The order I placed was made at approximately 11am on a Wednesday and it delivered to a business location in Allentown, PA so quickly I was quite surprised. However the young female who confirmed the order by phone out for delivery, lacked customer skills to make this caller comfortable and important.The order was really the best!. An all womens company can be possibly picky but this group so loved the quality and taste of the covered strawberries and chocolate covered apple wedges, says volumes of the product.Definitely will consider using this company location again!

First time I visit this store in the Allentown PA area this store is located behind the Walgreens off of 6379 Hamilton Blvd. I came here to buy edibles for my daughters Graduation and I was going to drive down to the dollar store to buy balloons and right here at this store they hooked me up with balloons and all. In the end they saved me the drive and hassle to find balloons and get them filled. I spent about 80 dollars and got a MILITARY discount to top it off. The fruits were fresh the chocolate covered pineapple is delicious. The girl who help me was extremely polite and she gave me quick service. Definitely recommend this place for on the spot orders.

I wish I could give zero stars.Besides the fact that my package was left outside unattended for 3 and a half hours. I called the store to see if it was possible to have a replacement arrangement shipped out. Because at the end of the day, we are still in a pandemic and no one wants to eat food that was left on the ground in a dirty hallway for 3 1/2 hours. I was not only told “No, I’m not sending another one” amongst other things the Manager on duty ‘DIANA’ said “ well you shouldn’t have sent it, if you new she wasn’t home”. Are people no longer allowed to step out throughput the day ? I was confused as to her reasoning here.Fast forward, my friend finally comes home and sees her package. Within this package, half of the fruits have molded. How cute. My recommendation is to go anywhere else besides this location. Unless you like mold and like being spoken to like you’re incompetent. Location route 222 by Kutztown headed eastbound.Lane merges from two lanes into one lane.Driver was forcing merge early approximately quarter mile ahead of merge point.Driver pulled into center of two eastbound LanesTo prevent merging motorists to pass his vehicle.I did not yield to his failure to maintain a lane and almost sideswiped that delivery van with my suburban.I believe PennDOT is competent to decide when vehicles should merge as indicated by the lines marked on the road. The kindest people work their. They are so helpful and they make the most beautiful arrangements.. A+ in cleanliness and quick in and out. Definately, the place to go for Surpriseedibles!

I picked up an order for a friend, I gave my friends name so they could give me the order and the owner was rude and seemed rushed and with an attitude. The white chocolate on the bananas had a disgusting smell and taste, like it was in an old or dirty bowl. The strawberries tasted dirty like they had not been washed and there was a piece of the sticker left on the dipped apple. Horrible service from the owner and amateur looking product for the prices. The taste wasn’t good at all.

Highly recommend this location at Hamilton Blvd. The staff is very friendly and kind. The owner goes out of her way to accommodate special requests. The arrangements are always fresh and pretty!

They have great items, but if you order curbside they will not bring it out for you. Be prepared to go in!

I ordered online early morning 10/26 to get a birthday delivery 10/27 to my daughter at Kutztown University. I called ahead to make sure they deliver to the college and when I can place the order. The confirmation stated it would be delivered 10/27. Never heard anything all day that it was delivered. I didnt want to say anything to my daughter to ruin the surprise. Received an email 10/28 from edible arrangements saying it had been delivered, late afternoon. She was surprised, but some of the fruit was not that fresh. Disappointed for spending $80 and a day late. Shouldve read the reviews first on punctuality and quality.

I ordered an arrangement yesterday at 3pm. I paid extra for same day delivery. This was a package to brighten someones mood after having it a rough day. The order was never delivered. When I called today to follow up they blamed it on their printer being down and they only saw the order at 4:30 and they thought someone called me. They tried playing the Corona card (which made no sense, if theyre printer was down). I asked them to still deliver the package but only after 6pm as the person wont be home that day. They said ok. 1 hr later the package was delivered (12pm). I called to check in what happened and they said ill receive a call back. No one ever called me back. There is no responsibility and Im extremely disappointed.

As other people have stated their punctuality and customer service is horrible. Edible Arrangement as a company is great, but I would never use this location again and definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. My order wasn’t delivered the day it was supposed to and then wasn’t delivered at the second time they told me it would be. When I called to inquire about it the manager started giving me details of someone else’s order that they also screwed up and then continued to yell and disrespect me as if it was my fault that they can’t meet the delivery dates or times they are given.

Wow, lot of angry reviews! OK, heres my experience. I use this store a lot for my local fix of fruit. I walk in, order to go, and it is always available within half an hour even without any prior notice. My friend ordered me a long distance arrangement. It was delivered on time and yeah, on mothers day when they had a thousand other orders, they did leave a small addition behind. They were local, so I just popped by the next day to pick it up myself. They not only gave me that, but they also surprised me with a second one the next day at my house for the trouble. Ive been very happy with my service. I think they are undervalued because they are always so busy.

My experience is this, Their punctuality is poor when picking something up or getting it delivered.If you call to question about your order its like theirs a soup Nazi their that wont give you an answer... no fruit for you!!!! Ok i just wanted an EPA on my order I personally love edible arrangements just this branch seems to be the busiest one. Customer service needs to be top priority especially when people are paying hundreds of dollars for fruit on a stick..

Ordered flowers a bear and chocolate covered strawberries the driver flaked out and only left the strawberries. Ruined the suprise and the experience.....

I always send edible arrangements on special occasions and this store has always made my deliveries on time. They even went out of the way once to re-deliver an arrangement when my recipient moved locations!

An online order was placed early enough in the day for same day delivery and the receipt stated that it would be delivered that day. I called the store around 6:35pm (they close at 7) to inquire about the order and the lady told me that they put the order in the bin for the following day but was unsure why. Full refund...please and thank you.

Super tasty arrangements, smoothies& treats

I placed an order on February 9th my pick up time was 1030 I was in there for 30 min uses waiting for my order, this was my first time ordering there terrible experience. I also place my order on the website on February 14 so I can pick it up at 9 I went to pick it up and they told me that it wont be done u til 11 and then they told me oh no we ran out so we dont have any left. well if you ran out then it should have said so on your website, terrible terrible experience for me. so not worth the time, will not be a customer here.

From out of town...When order was told it would be ready @ 10:00...Not ready untill 10:30..Came back sat in store for 10 mins NOBODY came out front..

Made an order 8/17/17 NEVER received the extra fruits I paid for, called the same day was told they were busy itll be delivered the next day ..... 4 days later no fruits or refund ! Thanks

Review is based on my experience. I checked their website twice since I would be driving to the store from a distance. Posted hours were until 5pm. I showed up at 4:20 and they were closed. No sign, no notice. Very inconvenient.
