Unfortunately the company that we bought our awning from went out of business so L&L was taking on the business. When I called L&L to inquire about our canopy install I was told the cost would be $100 for the first hour and the average cost is around $150. I wrote it down as a note during the call. When Jerry and his helper Jose arrived they got right to it. I noted the time 4:03p. During the install Jose was having some issues with threading the cord thru the grommets and it had to be redone. There was another issue that he needed help with,. Not a ton of time but none the less still time. I noted the time they left as 5:07 pm. a little over an hour total time. Got the Invoice...$180! We work by our clock, not yours. $170 is the charge for 70 minutes work. Regards,So there you go. I paid for Joses training time and was overcharged.IF there is any place else that does this service....Use them!Lehrman & Lehrman was not honest in their time reporting or the cost initially quoted.

Recently my mother in law dropped a shade to repaired by this company as she has for many years, this time she receives a call back from the company owner stating that that he is not going to fix the f***ing shade solely because she went with another company for an awning that responded to her quicker than they did after giving them a week to get back to her. Not only did he say this to her over the phone he did it while my 3 kids 2, 7, and 10 were present in the vehicle. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
