Doing some work on our 2032r tractor and dealing with JR in the parts department to complete my project. I would like to say thank you for the kind service and all your time locating and ordering parts!! Keep up the good work and look forward to doing more with you guys in the future!!!
I went to look at Sub Compact Tractors.Staff was very knowledgeable and professional.Facility was clean and well maintained. They sell John Deere,Stihl and Honda Equipment. They have a large showroom with lots of parts, Equipment and accessories in stock. Also have a parts and service dept.I walked thru the garage area and they had Equipment from small tractors to VERY VERY Large Equipment they are working on.No pressure sales.Gave me a printed price quote and went over the financing.
Hello- I have a new E170 with 8.1 hours on the mower, a belt snapped/broke. I called the Service dept. and spoke to Amber. She claimed to be the Service manager. I ask for the procedure to obtain warranty. She mentioned a two and one half week wait before she could even look at it. Amber stated she needed to make sure it wasnt my fault. Needing the belt, I ask if I could have the belt and install it myself? No, first come, first served. I have a stack of work orders here and Im short staffed. I ask if I could trailer the mower down for a quick look at my brand new mower to confirm it wasnt user error and I would then install the belt myself. If it were my fault, then its on me. Amber said No. I was calm and polite when I mentioned I would be sharing my experience in the form of a review and this triggered Amber. Im feeling threatened- Amber went total woke on me with emotions. Never once did she remember how we got to this point. Its not about the $44 belt, it was how she handled herself and her decisions when representing the Deere Country Dealership. She took my number and said the manager would call. He never did!On a positive note- JR in the parts dept. is a great resource for parts, knowledge and tech assistance. Thank you JRPARTS YES-SERVICE NEVER
Always have a great experience at DCFL. JR and the other associates from the parts department are always so knowledgeable and kind.

Stopped by for parts on an older John Deere. Staff was nice but unless you’re wanting to buy one of their new models they can’t help you.
Great service and always have my part in stock .
Not very helpful at all, only wanting to make a buck in which they would have if they had let me talk to someone that new what they were talking about. All they wanted to say was it could be SOOO many things wrong I told them I’ve researched the tractor extensively and narrowed it down to a part but it was very expensive so I just wanted to verify before I bought it (FROM THEM) she said you’d have to bring it in to take a look at it.../ give me a $1500 bill.., no thanks. I’ll do my shopping elsewhere and never pass on good word.
It was great Brad new what I wanted we looked at it did the paperwork and got it done . Just what I like in and out .
Couldn’t be happier with my purchase, 2018 1025R. Picked it up with a 60 inch deck and 60 inch plow. This was my second John Deere purchase in 18 months. Bought an X380 last year. Dealt with salesman Brent on both purchases, who really knows his information about the John Deere machines they sell. Would highly recommend Deer Country to anyone wanting to buy a quality machine.
Great friendly staff. Very clean. Remodeling the showroom as of 4/21.
The crew that unloaded my Combine in the wintry mess did a stand up job and I appreciate how professional and proficient they were in getting me empty in a safe and speedy manner.
Deere County made the best pick of box spreader!! Pikerite. I have never pulled a spreader that trails as good as them a pikerite. Or that is built for ANY load. The spread pattern could hardly get better. Tubelines put to much out the sides and not much in the middle and not built like a pikerite. Dont forget to hit that like hand
Drove 45min there for parts after purchasing new zero turns which the salesman was pleasant to deal with told parts guy year make and model got home realized the clown sold me the wrong parts so I called they refused ship me the correct parts and got stuck paying for the wrong parts so needless to say I will not give this place anymore business
I contacted Deer Country to inquire about a commercial walk behind for my residence. I was put in touch with Matt Schlegel in the commercial Sales division. He was extremely helpful, communicated well, and answered any of my questions. He and the Allentown store were timely in ordering my machine and Matt personally brought it out to explain how to use the machine, answer any questions, and take care of the paper work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a John Deer. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and glad I used Deer Country and dealt with Matt!
Brent is a great salesman and helped me out with a purchase. I strongly recommend this dealer for all JD needs
Helpful staff for the most part. Appreciate the patience with my many questions about doing work on my lawn tractor. Knowledgeable but I could tell they were getting annoyed. I had to take my business elsewhere for that particular job. I have purchased a lot of equipment and services there over the last 18 years. I will say, they are consistent and reliable and will work hard to find parts I needed.
