary. He and his repair technician actually dissuaded me from having a repair done that I thought I needed. The dealers service department told me that a certain repair needed to be performed, but Adam and his team informed me that it was something that was expensive and was not necessary at that time. I will trust them with my car again and I have already recommended them to a friend, as they are friendly, knowledgeable, and reputable!

I brought my car in on a whim as it is close to my house but I will keep returning for sure. Extremely honest work and reasonable prices.I brought my car in with what I was told from another shop was a bad compressor so I was ready to replace it. Instead of just replacing the compressor they decided to dig in and told me they didnt think that the compressor was bad and they wanted to give a MUCH cheaper solution a try.I of course agreed and that ended up being the correct fix. They could have easily replaced the compressor and charged me 10x as much as the fix ended up being but they were honest and saved me a bunch of cash. I can definitely recommend Allied Automotive as a 5 star, do not hesitate to bring them your car.

Got a flat and pulled in here to get it fixed. They had a tire delivered in ten minutes and I was out the door in 25 minutes. Great service, great manager. Nice waiting room with couches and cell phone charge station. Free WiFi. I think Ill come here again when I need some work done.
