I like to thanks the staff for working with me, I recently bought the X-caliber 8 in white it’s awesome my first bike and loving it…Excellent sales & support team.

They must be the new circuit City because their service is state of the art, LOL. They will take really good care of you there. They will get your bike up and running, I brought in an old Panasonic bicycle and they hooked me up with fresh cables, new rubber, new grips, all kinds of new stuff, theyre super helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable, they even gave me a few little spare parts out of their tool box so I would be able to fully complete my repairs. No charge, and the technician there took the time to fully explain to me how to properly wrap my handlebar with tape, he even taught me a few secrets of the trade, no charge. Overall it was a wonderful and joyous experience. Oh, and, they kept the store open and extra 15 mins because I was having bank issues with my debit and they patiently waited while I moved funds around from one bank to another. Its exclusively a Trek store but they have a love for all bikes and will service anything you have!!!! Thank you Trek Staff!!!!!

This shop is fantastic. I was visiting from out-of-town and renting a bicycle for a few days. Their communication was excellent and every member of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They set me up with the right fit and instructions on the particular bike and even offered a free demo helmet. This would definitely be my first choice if buying or servicing a bike in Allentown. I ended up buying the helmet, but there was no pressure to buy. A great experience that really enhanced my visit.

I took my Townie Go to the shop with a flat tire and a gear issue. They said i could pick it up tomorrow. An hour and a half later they called and said it was done! I was totally impressed with the service and the amazing people who work there!-Barbara Morgan

Great service, everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable. I didnt walk into the store feeling like I didnt belong there. I didnt get the discriminating looks like hes not buying anything . Instead I was greeted and was helped out tremendously. They went above and beyond in finding me the exact helmet that I was looking for, and took great care putting my bike together. Before I went in there, I was not happy with my bike, but after Trek took my bike apart and put it back together again, Im very happy with my bike now. I will definitely go back there again, and recommend everyone to visit them. They were awesome 😊.

Brought an old old bike to be refurbished. Helpful staff. Did exactly what they said.But the other thing that impressed me was the lack of an up sell push. Not one time was it suggested I ditch my 35+ year old bike for something new.

Everyone was pleasant. The technician was thorough and efficient. He walked me through each party that needed to be replaced and gave me options when they were available. The service turnaround time was incredibly fast compared to other shops in the area and they even took the time to teach me how to use my new floor and hand pumps, should I need them.

In July 2020, I ordered a bike from TBA. The bike arrived 1/9 /2021.On 2/13 my bike was paid in full. 3/13, I make arrangements to pick up my bike. Unfortunately my bike was sold.Update: 3/20, I was able to pick up a new bike. Matt the store manager was able to upgrade my bike from a Dual to Marlin. Truly, I am grateful for management and the team.

Just visited the bike shop to get me out of a jam with a twisted chain. In and out in 10 minutes with the most friendly and efficient service you could hope for! You cant go wrong with these guys for service.

The team is very friendly and engaging. They truly appear to like dealing with customers and their questions. No pressure sales. They want you to be happy with your purchase. They fine tuned a build I did myself. Bike rides like a dream. I’ll be getting my tuneup here for the foreseeable future.

I called to make an appointment to have my bike looked at because of a tire issue. They told me that I could come “right over” if I had time. I was second in line to have my bike looked at, and I left 30 minutes later with my problem fixed and two brand new tires. (In stock!) Customer service was on point. Happy, smiling faces (behind masks of course!) in the service department, and very knowledgeable staff all looking to help.

They never cease to take amazing care of my bikes. I took my other bike to another shop cause it was closer it took them 3 weeks to get it done and it was fairly simple and when I got it back it was still messed up. The staff are very helpful. I called a ton of bike shops looking for a Dual Sport 4 and Mike did a nationwide search and got me on the list. The model is sold out but I managed to get one from the Allentown store in just 3 months. When I picked it up, Mike was great, helping me with the accessories I wanted. Excellent store and staff!

