I was a regular customer until yesterday. I went there to purchase a case of Heineken. There was a sign advertising it for $29.99 hung in the back room. It rang up for $33.99, so I said something and the owner was immediately rude and dismissive toward me. He told me that it was a very old sign (as if it was my fault for seeing it and believing it to be accurate) and that he couldnt--or wouldnt--honor that price. I told him that was false advertising, particularly since he had just proved he was aware of it being up. He again made no effort to apologize and would not make eye contact with me. I have not felt this insulted as a customer in quite a while. I will never be back and I will tell others not to patronize this establishment, where you clearly cant count on the prices to be accurate.

Place could be something decent if it wasnt for horrible customer service. Ordered a keg for a party, after receiving couldnt get it to pour properly. Temp wasnt a problem, not my first keg, maybe it had to do with the Out of date/Do not sell sticker on the keg. Returned the full keg next day, owner said they would talk to rep from beer company and figure it out. I go back and the owner says they tested the keg and it was fine. Nothing he could do. Turns out thats not true, Ive worked in business and know thats not what happens. Called the beer supplier myself and they say they dont test kegs and they would just refund it. Owner of Bulldog is a liar and either kept my refund of never made a call. Ill go one more block to the 6pk shop in Fountain Hill and save the headache of dealing with this guy!

Just want to give a shout out to the wonderful people at Bulldog Beverage. Always friendly and courteous when I go there. Yesterday was over the top though. Had the unfortunate experience Saturday of losing my wallet. come to find out it was in their parking lot. Long story short they found it an made sure I got it back.

Just stopped in there again today - same great experience as last time. Friendly customer service and a great selection of beer, including some stuff I have not seen elsewhere. If you are looking for a beer distributor that cares about their customers and product, this is the place to go.

The customer service here was amazing. Stopped in today and the gentleman even helped me get the stuff to my truck.
