Crest Flooring was wonderful to work with from start to finish. My elderly parents were having the majority of their carpet replaced in their home. Chris answered all my questionsand Ralph worked with me, their out-of-state daughter, to coordinate the timing with installation. The install team of Max and Rich was absolutely fabulous. They worked quickly and efficiently and they worked around the needs of my medically challenged mother. They moved all the furniture exactly where instructed and they cleaned up after themselves. We recently had the experience of having all our carpet removed and new carpet installed. This was not the first time we had to have this done but it most certainly was our most pleasurable experience. Not only were the salespeople knowledgeable and aware but they kept us within our budget as well. The installer Max was top notch friendly and extremely good at what he did. We were told it would take two days Max was done in a day and a half... All our furniture was put back in place and the place was left spotless. I would highly recommend Creast flooring and give a shout out to Max our installer he matched a pretty intricate pattern to a tee..... Thanks once again Max and Crest flooring
Not at all happy with this company, poor response time, installation of a seam between the hallway and bedroom not to my liking, another installer sent out,and said it was the best he could do .$11,000.later I still have to look at a seam that is not right.Person who took my final payment over the phone could care less about my unhappiness over the poor job on this seam .Never again will I go with this company
We had set up a job for carpet install in our entire house. Two bedrooms, living room, and hallways. Initial experience with sales was fine. Knowledgeable on the products and was able to find us what we needed overall. Short of a small issue initially with a delay on our first color choice all seemed well.Appointment scheduled after measurements were taken. The literal night before the install 5 minutes before they closed they told us one of their install crewmen had covid symptoms and couldn’t make it out.Okay, very disappointing but understandable nonetheless. But here’s the problem. Since it was the 11th hour we already had our whole house torn apart, old carpet ripped up, furniture moved around and out of place. The folks at crest gave us NO resolution. As I said it was 5 minutes before closing when they told us, and we were basically left with a “sorry but your beat” mind you we already paid 50% for the job upfront.So with no response on when they could reschedule it left us with nothing left to do but just ask for a refund.The gentleman I spoke with was very upset with me, hung up the phone multiple times on me and otherwise was just super dismissive on the whole process.Thankfully when I showed up to get my check back they did return everything.I just wish from the very beginning the conversation was framed as “were very sorry we can’t make it today but we can do x or y to rectify” instead it was always framed as “sorry we can’t make it sounds like that’s your problem though”
They did a great job for us. Ralph is awesome to work with. Super responsive and intelligent. Installers did a great job, too. They gave us exactly what we wanted. We are 100% satisfied.
The only reason I’m giving this review is the response I got when I called . Our carpet was installed on a Saturday the carpet looks great except the doorway. The installer refused to end in the middle of the doorway . He told my girlfriend that not how he does it . She felt intimidated she was home alone because I had to work. We were having laminate flooring installed following Monday and wanted the transition between the two floors to be covered under a sill plate in the middle of the doorway. It’s very frustrating that I had to cut brand new carpet that we paid close to a thousand dollars for and it was not a big room. When I called the response I got was there’s we can do now. Call me back on Monday and email me pictures. There no concern for anyone’s time we went 3 times before the installation and I had to leave work for two minute for them verify measurements . This is just very frustrating.
Good customer service but they made me wear a mask
This was by far my worst carpet install experience and quality of workmanship! Ive installed much smaller rooms myself, and think if it wasnt the fact this room required a seem, I could have done a better job myself even without proper tools. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!! Ive already had installers to my house three times for the same job and still have issue.If you are reading review before you buy....all I can say is RUN FOREST RUN!YOUR REPLY DOES NOT EXPLAIN HOW THE ENTIRE CARPET WAS INSTALLED CORKED TO THE ROOM. A HORRIBLE SEEM JOB AND STAIRS THAT WILL LOOK ABSOLUTLEY HORRID AS THE CARPET STRETCHES!
We paid over 7500 dollars for our whole downstairs to be replaced and installed. Our installation crew had a few hiccups but had great customer service if we ever ran into a problem and got the job done at the end of the day till we were happy, all thanks to Carlos. But Ralph the “head guy” over at crest flooring has the WORST customer service I’ve ever seen. We paid thousands of dollars for what is suppose to be great service and he tried charging us even more to have them finish up in front of our doors the right way after we spent months on months not having our floor finished because it kept having to be ripped up. He claimed that it was because we didn’t pay for molding to be put up and that’s what they consider in front of the doors (literally asking for only two doors). Well how about when we took down all of our molding, then got it put back up after we thought the floor was done being installed to find out it all had to be taken down again because the floor had to be redone. So who had to take down the same molding that was just took hours to put back up? We did. Did we ever complain about that or make them put it back up when they are the ones who messed up installing our floor in the first place, no because we weren’t going to make a big fuss about it even though that takes hours of work to take down, put back up, re nail holes, fill in holes, caulk, and then repaint AGAIN. Talk about no accommodation for customers. Would never recommend this place to anyone.To reply back to your comment. Actually we did not nail anything into the laminate but that was a nice try. You higher people who don’t know how to cut laminate properly and didn’t give it room to expand when being installed, so it binded. Like I said, it was not Carlos who made the fault but another employee.Carlos even admitted that the employee messed up when installing around the corners and he’d fix it the right way. So what other lie do you want to try and broadcast to the internet because I see plenty of 1 star reviews for your business..
The old lady at the front desk is very grumpy, its not the first time I go there but the old gentleman that took care of me it was very helpful, knowledgeable, polite and gave excellent customer service
Less than zero, had consistent customer service issues from day one of my install:1) tiles backordered and never notified us, delayed the job2) didnt send enough sub-floor, delayed again3) three boxes short on wood flooring, delayed again4) pre-billed us on the financing and floor hadnt even been installed5) Owner never called me on 1/28/2 as promised6) on 2/8/21 I had to follow for a status7) 2/10 I had to follow up again to confirm install was told they call at 5pm, yet the first time I was confirmed I got the call at 3:29pmThe flooring at the end of the day came out beautiful, thanks to the installers, but the customer service is horrendous. Even after it was all done, the owner still did not call personally to make sure I was satisfied. Instead he had someone else call for the balance and tells them to tell me theyll send a gift card. REALLY!!!!!