So on June 30th 2021, I spent at least 4 hours looking for a Trek Dual Sport 3. There were none in New York City. I even called Trek, where I was told that there are thousands of bikes on backorder and I would not see anything until Sept or Dec-Feburary. The best bet was to check individual stores. So I called and called and called. A guy named John at the Bowery Trek Store looked on his computer gave me two numbers in PA. Then the last phone number on the list was Trek Bicycle in Allentown, PA.I called and Staci answered. She told me she actually had two Dual Sport 3s that had just come in earlier in the day.I couldnt pay over the phone so I said Im coming to the store to get it today. So my buddy and I drove from New York City to Allentown.They had so many great bikes, but once I saw my bike it was love at first sight.I not only bought the bike, I bought new pedals, a helmet, lights for night riding, a rack, water bottle, cell phone holder, front mud flap a great chain to secure, and a bell. Their service guys tuned the bike and I was gone! I rode into heaven today. The bike is so responsive, so quick.Trek has awesome products with a great service team.I highly recommend Trek Bicycle Allentown!BTW there are great places to ride near not far from the store.Thank you again gain Staci for making everything perfect!Ill be back!

These guys are awesome! Their customer service there is second to none! Mike, Matt, the other gentleman there(sorry, didn’t get his name) and even the manager who approved the trade were all very helpful! I called them to inquire about a trade, and what they did for me was unexpected!! Had called a few shops near me before, but was not happy with the numbers I was getting. So I didn’t hesitate at all to drive 2 hours each way to get the bike I wanted! I’m glad I did! Getting another bike soon, and if they have it, they will get my business!!

Bought my first Trek bike this past week. Been trying to get a Marlin 7 since March with no luck. Just happened to call the Allentown store and spoke to Mike the service manager. He said they happen to have two sitting there and available. This news immediately changed my entire day! Mike was extremely helpful and has a wealth of knowledge about bikes in general. Decided to purchase my wife a Marlin 6 two days later.Great guy, great store and great overall experience. I highly recommend this store.

Walked in with a co worker he was buying a seat for this bike, I decided to buy a seat for my Raleigh Route 3 hybrid (yeah Trek did not have bikes in stock at the time and I went this route..nice bike though) I saw something that caught my attention for my daughter. I held on to it right away as others were looking at it as well. Customer service was awesome and did a great job describing the features of the bike. I believe it was Christine (sorry if I got it wrong). Bought it right away and canceled a Fuji Addy that was on order since a month ago. Always loved this store as there is alot of accessories in stock as well. I was shopping for a 24 for my other kid, will wait till Trek as some in stock and get it here as well.

I just wanted to share a fantastic experience that I had at Trek Allentown with two of your employees. First let me say that Chris has been absolutely fantastic. She took the time to explain technical details with me and educated me on many aspects of bike ownership that I hadnt previously thought of. Her eagerness to assist not only me, but everyone else that came in the store while I was there was second to none. Her bubbly demeanor and friendliness made me feel like I knew her my entire life. She is truly a tremendous asset to your organization. Secondly, the Manager Matt. What a terrific guy!!! He took the time to really teach me about DI2 and how it operates and all of the ins and outs. He also was very patient with me and my questions about setting up tubeless tires and walked me through the entire process of what was required to make it happen and then had his mechanic set up my tires to perfection. All of this while he was incredibly busy managing incoming customers, answering the phone, answering other employee questions. He was a task master and did it all with a smile on his face. Matt is truly a first class guy and I would recommend anyone considering a new bike, accs, or maintenance to visit this shop. Ive done all of my bike maintenance and purchases at another local shop for many years and I can tell you that after this experience, I have now moved my business over to this shop. We got great customer service at the Allentown location. After going to several bike stores in PA and N J, we decided Trek was the right bike for us because of the great service. My husband was able to buy a bike on the spot and I ordered mine. My husband has been riding everyday since we got his. cant wait for mine to come in! Brought my bike in to have the brakes checked. Was greeted at the door by a friendly staff member. Another team member inspected my bike within minutes and made the necessary adjustments. The technician also provided some helpful advice for maintenance and what to look for. I was on my way in 10 minutes. Will definitely be back to have my bike serviced here in the future. Very professional and knowledgeable team.

