5 stars is not enough for the staff of printing services at this location. Especially one staff member in particular he has helped me every time I need things printed so happy with the work. Id recommend them every time!!! Thank you so so much for everything

Ive been going to this store for many years...but, yes, its closing. I was there Sunday 8/22/21, and not sure how much longer they will be open. Sorry to see it go as it was relatively nearby.

In store experience may be a different story. However ordering online they just take your money and dont care about the customer. I placed an order on 1/9/21 and the order never shipped. I was able to get a refund a few days ago because I called the customer number a million times. False promises that someone would call me back with updates and it never happened. Thats why companies like Amazon strive because the customer always comes first. How hard is it to call a customer and give them an update? This will be the last time I make any purchases for my home or business at this place.

Had a wonderful experience with “Mike” from the copy center, without his kindness and help I would have been lost. I was attempting to use the self copy machines and was having problems when Mike came over and saved the day! Not only was he very patient and extremely helpful, he went above and beyond in helping me get what I need done which was a front and back copy of an important document. He was very kind and professional. We need more people like him in the world! Thanks again Mike!

Ink boxes are fully stocked only to get to the register to wait in line and be told they are out and have been out of it for weeks! Clear the shelves then! I had a final exam today and needed to print something out and I didnt appreciate having my time wasted like that.

Do not purchase items online if you need them for a specific date. I ordered an item online with estmated delivery date of 5 days. Five days later, the item has not been shipped yet. I called customer support on a Friday (same day item was supposed to arrived) and they tell me that the only thing that they can do is to send a request for another estimated delivery date. I would have to wait until Monday to get a new estimated delivery date. I decided to cancel the order. It will take 3 weeks to get a refund!

Crazy parking lot traffic, but the best Office Depot or OfficeMax store Ive patronized!I have been to this store twice, and on both occasions, I have had great experiences. The employees are especially friendly, while providing useful assistance (not my usual experience in Office Depot and OfficeMax stores). Both in-store pickup for online orders and regular checkout are quick and efficient. I highly recommend this location.

Nice selection of replacement keyboards. They honor Amazon prices as long as items are from and shipped by Amazon. That worked out well for me. And they let me apply my accumulated bonus points as well! Great experience!

I had wonderful service. They did not carry in the store what I needed, but the cashier went online and ordered it for me. It will be delivered in two days to my house without charge. I have only been here twice, once to ship a FedEx package (they send FedEx and UPS) and one for work to print 186 collated copies. Both times were super fast and the girl at the print desk was both nice and super helpful. I made an error in my order and she made no fuss about helping me correct it. This is my go to for needs like this and would highly reccomend.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an online order for two items that totaled over $300.00. I received an order confirmation email and then later a shipment confirmation email. There was NO tracking information available just an estimated delivery date. I contacted customer service which first told me there were national delays. Ok, fine but why was I as the customer not contacted about this? Then they told me you will receive your order on or about March 6th by the end of the day. That was almost a 48 hour window. I was then told that they could not give me the third party delivery companies phone number but I did have to sign for the package once it comes. WHAT? People dont just sit at home and wait for deliveries. They work full time. My husband eventually got involved after speaking to several reps and two supervisors. The first person said that the items would absolutely be delivered on March 6th by the end of the day. The second person Ron told my husband that it never shipped and there was an issue but then hung up on my husband. My husband called back and got another guy Lou (these names sounded made up by the way) and he finally told us that the items were never shipped. They were never coming to us. He credited me my order and canceled the order. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY. It was a complete waste of our time and the customer service is extremely poor. Spend your money elsewhere. Never again.

My mother went in a few weeks ago to send a package COD. She was told she could not, because I can only receive USPS to a PO Box.I called to clarify information, and Michael was a huge help: While the store no longer had options to send COD, he took the time to look up where could, and compared prices for us. This took only a matter of minutes.Very impressed, since they helped, even where the store was not making money.

Spent a $100.00 dollars for a Windows 10 reboot and update. Every single file we had including pics downloads, and documents was wiped out!. 3 calks to tech asking for a call back. No call back.

I used to come here pretty often after today I will never come again I was pretty disappointed with their service 😔 I just needed something printed out the lady would not help me at all I used to do this here all the time never had an issue she wanted me to use the new machine computer I never operated in my life I had no clue how to use it and she refused to help me

I have been having transmission problems with a broken sensor and there have been numerous attempts to correct the problem.Gilboy Ford has been very accommodating and they also have been very informative (calling and confirming, fixing the problem is still in progress). If you need a courtesy car please inform them up front. Otherwise one may not be available!!!

Im changing my rating from a 1 to a 5. Over the years I gave not been happy with the service at my local office depot. However, over the past few months, ever time I shop there Ive received excellent service. Wondering if management has changed? If so, congrats to whoever is in charge now, and if the same management congrats for the improvement.

