I was at your store this afternoon at around 2:15 pm. I didnt get the young mans name who was working, but I felt compelled to give this review. He was so friendly and kind to my young children and me. I really appreciated it! He is an asset to this business!
One of the worst experiences, I patiently wait to get checked out while the women running the cashier is stocking items, in the nicest way I ask to check out, while not knowing what the price was for a certain item I opted out to get one of the two items I was purchasing and the cashier who was already upset that I asked to check out, then throws my change onto the counter instead of simply handing it to me all because I asked to check out and to not purchase an item . The simple rudeness these day
Waste of time trying to get Transbridge commuter booklets here at this location especially if youre using a pre-tax commuter benefits card (similar to a credit card) but they are not setup to accept such methods of payment so had to drive to LVIA to get my commuter passes. No signs or anything specifying only what is accepted.
Most of the time my experience is wonderful. I stop here on a Daily basis being that I live close and like the people. There is a newer older woman there with shorter curly hair. She is far from nice and has the most miserable personality I have ever come in counter with. She shorted my fiancé his change preceded to argue you with him. Then when she realized what she did. she went to give him the money back that she shorted him, but still gave him the wrong amount again. Then a different day I went I asked for a pack of Marlboro reds along with my other items I was purchasing. She ignored me when I asked her for the cigarettes. So I kindly asked her did you get the Marlboro reds also. She snapped at me and said you never asked for them with these evil look. Now correct me if Im wrong but isnt it not correct that regardless of what you heard the customer is always right. Today approx 5mins ago I was down there purchasing some drinks and I said I would also like a small bag of ice. She looks at me with that evil look again and says weve been out since July 4th. She never once said hi when I walked in the store like your other employees do. She is just miserable and the customer service feild clearly Is not were she should be. Especially if she cant put a smile on and grab a personality like your wonderful other employees do.
Great staff are freindly they always have what I need
Close to home. Friendly staff who really get to know the regulars and greet everyone who stops in.
Never had a good experience here and I think its the ugliest building in the West End.