I would like to start with last year my experience was great, we purchased my wife a $1800 electric bike and you guys were great beginning to to end. Today however was not a good experience at all and I am quite certain that I will never step foot in your store again. I walked in the door an one gentleman greeted me hello but did not ask if I needed any help ( maybe he was busy although at that time it was only myself and 1 other customer) I was walking around looking at price tags on a couple of bikes, again nobody asked me if I needed help . Two other people walk in the door and are greeted right away can we help you find anything At this point I am getting frustrated after being in the store 5 minutes with no assistance, so I walk up to the counter one guy speaking to a client on the phone and the other guy playing on his cellphone .I stand there for roughly a minute or so nobody acknowledges that I clearly have a question about a bike, so I walked out never to return again ...

The workers here in Allentown location store were so cool patient and respectful all of them. It all started with Matt he made us feel like familly he did his best not to leave me my wife and 7 yr old and others waiting outside he brought everyone in and spaced us out 6 ft apart. Emmediatly to the right of the entrance were masks and disinfectant for everyone. chrisy took care of my wifes request fit her on a verbe 3 my wife loves it and jake and mike were especially patient honest with me they were very knowledgable they put me on a marlin and my 7yr old on a 20inch precal we love them Theres 2 mechanics in the back that also came out to make sure we were happy with the sizing and fit (cool guys) ones name is papo and the other is chris big big shout out to them Thank you also ill surprise them all with pizza for all 🙂

Just reading a recent review by a Chris Bristoe and was flabbergasted by the remarks. Ive worked here and I personally can attest that everyone on our staff is eager to assist customers in the friendliest of manner. We all ride and just want to share that passion. Ive never ever seen a co-worker absorbed on their cell phone at the register. First, my manager would not allow it and secondly it would be rude and unprofessional which none of us are. I often wonder if some of the reviews are fictitious, maybe made by someone with an ax to grind? Im not saying we are a perfect staff, but I personally can attest to our integrity and love of our jobs. It bothers me to read this because I know it sheds a negative light on an otherwise outstanding staff and manager. I hope this gent comes in again (if he is legit) so I can personally help him experience the TREK we all know and love.

Due to COVID19, trek has been extremely overwhelmed with the amount of inquiries that they have received for new bikes, which prohibits the staff from investing the normal amount of time that they do with every customer for sales and repairs, however they are managing the best they can with the mandates that the governor put into place. Initially, there were some challenges with communication from a recent repair that I had completed, however; the Store Manager, Matt swiftly engaged me and rectified it. It shows the true reason of why small business experiences supersede corporate experiences.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. This is our go to store for our bike needs. Highly recommend this place.

The trek workers were extremely nice they sold me my first ever youth bike I already trailed 4 times with my parents and the bike felt amazing surely we had to change the seat but now its perfect I want to take this time to thank my bike gods starting with matt,mike,jake each of them have done wonders for my parents and me also a quick shout out to the new guy jack hes very nice. Id submit 10 stars in this review if it were possible.I had been experiencing trouble with a Fuel EX 7 frame, for which my local bike shop let me borrow a Fuel EX 8 while they worked on it. Multiple times back and forth, the issue was never resolved. Trek sent a new frame, and the issues still existed. Even the Fuel EX 8 frame had the same problem, but I was able to resolve it with some adjustment to the pivot points. Needless to say, even though the frames are the same on the 7 and the 8, I knew I could personally get the 8 to work properly without issues. The local bike shop no longer wanted to support this option, so I reached out to Mike at the Trek Store in Allentown, PA.Thats when things started to look good. Mike offered to ship the Fuel EX 8 XT they had in stock to my local shop, to which my local shop didnt want to support. Keep in mind, this local shop is in Massachusetts. I called Mike back, and told him Id be willing to drive to PA so I could warranty exchange the 7 for the 8 XT, and he got approval for this.First ride on the 8 XT, no problems at all! Second ride, some creaks here and there, but nothing I couldnt resolve with some lithium grease and proper torque. Issue resolved, just like when I had the Fuel EX 8 loaner.My personal opinion is theres something about the suspension having to do with the front shocks and my riding style with the EX 7 that just wouldnt get resolved without some serious maintenance at a bike shop.I dont have to worry about that, thanks to the management team at the Trek Store in Allentown, PA.If you have any issues with a Trek bicycle, bring it to their attention and Im sure youll get excellent service.

