Poorly run and managed. Have tried calling multiple times during biz hours and either no one answers (the phone disconnects you automatically after 20 rings) or they do not know who to route a call through to (not that it would matter because no one will pick up anyway)Also returned a $90 Lutron switch almost three weeks ago and still no credit back to my account. Would love to speak to someone about this but..........they never answer their phone.Counter guy that I spoke with when returning switch knew basically nothing about the products they sell Any wonder that he probably screwed up my return as well? He insisted he needed to keep my receipt in order to process the return so I walked out without any kind of documentation. I place the fault for this on me since by this time I had an inkling of their inability to provide even the most basic of business functions. I should have insisted on getting a return receipt.This company is a PRIME example of why people dont (or cant) shop locally. This locations management and the workers I have encountered are lazy, incompetent and deserve to go the way of the dodo.