Absolute waste of time. Rude receptionist. Went to the showroom to talk about flooring for a commercial office space. Mind you, there are pages on their website advertising commercial flooring and even offering pictures of their work. I was sent upstairs to talk to someone named Sue who very awkwardly informed me that they are no longer doing commercial floors. No apology or recommendation as to where else I could go. Let me stand there as she looked at me and said “I’m going to pass.” Wow! Just wow!! (Also don’t know why Sue felt it appropriate to ask me what I did for a living... 🤔)
Wow. What a fantastic experience. After speaking with the overnight guys and having a terrible experience we went into Crest to see what they had to say. We spoke with Chris who helped us find the exact type of laminate we were looking for. It was higher quality for about half the price of the overnight guys that advertise on TV. The sales experience was amazing. Collaborative and helpful, exactly how you want it to be. The pricing was clear and 100% transparent.The installation went just as well! The guys were on time and ready to work and got the job done in about half as long as we thought it would take. They made some adjustments along the way that resulted in both a better finished product and saved us a few hundred dollars. In addition to being good workers, they were friendly, polite, and a pleasure to have in our house for the day.I truly cant say enough nice things about Crest and will definitely be a return customer.
Great Staff. They worked with me to make sure I got what I wanted and needed. Purchased a waterproof option for my basement. They sold me an amazing glue down tile. The installers were courteous and did great work. I thought the prices were very good for the quality of material and service I received.

Lets go flooring
They are the best. The employees, especially Jaime, are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I took a small kitchen runner to them to have only one end cut and bound, thinking it would maybe be too small of a job for them, but they happily accepted it saying no job is too small. They do jobs of all sizes.
I called today I spoke with two professional receptionist at this establishment. I bought carpeting and material myself to hopefully get a cheaper quote for them to come out. I couldnt really afford there carpets. So I call today and politely asked if the company installs carpets. Obviously they do. But not MY carpet I bought. Instead they want you to buy with them and everything. I suspect so they can up charge you. The 1 star is based on this fact alone:(My thought) Crest flooring installs carpet and flooring(Crest flooring thought) we only install OUR carpets and flooring.If you have deep pockets. Crest flooring is for you. If your a little guy and hardworking to provide your family, look elsewhere.

Came in contact with one of the drivers of this company after they proceeded to do a Illegal U-turn and almost made me crash my car when I had to swerve into the opposite lane. Reported it to the company with the plate numbers and vehicle and doubt anything will happen. Terrible driver, I’m surprised he’s even allowed to drive a company car. Glad to know they don’t have safety for the road or my children’s safety when he did that.

Crest was great to work with from the beginning! We met with Pete to choose our carpet, within two days I had someone scheduled to come measure for the installment. And then in less than 2 weeks the carpet had arrived and was installed! Everyone was great to work with including the installers. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Lehigh Valley looking for flooring.

