Very nice place to purchase shoes, would go back again in a heartbeat. Only gave 4 stars just simply due to the fact I couldnt find a shoe to fit my oddly shaped feet, which isnt the stores fault.

Avoid this place. This store has the most inconvenient hours possible for people who actually work and need to buy safety shoes. You would have to take a day off just to shop there! They never have exactly what you need because their inventory is very limited despite advertising an enormous selection. I had to order shoes for this reason but never heard from them again! Did my shoes ever arrive? Dont you want to sell me shoes? Buying shoes from them becomes a challenge which lasts several weeks. They couldnt care less about customer service or satisfaction, probably because they make deals with companies so you can only buy your shoes there if you want to get reimbursed. My employer issues a voucher which is only redeemable from LVSS. I dont appreciate businesses who prioritize profit above people in this manner. Go elsewhere if you can!

My company orders shoes from this place. First I was told I would get my boots in Nov the beginning of Nov then I was told the end of Nov then dec 14.. now Im being told January. So ordered 3 jerseys and 2 hats from China. Got them in 3 weeks. This place came to my company in August I believe. Disgrace.

Poor. I was at the door trying to get in which the door was locked and the employees was at a shoe truck looking at me like i had a problem. They sucked!!!

Why is it that this is a retailer of safety shoes for the working person and the store is Only open Monday to Friday 830 to 530? During the times when nearly Everyone works. So are we supposed to request a day off just to come try to get work boots? Absolutely absurd.

I went in to get shoes for work after browsing online during their off hours. They did not have the style that I had settled on online, but they did make the process as easy as possible and found me a substitute quickly.

Hello my name is Rubi Rodriguez I recently bought a pair of shoes on Friday September 28 2018 at your store at1105 E Susquehanna St, Allentown, PA 18103I wore these shoes one time for roughly 4 to 5 hours very light wear and had to stop wearing them because they were causing me pain. I see in your return policy online reads I can return these shoes and so I went into the store to return them. I tried to explain to one of your employees Dawn Tindle but before I could even finish my sentence he promptly cut me off and told me that he doesnt care and that he cant resell them. He treated me terribly, and did not allow me to return my shoes. I payed 100 dollars for these at your business and your employee treated me extremely disrespectfully. I would like to meet with a manager to see how we can go foward in resolving this issue.

Place that sells work boots only during work hours. Kind of dumb. I got a rain day and came in. The selection amd staff were patient while i tried every boot in the store on. Came out with carolinas. Good service, banker hours.

Well I went there at 520 the light was off and the store was closed at 530 . Such a disgrace. Then at 525 two people walked out the door and looked miserable! What kind of customer service is this wow. We asked if they were closed and knotted their heads yes no word out their mouth smh
