Not respect for drivers, they wont load you before appointment even they have all empty doors, very dad experienced every time I come here 👎🏽👎🏽

Don’t bother trying to call them toAsk any questions they let the phone ring for ever just to finally answer to hang up on u.

Pick up loads to this facility from time to time and they will reject you if your trailer has pallet pieces, dust/debris, and what not inside of it (understandable) even though what I’m about to explain I believe could have a worst impact to our health, however today waiting to be loaded I noticed a water tanker backing in to pump water into their facility had a dent in their tank like if it hit something and there was a decent puncture in which the water was leaking out to the floor as he backed in to the facility pumps and I told the inside workers who deal with the water that gets brought here and she said ok and didn’t do anything about it, instead allowed the man to still pump him water into their facility mind you the hole is directly facing the trucks exhaust pipe so one could only imagine as the smoke came out on the ride here it was contaminating the water even if at small amounts. Being that Niagara supply’s a lot of people’s bottled water locally and nationally you would think they would care about something like that. Well if anyone gets sick from drinking bottled water from Niagara in Allentown on industrial Blvd just know it probably happens every day because I’m sure they’ll continue to let that tanker deliver here. The truck company is Bryan Miller trucking .Tank number T021 if I could post pics and a video here I would !

Need a better one on one security guards rather than call buttons and automated screens .....the driver drives he dont need to be doing the shippers and receivers job and this is lazy and makes them look bad to drivers ..but I will say employees are nice

Arrived at 1540 appointnent was supposed to be at 1630 given a dock at 2100 got into dock between 2120 and 2140 due to little space and apotter didnt moved out trl in dock... had to take my 10hr break since ran out off of hours

Good place to work if youre a hard worker and self driven. Plenty of opportunity. Just have to not be lazy and show up on time.

A shuttle service is supposed to bring my loaded trailer from the bottling to a drop lot and I dont think anybody from the shuttle service was working today. And they didnt tell the third party service that runs the drop lot no one was working to bring loaded trailers over

As someone who drives a local account for this place, do yourself a favor and stay away. Place is full of incompetence.

Load time is about 2 hours or less. Everything is automated because of covid. Check in 30 min prior to appt

Perfect shipper. You dont have to see anyone, just dock and wait for the green light, took about an hour.

This is the worst Niagara bottling place I’ve been too the people that work here are from a different country so they barley speak English hard to understand then they want you to come exactly at your pickup time I’ve been turned around twice came a hour early then 30 early then came again 2 mins early they said they would call back on the intercom in two minutes ridiculous then I get here past a hour already still have not been loaded yet haven’t even started

Appt time was12:30pm got check in at 11:30 got done loaded at 12:35 check in at entrance thru call box enough space to back in kind of tight

Average place to pick up at, as long as they arent too crowded. There are no driver facilities, at least from asking other drivers in the docks here. I never had to ask before, so never thought of it, until this time, when I needed a restroom.It usually doesnt take too long to load, however, so I can hold it until I leave. Only a couple of blocks to the Wawa.Just watch for the green light. The first time I was here, I sat here for 30 minutes with a green light before another driver told me I was supposed to leave when it turned green. Oops. My bad.

Was loaded pretty fast on 45 min in and out.

Had 2am appt. Its now 7am and im still sitting out on the road waiting for a dock. Will be impossible to make delivery on time. Unless your a company driver, dont come here. Will wait for hours to get loaded.

Easily accessible location. Follow the blue signs to truck gate. Use the call box at the gate and give person your pickup #, delivery location and broker name. I arrived 13 minutes prior to appointment time and got a door right away. Loaded within 45 minutes. Exit is to your left when pulling out of the docks. Stop at the guard shack to get your paperwork & seal. You seal it yourself.I would’ve given a 5 star rating if I was instructed what to do after I got a green light at the dock door. No one who works there told me that I had pull out and and drive up to the guard shack. I sat there for 10 minutes after green light until another driver told me that he had my door and that I had to head over to guard shack.

Decently organized, they have a call box and a one-way yard with a clear marked exit. Plenty of room to park at the dock door. I was given a door and began loading within an hour. I have no clue where they may have facilities that are driver friendly at the dock, though. Theres one port-a-pot I see that seems to be from an outside construction company that is padlocked.

Truck Driver. Get here for your appointment time. In my experience they rarely will take you early. No parking on site. Sometimes is a real quick load. Shortest amount of time I’ve been here was 20 minutes. Sometimes it’s painfully long. Sat there for 5 hours and then left empty because I was going to run out of time.

Great place to pick up water. They always have heavy loads but they load pretty fast. 5th time here and always willing to take me early and even if i am late they wont refuse me. Usually 1-2 hours from one gate to other.