This has got to be the best place. As we are new to farming we instantly felt welcomed and a part of the community. Personally had Stan out to educate and adjust our baler. Let me tell you he is the encyclopedia of balers! I was in awe of the knowledge I gained along with a good friend. Deer Country keep up the great job. You have gained us a customers for a long time. Now time to get daughter a newer tractor!!
My chainsaw was brought in for a faulty chain brake. Paid the $40(half of $80/hr shop rate) for diagnosis. Couple days later was left a voicemail to call them back about my estimate. Was told that the repair would be $260. Mind you, this was for a saw that cost me $650 and MSRPd at the time for over 1K. I politely informed them that I shouldve stuck with my gut and took it to the shop where I bought the saw from. I wanted to try them and will not return. I picked up the box with the saw and just ate the cost of diagnosis. What really did it for me was the, that might not be it, it may need more. Long story short, I spent around $90 out the door at the shop I shouldve went to in the first place. Friendly staff but consumer be aware.
Everyone was very nice
Nice facilities
Was looking for a garden tractor and needed to make sure I bought the right piece of equipment. I stopped at Deer Country in Allentown and was amazed by the selection. Brent was great and got me into the right size machine for my property. They were very knowledgable and helpful. Everyone is always friendly and courteous and a pleasure to do business with. The parts and service staff always get me the right parts and give me great service. I will recommend this dealer to everyone I know. Thumbs up, you guys and gals are awesome!!
I recently purchased a new 4044m from Deere Country and was very pleased with the dealership. Having previously looked at various competitor models and brands in person and online, I settled on the 4044m before checking how many were available in the area. It turned out that Deere Country was the only dealer in the area that had exactly what I wanted. We had a straightforward discussion about pricing and options before I decided to purchase the new machine.Overall I’d recommend Deere County in Allentown to anyone looking for a John Deere. My new tractor arrived in excellent condition at the scheduled time. Something else I appreciated was the machine was actually FULL of fuel and ready for use!! That’s something that has never happened when purchasing equipment and machinery at other places.
Ive been going to Deer Country Allentown location for parts for years and always get excellent service. The parts department is like no other...friendly, knowledgeable, and they appreciate your business. They stock an unbelievable selection of parts and if they dont have them they will order and have them within days. For a fair shipping fee you can order next day and they will be there in the morning. And a special Thank You to Mike M., for always going that extra distance.TY, Joe
Jason was extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile in explaining everything that was wrong with my power washer! Great guy and great service! Highly recommend Jason in service department.
DONT EXPECT THE PRICE TO BE LOWER! when they give you an estimate and they say it could be less or more its never less than the quoted price. They all tend to use the same phrase could be less or more but after having it service there a few times its always more you will pay.
One of the best experiences I have every had with a dealer ship. Drove down from New York to purchase a mower. Brent was the sales man I worked with. One of the nicest guys I have ever met and made sure I was taken care of.
I came in to find an old engine air filter for a troy rototiller and after searching around, they found it both in their system and amazon. I Got the amazon one because its $12.00 vs. Their $25.00, but the sales man was honest, realistic, patient and did all the searching for me.This place gets my business now because of their great sales team. Thanks
I have Dave one of JD’s service guys come out to work on my new Snow Blower. He was prompt, courteous and very, very thorough. He wasn’t satisfied until I was happy. The last thing he asked me wa I satisfied and YES I am a satisfied customer thanks to Dave.If I needed a mechanic I would try to steal him from you,he’s that good.
Dishonest, rude, and could care less about customer satisfaction. One and done. There are other options in the area - make sure you shop and DO NOT purchase from this dealer.
