As noted in other reviews, there is an incredible selection of gorgeous tile and the take home samples are large enough so that you can easily visualize the end result. The installation process was amazingly painless with Mike and his crew and especially appreciated since weve had some pretty crummy experiences with home projects in the past. This place is the absolute best!I love my floor!

Deb & Jack are great!!! We were referred to them as we are doing some renovations and needed a personalized tough and opinion. Both are easy to talk with, responsive and make the process a lot easier... You wont get this type of service at a Lowes or Home Depot!

Such a great place. Huge selection of gorgeous tile. But Jack and Deb are the best. Good advice, great prices. We are doing the work ourselves and many places would’ve treated us differently because of that but they have been super helpful and easy to work with. Cannot say enough good things about this place. Before learning about Distinctive Tile, we had searched many other places for kitchen backsplash tile with no success. We actually learned about Distinctive Tile when we read about their fine selection and fine service in the remarks section of a competitive (the reviewer was complaining about the other company, and mentioned that he had great service at Distinctive Tile instead). So we traveled an hour and half each way just to visit their store because we read such great comments about their selection. Once we stepped foot into Distinctive Tile, we immediately found what we were looking for. Their selection was both large and unique.At Distinctive Tile, Deb and Jack (the owners) were friendly and very helpful with our purchase, and they also gave us a number of useful hints about proper installation. Deb was extremely helpful when our tile was delayed by the manufacturer. Although this glitch was not Deb’s fault, she got on the phone and researched the problem and solved it to our satisfaction. She goes above and beyond to help her customers.Now that the tile is installed, it looks even better than we had imagined. We will most definitely use their services again, and we have highly recommended their business to our family and friends.

Best tile store in the valley very helpful large selection

My husband and I remodeled our kitchen a few years ago. Deb at Distictive Tile was so knowledgeable and helpful. She listened and asked questions, helping us determine what style of kitchen we were looking for as well as a color scheme. We wanted to keep our existing cabinets and she helped us choose beautiful granite countertops and porcelain tile flooring to complement the wood. She not only helped us choose several different types of tile for the kitchen backsplash, she also designed a tile pattern over the range that truly sets the tone of the space. I continue to enjoy the design of my kitchen very much!
