Came in to grab a death guard codex. Kevin was incredibly helpful and cheerful. The store was insanely clean. Definitely coming back

Today was my first visit to the store and I couldnt have had a better experience! The manager Kevin was knowledgeable, friendly, inviting and observed strict Covid-19 protocols.The store was well merchandised and spotless. Easily the most professional hobby store Ive ever been inside.Kevin informed me of a great deal they had on paints and even gave me a free warhammer model for it being my first time in the store.He took the time to discuss painting techniques with me as well just talk shop about Blood Bowl. Customer service is a lost art these days and doubly so in hobby shops.I have been long looking for a shop to call my local shop and despite it being nearly an hour from my home Ill gladly take the time and drive there because today Kevin earned a customer for life.

Kevin is awesome and should get a promotion, with his help I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on plastic.

Store = fantastic. Kevin = fantastic. Such a Star in fact I left 5. Everyone who I’ve met there is funny, and great friends. Kevin gives great advice and makes you feel really welcome if you’re a beginner. He puts you in the right direction every time. Everyone is super encouraging. You never feel bad when you walk in and it feels less like a store and more like a place to meet great people and experience a great side of Warhammer. Would recommend to all friends and family 10/10.

Wow! What can I say. Kevin does an incredible job making you feel welcomed and valued. Very informative and up-to-date on his Warhammer product line. New players will feel at ease vs. other game stores where you are made to feel like you are intruding/interrupting. Stopping in to by a gift for someone else, he wont steer your wrong.There are a number of gaming tables set-up with full terrain. Display cases show the work of fellow miniature painters and are great to review for inspiration. The store is somewhat small, but well laid out. Do yourself a favor and stop by to check things out and let Kevin get you started on this incredible hobby!Highly recommended. AAAAA+++++

Kevin was awesome! Threw put alot of knowledge and walked my through what I needed for my army. I am completely green to the game and i would recommend this store to anyone, seasoned or not.
