What a difference from the day before. I give Nate a 10 out of 10 for customer service. He explained everything about the phones, the different plans. Outstanding Nate, If it wasnt for you being their the next day I would have taken my business elsewhere. Yadira needs more training on merchandise and customer service.

His customer service skills were exceptional and he had a positive attitude the entire time we were in the store, despite major technical difficulties that prevented us from completing a transaction.While we were disappointed that this store was experiencing issues with their systems, we were pleased to see that Nate was kind, courteous, and patient with each and every customer that walked in. One customer even remarked that he was the best associate they had ever dealt with. If you visit this store, look for Nate to assist you as you will come to appreciate his level of professionalismWith that said, I do have to rate this visit as a 3-star experience because of the technical issues that inconvenienced us. I’m afraid that without Nate behind the counter, this store’s rating would have suffered even more. Hopefully they will have these issues fixed in the near future as Cricket offers a quality service at a competitive price.

Hello yes had a little problem with the Allentown in Allen in Street store and the person in the American Parkway, Plaza help me out and did their job and he was very helpful very professional very arm intelligent with the situation even though I was a little bit irate because of what happened at the Allentown Street store he kept his cool but somebody needs to do something about the answer shoe store she’s not professional at all

I went into cricket and was greeted by a young lady by the name of Yadira and she answered all my question. I am very satisfied with her service she was very kind and knowledgeable ! I recommend Cricket 100%

The big girl behind the counter is RUDE! She seems so miserable and takes it out on everyone that comes in the store. Boss needs to fire her before she gets smacked by the next person she gives an attitude . She wears glasses and never combs her hair. Thats the one!

I had a great experience their the girl manager was great and new what she was doing the game stop people didnt know much I drove almost 1 hour to get to store and I have a couple of more phones I want changed over and its worth the ride will be back

Spanish woman behind the counter was incredibly rude. Didnt catch her name, dont care what it was. Dont be in a customer service position if you dont have a customer service ATTITUDE!!!! Havent met someone that ignorant in a long time.

The people who works there are ghetto, uneducated and unprofessional. Two of the girls who works there was jealous of me and just downright rude. I work for corporate at a very well known company and surely can get the low lives fired if I wanted. Terrible customer service and I would probably buy a phone from Cricket but not from this location.
