Used AAA and had my car towed. Brian with the maroon tow truck was the most professional and kind ever. He was so informative; fast, and efficient. Super nice guy and hard worker. More people should take after him!

Needed a tow and Eric was very pleasant to talk to and earlier than expected at 5:30 in the morning. Great technician and excellent service was provided.

My car broke down and needed to be towed to the shop for repairs. The driver I had for 8/3 at 8 am on Linden in Allentown was amazing. He tried to do a few things to start the car before I spent money fixing it. He also got the car to the shop in a timely manner. Only hitch was AAA giving them incorrect information.

This is the third time sacks tow one of my cars... always nice kind word for you never hurry Sacks should teach towing 101,, some companys need it,,wish we could call sacks when we need service but what AAA wants its there way

I truly wish I had the name of the Employee who came out to change my moms tire this morning. He got out there quicker than AAA even told me he would be. He changed the tire and even filled up her spare within minutes. This morning was a scary situation. Her tire literally blew apart. But he made us feel so much better about the whole thing. I witnessed an altercation. They’re clearly racist. The older women that works or hangs out in there is VERY disrespectful. She started a whole argument over absolutely nothing and for no reason, and then continued to egg the situation on till it escalated then said she was going to call the cops over something she started. Wouldn’t let the person get the stuff out of their car because “they don’t know how to act”. The people that own it are older but they are very childish. I would report them to the BBB.

As a result of transmission problems, I have called upon Sacks Automotive and Towing 3 times within the last month for towing services. They have been extremely responsive, prompt and professional. Not only do I highly recommend them to my friends and family but I will continue to use them in the future. Hopefully, less and less as these automotive problems decrease.

Went into to pay to get my car out but they did not have available tow trucks so I respectfully asked since they do not have required service to get my car and I have the required money, is there a chance to freeze any add on fees, which is very very fair. I was told YOU CANT COME IN HERE BARKING ORDERS! I then was very sternly invited into the office to speak to her husband and he lunged out his chair towards me, stopped, and then sat back down and I was met with the most hostility I have encountered from a business in a very long time. They refused to allow me even to get my insulin out my car and I am a Type 1 Diabetic. We proceeded on a vulgar verbal confrontation that his wife was adding in on as well. If they actually happen to read this review, I am sorry for cursing and using foul language towards you, but you must make reprimands on your own behavior towards people of color and for all customers regardless. I never EVER faced such terrible customer service and I genuinely mean it.

As per our phone conversation on the phone on 3/20/19. I hope you guys speak to your driver and figure it out that he shouldn’t be racist and that he shouldn’t be calling people “illegal” and “don’t speak English.” I don’t care if he was in a rush and he should be patient and wait for the cars to pass until I was able to cross over into my son’s daycare. Also my daughter was in the car and had to hear the type of way I spoke, she felt ashamed for someone white looking and apparently “born here ” just like her”, talk to her mom that way and say all those racist comments. He’s lucky that I am a patient person and that I only cursed him out. Explain to him how there are other “illegals” out there that will overreact so he can learn how to respect an illegal. I don’t understand how you guys have a negligent driver, drunk looking ( if he wasn’t), and rude. I would like a response back and I will be posting this on your Facebook wall and on my Facebook wall and make it public. He needs to learn how to respect people, “Hispanic looking people”, and everyone else because sadly he eats from illegals sometimes by towing illegal people’s cars and getting paid.

Had the pleasure of being towed today by Eric Ojeda, dayshift driver at Sacks. He was friendly and professional taking care to carefully load and unload my car without causing any damage in the process. I would rate him higher than 5 stars if I could. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
