Needed conversion from wired to digital system. The job was done in a very professional manner, keeping covid precautions. Cameras were installed and Im so happy with new system. Totally recommend ADT Have been a customer for 20 yrs.

ADT just wants to sell sell sell. I purchased brand new equipment(paid off)and had it installed. I moved and was told I would be able to transfer the agreement to my tenant that is renting to avoid canceling the agreement. It has been a nightmare. They told my tenant they would have to purchase new equipment(the equipment is 4 months old) and charged her $500 so far and are still trying to charge me $1700. The techs and customer service representative have no clue how to help resolve this issue. It has been a back and forth. I will never use ADT again.

Had a good experience with my ADT Technician recently. He was punctual, cordial, knowledgeable and very professional. Im getting a lot of calls from other home security companies wanting to upgrade and take over my account to provided security monitoring services, but I would like to stay with ADT, so Im hoping ADT match and hopefully beat their offers.

This review is regarding the install and technician since the alarm was just put in. The technician (David) was on time, knowledgeable, courteous, and patient with the install and us. He demonstrated respect for us and our home and assisted us in making informed decisions regarding sensor need and placement. Based upon the installation experience I would not hesitate to recommend ADT to friends and family. Im just hoping the ongoing monitoring services live up to the standards demonstrated by David.

Service provided is OK; customer service is satisfactory. Had their system for >10 years with upgrades along the way. Definitely experienced creeping price increases along the way. Recently moved and requested some changes be made as the inital installer left it looking like a hot mess. When the tech arrived to make the changes, he said whoever installed this did it wrong and proceed to tell me that to make it right would cost me >$800. No thanks. They can keep their sub-par alarm system with ghost alarms though the years which cost me money with the township as we were away from home and didnt know if we were having an actual alarm. Save yourself some money and look into other options. I am now paying annually what I paid monthly with ADT and have less headaches.

The only thing I am satisfied with is the alarm The command pad I just had $1500 worth of outdoor cameras Install an IM not happy If you are area is not well lit at night you will see nothing I was not told this I was told the opposite. I bought A WYZE Outdoor Cam and I have it by my pool 50 away from my house no light pitch black $49 for the camera and I can see perfect $200 for each outdoor Cam for ADT and they stink Also I pay $69 a month for monitoring and with my wyze I pay a $1.99 a month. Very disappointed

I had my ADT system for close to a year without problem. In November I had a little glitch which I do not think was caused by the system. Without explaining further details Justin came out and got the system back in shape. He took alot of time explaining parts of the operation I did not understand. Prior to him coming out the tech support spent quite a bit of time with me going through certain steps to try and clear the problem. It was too difficult by phone and Justin found one issue that couldnt be corrected by phone. Im very happy with ADT products, service and support. Thank you!

Professionally installed and demonstrated!

There crooks, charged me for equipment and said when I move they would pack my equipment to take when I moved. Now I’ve moved and they said I have to order new equipment, they came into my home I am a vet with 1 leg and he looked me in my face and lied to me is there any integrity left in America.

Recently had an upgrade to my ADT System, I have been with ADT for over 30 years it is wonderful piece of mind knowing they are there when you need them as well as always protecting my home, I love my new cameras and smart functions all adjustable from my phone, what a pleasure it is now to feel safe and secure even more so than in the past, thanks ADT

Very Bad Sales People. Stay away calling them its just wastage of time. I spoke with there Sales Rep. Nicole. All I wanted was quote to secure my whole home, she gave me some pricing, great and I asked her to send me a proposal by email so that I can compare with other Solutions, that is where things started getting bad. She asked me to provide Credit card information, I was like why would I give you credit card information to get a proposal. She started explaining company policy, then I asked her to bring her Boss she put me on hold for 15 minutes. 15 minutes later, she told me that her Boss is busy cant talk now.If this is how Sales Calls goes, How the service calls will go. I am glad I did not make the call in an emergency. Stay away and save your time.

Stay away. We have had equipment issues since the first day I bought it. I understand things happen and break but now after having this service not even 30 days in I am ready to pay their $1000 fee to cancel Just to never deal with them again. Don’t get me wrong the outside party that installed and works on the equipment for ADT is professional. Adt the Company itself is not.. I am paying for a service that doesn’t even work half the time. After multiple customer service phone calls to ADT directly and finally tonight we had the Adt customer service “manager” hang up on us with no help at all. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced . Hopefully ADT reads these reviews and listens to calls and will work on their customer service to better the company.

Let me start by saying, that this entire process with ADT Allentown has been frustrating. An ADT system already existed at our location, we wanted to open an account and turn on the existing equipment; which, the equipment worked because it beeped every time we opened the doors. Once the technician came out and turned our service on, we received our first bill with an extra $200 installation fee, not the $25 fee that was agreed upon in our signed contract, with no explanation from the technician that there would be a higher charge. Since August, I spoke with several different people/departments at the corporate number, and no one can give me a resolution. I have been told each time that I call, that the Allentown office will contact me. They have not. The charge has not been removed. I am filing a consumer complaint with PA Attorney General. Avoid this company.

My Service Tech Was on time and super efficient, leaving me with the knowledge needed and security that will now allow me to sleep!
