The staff was very nice and left us walk around without harassing us like in some other places. We ended up very happy with the experience.

BEWARE!! My husband purchased items totaling 86.00 for Mother’s Day for me. They did not fit. I went with my receipt, to return and they would not return it without my husband’s original card. I have my card that is on the same account but they would not return the items. RETURN POLICY IS COMPLETELY LOPSIDED AND UNFAIR.

One of the best customer services experiences I’ve ever had! Susan was a great help in helping me find items, was courteous friendly and warm! Will definitely be coming back!

If lots of philly related sports apparel you wont find in other places

I was in on Saturday and received sub par customer service. Train your staff on customer service rather than socializing. Shame on the manager.

Every time I come into the store Im greeted enthusiastically and the employees always have a smile on their face. They have always been helpful in finding the perfect gift. They even offer to wrap the gift with tissue paper and everything! They are amazing!

Was in today and thought Id finally take the minute and thank Rally House! Some of these reviews dont make sense to me..Samantha and her team are really good. They are always helpful when I am in. My wife (who is not even a sports fan) and I actually go out of our way just to go see whats new in their store. They make you feel at home and its always a great experience for us. The store looks and feels different than any other retailer. They even have a coloring station for the kids! Definitely visit Rally House when you are in the area!

Seriously the sweetest staff you will ever meet! Great merchandise as well! The one negative I have is that they are a bit pricey...but the awesome people working there make it worthwhile. Been in with multiple staff members and I have never been treated anything less than welcome. They have a real passion for what they do and are just as pumped for the Eagles as my family is!

Went in here today and being a 4 for 4 Philly sports fan, my mind was blown! Absolutely amazing selection of sports attire and memorabilia for the 4 Philly pro teams, Union, Penn State, ND, local colleges, local minor league teams, and even local brewery attire. There’s even some NY team attire tucked in the back for the Valley residents from the NY/NJ area and also Pittsburgh pro team items. Just totally awesome sports store that you have to go see and support. Super nice staff as well!

I love this store! They always have what I’m looking for, and if I can’t find it the staff is always friendly and helpful. I have worked in retail myself, and was blown away by the service provided by the manager. It’s no secret that retail management has a ton of responsibilities to accomplish in addition to customer service. With that said, Samantha-the manager, did not rush me at all and was very kind and accommodating to my needs. I recommend this store highly and will be going back again soon, can’t wait to see what’s new in the store!

Was in tonight picking up some last minute Penn State merchandise for the game next week. Plenty of white options which is a heaven sent for our white outs. Staff was great. Young man, Jaden was very helpful as well as another young woman. Was pretty busy but they both were always checking back to make sure I was doing alright. Not one to post but this place is great. Will be back a lot during holiday.

Went to the store picked up a few things.All I can say is Im impressed with this store great merchandise fair prices great quality. Samantha was extremely helpful and knowlagable and helped me with my selections. She made my shopping experience one yo remember Ill be back for sure. Love this store.

This store has a great selection of Philadelphia teams and colleges. However. I accidentally bought the wrong size West Chester shirt for my daughter. So I had to come back last week and return it. When I walked in the door with the bag, the store manager rolled her eyes and snarled at me. When I told her I wanted to exchange Samantha said, “well then go find what you want then come up here” and continued to tell me how “returns hurt her numbers.” After that nasty remark I just about had it! I returned the shirt, got my money back, and I will never shop there again. I later that day purchased from a different website and took my business elsewhere. I have contacted customer support and nothing has been done! I will not purchase from a company who makes their customers feel this way. It’s a shame.

I arrived at the Allentown location and was greeted by a courteous and helpful staff. The manager was very helpful directing me to exactly what I was looking for. The store was clean and organized with a helpful and professional staff.

The Rally House Allentown store has a great selection of items and there’s so many different sorts of things, even though they are a little pricey, but it’s horrible store management. The store manager Samantha always has an attitude and never looks work professional, it was a great place to work (i was there for 2 years) until management got switched and she started running the store (for the majority amount of time), she doesn’t treat her workers kindly or fairly and whenever anyone tried talking about it with her she would get defensive and tell us we just have to deal with it, that that is the way she is, but had it been one of her workers, she tells us we have to watch our mouths and change this and that, shes talked to workers with disrespect and has even told me to shut my mouth, she constantly talks badly about employees to other employee (i know this cause she’s told me many things), she’s always one to discriminate and plays favorites, always gave customers an attitude especially when they had a return and continued to tell them about how the numbers would drop and it wasn’t good for us. many of the workers left because of the store manager, Samantha, and they complained that she never treated them well and that’s the reason they left.

Had a great experience shopping for Phillies gear! Felt very welcomed by the staff assisting in finding a very specific new era Phillies cap that I was searching for everywhere. The store manager went the extra mile to hunt down the hat for me. Will be recommending this store to all my friends! I will be returning for all my Philly gear!

I bought my Dad a Rhys Hoskins Phillies jersey here around Christmas. I bought a medium and needed to exchange it for a large. I went in today at 6pm. I was one of only a couple in the store. I figured since I was there I would get an Eagles T-Shirt for my fiance and myself. I grabbed two, and went to the counter to purchase them and exchange the jersey. Two girls who worked there, on the right register (one on each side of the counter) were looking at one of the girls cell phones and gave me a look when I walked up. They instructed another girl to help. She came up to me and I said I need to buy this and exchange this and she responded I dont know how to do that. I asked for someone that did and another girl came over. When I said I wanted to exchange the jersey, a girl on my side of the counter finally looked up from her phone and said Youll have to meet someone over there to help you get the right size. Keep in mind, its maybe 20 feet away. But this girl wasnt moving. I walk over and another girl comes over, takes down the last Hoskins jersey up there and goes Its XXL. So I walk back up to the counter, and tell the girl who told me to go over there. I asked her if she could order it for me since they didnt have it. We cant order things to the store. I asked why they couldnt just order it off their website. She said they did not sell Baseball Jerseys online. I said Then just give me my money back. She said I could only get store credit. At this point I was furious and said Can you PLEASE check to see if you actually sell these jerseys online. Another girl did (because this girl was not budging from looking at her phone) and said were out of stock. At this point, I just wanted to leave. I asked for the store credit and will never return. Ive been to the store in Willow Grove, PA many times and they are fantastic there and that is where I plan to use the credit. If youre going in here and need any type of customer support, dont. I did not buy the Eagles T-Shirts and will never buy anything here again.

Absolutely awful. I’ve visited this store several times. Every single time the head manager Samantha is standing behind the registers. She is always texting or eating and has never once greated me. She has an awful attitude and when I proceeded to the front to check out, she called for an associate to ring me up because she was too lazy. I never am too judge mental about workers because you never know, they could be having a bad day! But I see her EVERYTIME I have gone, and EVERYTIME, she is sitting behind the register doing absolutely nothing. Our hard earned money is going to people who sit and do nothing. I love the store but this was my last time shopping at a company who is run by lazy and inconsiderate managers like this one. Absolutely unacceptable.