All we ever ask if for retailers to have knowledgable consultants and easy to talk to...We had choices, felt comfortable the entire process and really appreciated that everyone at the store was engaged in my deal. We planned to accomplish the task in 2 visits, but we were done after one interaction and the installers were efficient and timely, too. Thanks for a great deal Crest.

Saw a number of comments on other sites regarding rudeness of staff. I went there to buy at $72/sg. yard (yes really), carpet. They would not budge on price. I asked them to at least throw in the padding, a $56 item. Cheri said she would check with the President, stated he will kill me, but will call the next day. She called and said they would not, but if we found a lower price they would match it. Are you kidding me?There are other choices. We already found one and save $250 and total customer service. Recommend find another choice.

I am absolutely shocked by some of the negative reviews about the staff here at Crest Flooring of Allentown. My first visit to Crest Flooring was on Veterans Day where I was immediately greeted by Jaime who gave me her undivided attention from beginning to end. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful in every aspect. My husband and I were clearly one of those customers who just couldnt make up their minds. We were overwhelmed and stressed out during the process of picking out new carpet but Jaime made me feel comfortable. We probably went back and forth to Crest Flooring over half a dozen times looking at different color carpet swatches and I am sure were labeled as difficult customers, which would have been understandable considering how picky we are, but we never knew how confusing and overwhelming picking out carpet could be. Despite our many appearances here and lack of decision making, their staff were always so patient, so helpful and never once showed any indication of annoyance in us if ever they were which I am sure they were. They treated us as any great company with excellent customer service should, and it was nothing less then professional. After we made our carpet purchase and it was installed, sure enough-Picky Us, werent sure if we really liked the color we had decided on once it was installed and we had just a few little things with the installation we just needed tweaked to our liking. We immediately addressed our problem with Jaime and a very nice man Ralph and the operations manager, Cynthia immediately got back to us and addressed all our concerns. They were so accommodating and professional and made us feel so comfortable. They sent someone out to look at it and said this was an easy fix and would do what they could to make it right for us. No problem! As far as the color, I cant tell you how helpful Cynthia was giving us what our options would be and clearly wanted to make sure we were happy with our carpet choice in the end. Her staff went above and beyond for us so wed come out of this experience as happy customers and I must say we sure have. Even if we didnt 100% LOVE the color of the carpet we selected, in the end, their customer service and this companys pride to make it right was what has made buying flooring from Crest a pleasure and we wont hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future. We have nothing but nice things to say about every single employee we made contact with here: Cynthia, Cheri, Ralph, Jaime - even other staff while I was there ALWAYS helped me out and were VERY NICE - they were all an absolute pleasure to do business with. Very professional company in my opinion.

Buyer beware! Went to Crest flooring a few weeks ago to check out Vinyl flooring. My number one requirement, was that it was American made. I was directed to American Made flooring and ordered from those samples. It was special ordered and so I signed a form stating that I understood that any extra boxes that we had, we could not return. I was fine with signing this form, because it never hurts to have extra on hand. Yesterday I went to Crest to pick up my order. It was loaded in the car by their staff, so I didnt see/read the boxes. When I opened that back of my vehicle, my jaw dropped and my heart stopped, to see 20 boxes with Made In China staring back at me! I have had the displeasure of dealing with Cheri. She made me feel like I was lying when I explained the dilemma. She spoke with multiple people for me as well, and basically said thats a shame, but that I was still responsible. I can return the flooring, but for a charge of 30% of the cost, which was > $700 for a restocking fee! I got nowhere initially, so I walked out, cause I was so worked up. I immediately went back in, asking Cheri if she has spoken with her sales person to confirm what I had been telling her. She had not, cause shes with another customer. Upon my insistence, Jamee was asked and confirmed what I said, cause she believed that it was American made. I do not blame Jamee, mistakes happen. As a business, Crest needs to honor what I was told and make good for that, without punishing the customer with a restocking fee. Cheri had me in tears and at one point stated, Im not heartless, stating they will call the flooring company, to see if this can be corrected. This should not fall on the flooring company...this is Crest floorings decision. They acknowledged misguiding me, and now Cheri wants this to fall on the company from whom they ordered it!!! I am awaiting a return call fro Cheri/Crest, with their decision. Shame on them!!!!

Don’t use Crest Flooring. They damaged our tile floor while installing carpeting and refused to help fix it. They also installed a carpet runner on our staircase and both the quality and installation of the carpeting are inferior. We made a big mistake using Crest Flooring!