I will never come here ever again it took them 5 hours to give me a door and Ive been at the door for 2 hours and they still havent started to load me and to make things worse every body haves an attitude problem

Don’t come to this f... place you will loose your couple days here just for getting to the dock door... for this reason no 5 stars this will be my last time in my life to get load from this garbage place...

In FL they sued a town that tried to protect their water. DONT SUPPORT NIAGARA BOTTLING, NESTLÉ OR BOTTLED WATER COMPANIES. Be smart, save money and our most precious natural resource: drink tap water.

Way too many trucks trying to get in at the same time. Waited online for over 3 hours. Only reason I give 3 stars is because the people in the guard shack managed the trucks fairly well.

I didnt get a chance to pickup my load from these guys cause my starter went out right at the entrance gate. They were very patient with me while the mechanic installed my new starter. The truck entrance is off industrial.

Trucker review - great place! You never have to leave the cab of your truck. Get your door assigned to you at the entrance gate. Back in, load and get your papers at the exit guard shack. People are friendly, Rarely does it take longer than 45 minutes start to finish.

Used to be a great place, flexible pickup appointment but not anymore. Driver stay very alert, when they are busy there is very little space for maneuvering. Dont come in early. Good luck 👍it may be 30 min or 3 4 5 hours easy

Been in line to check in for 1and half hour,No where near to check in yet.Sweet it took 3hours to check in.

The company gets alot of truck drivers everytime and they are able to accomplish loading all. It may take time but they really do their best.

I was here on one of their busy nights. Nice people though but it would be easier to park if they wouldnt let other truck drivers park across the doors. It a unnecessary pain in the butt

Missed my 6:30 pm appt, and I still got loaded in less than an hour after my arrival! I love shippers that work like that! Ill take a load out of there anytime!

Great place to load. The time from bumping the dock to green light was 25 min for 44,660 lbs. Total time from check in to check out was 35 min. There is NOT overnight parking here. There is a Wawa about 1 mile North with truck parking.

From arrival to departure I spent maybe 40 minutes. Loaded after just 25 minutes in a door. Very fast!

I was doing a Niagara to Niagara load. I got unloaded quickly. I took off 1 star because they left cardboard in my trailer.

Pretty quick load time, I was out an hour after my scheduled appt time. Friendly employees. Their yard is a little small and not much room for parking, but as long as your a decent driver, its not that bad.Reason for 2 stars: they load heavy and lie about weight! Empty my truck and trailer weighs 34.5k lbs with full barrels. paperwork says load weighed 42,638lbs and I only had 1/2 tank of fuel....but i was 640lbs over gross... you do the math.Went back for a rework was out in 2hrs. All in all not a completely horrible experience, but a pain in the A$$. Cost me my second load for the day.Update/addition: BOL originally said there was 18 pallets, after rework BOL said there was 17 pallets. At the receiver, they and I both counted 19 pallets. So, again either they lie about the amount of product on the trailer or they just dont know how to count.

Friendly, professional, and efficient. Got in a day early and loaded me with no problem.

I have been working here almost 2 years now. There is a lot of turn around with employees. They really do prefer to promote within. It is not hard work, but it is long hours on your feet.

Went there to p/u an out bound load of water. Arrived early for scheduled appt., And I got assigned a door very near my appt. Time. Effective, efficient loading time (1/2 hour) over all, not bad place to pick up, Ive been to worse. p.s. ☮️

Worst place for load. My appt was at 11 pm, did a check in 10:30 pm and told me park on site and wait a call from them. Somebody call me at 10:50 pm and told me to leave a site and come back at 11 pm, I leave a site and never come back.

Yard is not too bad. Just know how to back and youll be alright.. Im mean there is space on both lines.. Sheesh where did some of you guys get your license..Loading is pretty quick maybe 90mins.

Great place to load. The friendly and fast, my practice 0,45-1h. and loaded.

Receiving and dispatch personnel are rude will make you sit and wait at the gate while checking in for any length of time for no reason. Personnel have no clue on what they are doing and will also hang up on you while checking in at the gate through the phone. If you are picking up a pre-loaded trailer you have to go to another yard to pick up the trailer.

2nd time here to pick up a load these ppl dont F around got in /out less than 1hr. Its a little smaller than most places only giving 4 stars because I didnt see any restrooms or vending machines

Very tight, a lot of trucks coming and going constantly and not much room to navigate, everybody is always in everyones way... The loading time is generally less than an hour but the wait to get in a dock is unpredictable

Been there Hours and Hours late, still 30 Min and Out, in fact its like they put you out always very quick.Thing I hate is the Customer on the Deliveries, Costco, C & S there very Slow, and dont care about your time.

These people are the most disorganized company I ever picked up freight from. The customer service is horrible and yard is a mess.

Dont be early will be told to leave and come back, dont on time either because by the time you wait in the line for 2 hours to check in you will be late and then they will work you in. No scale on site they will load over 45 closer to 45,800. Not coming here ever again.