One star is for their service. Bought a mower two months ago, used it for just about ten hours and began experiencing an issue with it. When running cold the mower was fine but it would get hot and begin to shot off when you engaged the mower deck. At first, I thought I had bad gas, etc but trying different gas I was still experiencing the same issue. Since my wife’s Pop has been working with this company for 40 years, he trust them, spends thousands a year there I finally decided to take it to them. I sent an inquiry on Sunday night explaining what was happening and that I would have someone drop it off Monday morning. I kindly asked if someone would reach out to me because I knew how full my Monday was and I that I would forget to call them. It was now Tuesday at 3pm and I finally found time while I was at work to find out what was going on. They said they’d have to find out because they believe they just were running it outside and going to bring it in the shop. Based on their experience with this model, using their flashlight they found dirt, at first. Once I spoke to another person they then said it wasn’t really just dirt but more grass clippings, debris. That’s fair, glad we found the issue. They then said it would cost 280s for the job, to clean gas tank, blow the fuel lines and replace the fuel filter. So basically, 200 plus for labor for a two month old mower. I felt I should not be held accountable for this because even though Jason adamantly blamed me for either having dirt in my brand new gas can OR I left the cap off the gas tank while mowing, I know neither are true. If this was a year later, I wouldn’t argue that something could have happened. However, knowing folks can test drive these machines, watching kids climb all over the equipment while I was buying mine from Brent, who is to say this could have been in there prior. They refuse to help me, they claim their store manager is going to call, still waiting, and we will go from there. The filter is online for around 5.86 therefore this is an all labor job as I mentioned before. So let’s put this in context. Let’s say their technicians are paid 25 an hour (higher side) and the part internally cost them 5 bucks. They basically rather lose customers of 40 years, that been farming in the Valley for a long time, for a small amount of money. Over the next 40 years they would be making thousands off us, but here we are, no resolution, no empathy, no true customer service. You are a number, and they care only about their bottom line.**Side note, Brent in sales is a good man, he treats our family with class and this review is no reflection of him.
I love John Deeres tractors
This is my second experience using Deer Country services. The employees are knowledgeable, professional, but most of all pleasant. Great shopping experience and repair service. Great job everybody!!!
They ordered me and parts for a lawn mower they didnt sell in the parts worked out perfect. Also bought a Stihl line trimmer and it works beautiful. I talked to a guy by the name of John Canaan he was very helpful I would go there again over and over again
These guys dont care about return business. I have been using them for more than 10 years and probably spent over $1200 dollars in service work on my lawn tractor. Had just received back my tractor this past week after a $500 service for electrical work. They stated that in addition to this work I would have to replace the battery, which I did. It still didnt work so I called them to come to check and they stated that it was an issue with the battery connection which I had replaced. Based on it was my replacement they are charging $72 for service call based on 5 minutes work. I asked for relief based on past service history, but they didnt care. So rather then do the right thing they prefer to lose my business! Whatever happened to doing the right thing.Update 9-24-18 Note that the response from the Assistant General Manager was in no way meant to resolve the issue. It was just used to try to offset a negative review by appearing to resolve it. I would not recommend Deer Country.
I love John Deer..their tractors are amazing for Lawn Work and most importantly thier popcorn is the BEST 🤣🤗💖
Bought my first piece of handheld equipment here in 2003. I have been dealing with this dealer ever since. They are friendly, knowledgeable and always go above and beyond for me in what ever I ask for. Mike the store manager, JR in parts, and Brent in Sales all greet me by name when I walk in the store and have taken the time to get to know me and my family. Its that close of a relationship. I do most of my own repairs however if I ever encounter a struggle Jason in service is very quick to help me work through it and give me all the support a dealer has available. So many other dealers will not do this, they simply just expect you to bring it to them so they can have the work. I will actually drive right passed other Deere and Stihl Dealers just for the service that this company and branch provides. HIGHLY recommend this company to any person I know that is in the market to purchase or could use support from any of the staff or lines that Deer Country Farm and Lawn has to offer.
Great equipment! Great service! While the product speaks for itself (Nothing runs like a Deere!) the folks are very knowledgable and helpful and that makes all the difference. Thank you Deer Country for the help!
The salesmen John did an excellent job making sure that I purchased the right piece of equipment for mowing my property. He was patient with us and our young son. Plan on making my next lawn and garden purchase there.
I had a great experience with these guys. J.R in parts is an awesome guy he is extremely helpfull
Visited today at about 1030, the parts people are great.they found my parts just with model and deck size hooked me up with all i needed.will use them again, and again.
Great service just a little limited on the ways they can find parts. If you dont know what the equipment is and just bring something as simple as a tube it will take a while to get what you need if at all
My 2nd tractor! Nothing runs like a John Deer! Best service for 20 years for me! Sales with Brent and everybody was great! Live my new 1025r!! Thank you!!!