Office Depot had the product I was searching for - an older type of RAM for an 8 year old laptop. With the discount code listed on their home page, it was the lowest price anywhere on the internet.With the free shipping, delivery was estimated for 3-5 days. I received the item within 2 days. The shipping location was in my state. I am totally satisfied with the purchase and the Office Depots website, services, and their staff who work behind the scenes. Thank you.

This store is excellent. Every time I go there they exceed my expectations again and make me very happy. Their prices are even better than Wal-Mart and the staff is excellent. I am really disappointed Staples is trying to buy them. Staples is so expensive and the staff is just O.K. My only issue and the Office Depot website is having many issues since they merged with Office Depot. I have been unable to order online once because I can never log in with out help from technical support each and every time.

Brandon from IT fixed my husbands computer and guided us in the purchase of some very good support programs. He was helpful, intelligent and professional.

Went to the store specifically to buy printer ink with a coupon we had received in the mail. Before going to the store we checked the website for prices to see which product would be the best deal and which coupon we should use. When we got to the store we found the ink package we had selected was $5 more than the online price. When I brought it to the counter I showed the clerk the online price on my cell phone and he said I can give you that price. This suggests an intentional practice rather than a pricing mistake (other inks showed the same the pattern). I find this practice to be misleading and disturbing.

Cant say enough good things about Brittany and the print shop staff. They have been life-savers....and their recommendations to protect and elevate my presentations got noticed by my clients. Thank you!

After cleaning out our offices, we came up in front of the store with 80 pounds of papers to shred... and of course the bag ripped open. The manager of the store came out and helped me collect all the papers into the store. Great service by all the staff members.

I regularly use their copy services for printing and scanning. The staff is efficient and friendly and the prices very reasonable. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Is what it is. Nothing glamorous and not really fancy. Just straight supplies. Came here for a padfolio for my wife ND left with pens. Not a bad thing but found it online based on what we saw in store. We of course come back.

Worst experience in my entire life. I went there to print some pictures and a poster. They didnt ask me what kind of paper I wanted, the print quality was shockingly horrible and the paper used was worse than cigarette paper. Dont go there to print.

Very run down store but they had great back to school sales.

They are just as bad on line. After having me sign up for an account, I went to their website to try to collect my coupon for returning ink cartridges to them. I could not remember my password, and theyre supposed to be able to look it up and give you your account # to be able to use their site. They were too stupid to find any of my information, and now Im out $2 bucks a piece for 20 ink cartridges. I think they count on confusing you on their website just so they dont have to pay out the rewards they promise, but never dish out. I will not shop at this companies stores anymore, and they make it impossible to shop on their website also. I dont see this company being in business long as to how they go about doing business. Poorly run from store to website!With regrets for shopping and creating a supposed account with this company, we will look to another office supply store for our business!

The store and staff take care of me and try to make things easier. The companies website can be a pain, but the in store staff make up for it and they are better priced than staples and are not always sold out like Walmart.

Poor training. I walked into the Allentown store with a computer that was givin to me by a client. She purchased the desktop computer to send overseas with a visiting family member who was flying back home. When she got to the airport, they told her that she couldnt take the computer on the plane. It was unsealed in the box and they told her she couldnt take it. So my husband ( who took her to the airport ) had to transport the computer back home to my client who purchased it for her. It was late when he returned so he took the computer home and inside until the next day. When i called the client to ask when we can drop off the merchandise, she told us to just keep it. That if we can use the computer, we can do service for her in trade to make up for the money she spent. ( chances are she just didnt want to be bothered with running the errend to return it herself.) It was a very nice offer. We aggreed. She sent us the recipt and we took the computer to the store to exchange it for and item we really needed. After two hours of shopping for just the right printer, we approched the counter with the receipt. I clearly told the girl ( young ) that we were NOT refunding the card used for the purchase of the desktop computer, we were exchanging it for the printer. I said it 3 times as she seemed clueless and confussed. ( the store was empty ) she opened her register and instead of selecting exchange, she selected refund. I told her no no we want to exchange it...!!!! she called over the manager who was just as bright as she was and hit the wrong botton and completed the refund!!!!! So the funds went back on the clients credit card instead of us being able to utilize the funds for the printer we spent 2 hours shopping for. He told us sorry but he couldnt reverse it. I was very disapointed. We lost out on a privilege given to us by a client who could not find use for the computer and instead allowed us to use the exchange of the machine for what we wanted to buy. We otherwise wouldnt have had the money to do so. Poor training and poor listening skills sums up my experience at this store. I will never go back. Mabye this was why this store was empty when we walked in.

I will never shop at office depot again. Wanted 2 desks. One I took with me, was told the other I had to purchase off line. I went home purchased off the internet Office Depot, had to pay shipping and went to put it together and pieces were missing. Their solution was to have it sit around my office for 2 business days while they shipped the parts. It was a sauders desk, besides parts being missing most of the parts are even marked. No compromise.