Ok so I already gave these guys 5 starts two months back when I dropped off my road bike for service, also picked up a bike for my young daughter and some other accessories. Everyone in there knows there stuff and real easy to talk to; customer service is top notch. HOWEVER today 8/19 I blew my rear tire a few minutes into my ride which is a disappointment in itself but then knowing my bike would be in the shop for a few days was salt on the wound. So I bring it in at 547pm (they close @ 6) and there was a line of ppl ahead of me. I thought for sure I was dropping her off and coming back in a few days. NOPE NOT THESE GUYS, they said give us a min, took my bike to the back, two guys tagged teamed it and had me out the door in less than 15 minutes!!! Anywhere else, tht close to quitting time wouldn’t have even bothered. And thts the type of service tht has solidified me as a loyal customer. These guys are the real deal. Thanks again for an exceptional experience every time I visit!

The staff at the Allentown Trek store are all excellent whether servicing my bike or helping me select a new bike or other equipment. They were also very helpful and accommodating to help me select and try out a special saddle. I have been a long time customer and will continue to be one.

My friend just spent $2700 on an e-bike, while he initially planned on spending a 1/3 of that; but he seems content with the purchase. The store has masks for their customers and the sales staff is pleasant and knowledgeable about their products.

The Trek store is an oasis of everything bicycle. I’ve gone there over 15 years and have only had great experiences.

The customer service was great, I didnt feel any pressure and they showed me some options. I felt like I had time to think about it and make a decision and left under no pressure. I came in the next day and bought the bike and was very happy with my purchase. Overall it is a very nice environment and very calm and helpful, I will be going there again. I can also say now as an owner of a Trek road bike and going there I am proud to own a Trek skinsuit.

I caught a flat on my daily rider and stopped in to get it fixed. I was greeted upon entering the store and treated with respect eventhough I was quite disheveled after a long days work. The Bike Gods smiled upon me and got me back on the road to finish my commute. Many thanks!

Have never experienced racial profiling since moving to Pennsylvania until today. My son graduated with high honors and we figured a new bike would be a great gift. This store had great reviews and we saw a few bikes we liked for him online but wanted to see some in person. As soon as we walked in the woman who I thought would greet us, actually came up to us and said “whatever you see here is all we have” extremely dismissive and didn’t even let us ask a question. Once my husband said we’re looking for something for my son (who’s 5’5 and 130 lbs) she said “well we don’t have anything for kids” again dismissive and clearly annoyed we were in the store and then walked away to help other people with a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ATTITUDE. We left the store and took our money somewhere else. We were bummed bc my son had already had his eye on one. But there was no way we would drop a dime after being treated that way.

A big thank you to the crew at Trek Bicycle Allentown for their outstanding customer service. I dealt with Matt on my purchase. Not only was he very knowledgeable, but he listened to what I was looking for and paired me with a really nice ride, and at a great price. I highly recommend anyone needing anything to do with cycling to visit this place. You wont be disappointed.

I had a great experience here. I went in with some research already done. They showed me the contenders I had chosen, did some test rides, and a comparison of features and specs. Left, under no pressure, to think it over. Came back next day with a couple questions then purchased my next bike. Less than 24 hours after that, they had received it from the warehouse and built it. Highly recommend these people .

Since I was a kid, this has always been one of my favorite places for all things bike.

I have put over 600 miles on my Dual Sport 3 in the last year and a half. The more I ride it the more the quality shows through. It is a well built piece of machinery. The geometry is right for me, and it works just as well if I am pushing myself or just tooling along with the family. The bike continues to impress me.