I wanted to adjust the brakes on my D105 lawn tractor. I searched on my computer, but couldnt find any correct info that matched my machine. I called Deer Country, and Jason Odegaard was kind enough to help me over the phone.
Love the variety in this place. Usually has everything I am looking for.
I have been working with Deer Country for 5 years now. Between my salesman Matt Schlegel and the service team they keep my business up and running smoothly. It takes alot of stress of of me knowing I have the team of Deer Country behind me. Keeping my mowing crews cutting smootly. Thanks Matt Schlegel and team.
Called up Deere Country looking to buy a new mower. They told me the one I wanted was out of stock and they had one coming. I told them that it was fine and to let me know when it arrived so I could look at it to make sure it was the one I wanted. The guy on the phone told me that I needed to pay for it before it arrived to hold it. Well, I dont buy anything without seeing it first. But when I told him that he got really rude really quick. Hung up the phone with him and called Littles JD in Zieglersville. They had the one that I wanted in stock and ready to go. So thats exactly where I went. Now I have a new Deere in my garage but it wasnt from Deere Country!!!!
My husband deals with them all the time and always has great things to say. JR, Sean, and Mike are great!
Salesperson need some training. Seems that he just trying get customers out of showroom. I would never buy from someone like this. What a unprofessional staff
Sales person Brent was helpful and nice.
Great staff
After the demise of my White lawn tractor I decided I needed a real lawn tractor! The staff greeted me immediately and started to get to know me and figure out the exact equipment for my needs. John the sales guy was a big help showing me different tractors and the options and features of each one. JR in the parts department got me set up with any accessories I wanted and Mike the manager made sure I was satisfied with everything! This deere country dealership goes out of their way with good old fashioned customer service that you wont get with other places!! I be a deere country customer for the rest of my life and would recommend anybody looking for outdoor power equipment to my friends at deere country thanks!!!
This may be a long review but i promise it is 100 percent factual. My 20 year old craftsman finally was to the point where I didnt want to repair it again, and I always wanted a Deere. I was referred to this dealer by a coworker that used to work there. Long story short(er), I took home my brand new John Deere and couldnt have been happier... until I started mowing my lawn. The tractor was leaving a strip on the left side of the deck uncut. The grass was tall, so I figured I would try one more time before calling Deere country. Next time same thing. Talk to salesman and say something is wrong on the left side of the deck. I was told, and I may be paraphrasing some of it, well we can get it down here and look at it but we are very busy so I dont know how long you will be without your tractor. Also if we dont find anything wrong youll be charged a service fee. I think that the response I got was a little rediculess after buying a five thousand dollar lawn mower, but what do I know. Come to last night, on the flatest part of my yard, with the deck at 3inch cut the mower starts making a noise of blades hitting something. Put up on jack stands and on the LEFT side of my mower the mulcher attachment is hitting the blades. Im a master certified diesel technician and in my opinion the mulcher wasnt on correctly and thats why it wasnt cutting the grass on that side and why it started hitting on that side. Wish I would have either just went and bought a new craftsman or went through a different dealer at this point. We will see what Brent the salesman I dealt with has to say today. I will gladly revisit this rating dependant on how my experience goes with this issue.
Great sales people and great service!
These guys are way too money hungry,,,,ask as for a card number and instantly took 500$ out and den came out and tore my skidloader apart and said dey cant fix it,,,left everything hang open, parts where everywhere,,,,, and I get someone else out and fix it right on the spot!!!best regards never get these slums 😡😡
Great bunch of guys! Very helpful and would go nowhere else. Thank you!
Great service from sales to parts. Highly recommend.
I buy my jd part here ! The guys at the parts counter are always willing to help with any problems i have ! Great guys !!
Ugh if there is one thing that is annoying is handing your card to pay and mofos say we dont take Amex. Well then put a sign on your door that states what payment options you do take
Wish I had the money for my zero turn John Deer riding mower. Great quality here...its a DEER
Great customer service very friendly and knowledgeable

Friendly staff,knowledgeable,good service
Great service, parts well stocked
...and if it breaks fix it yourself....or find another repair shop. Three times in for the same issue. Misdiagnosed and spent alot of money in the process. Finally had to do it myself.
