When it was delivered the driver gave me a run down of the entire mower, answered all questions i had, and had me drive it around to make sure i was comfortable with it. Purchased a Hustler Raptor SD zero-turn at Power Pro last weekend. It was my first zero-turn and Jill was very helpful in my decision. I was taken care of right away and had a new mower within 30 minutes. Delivery was fast and the whole process was easy. I chose Power Pro because they sell and service their machines at the same location, sell reputable equipment and offer great financing options. So for the machine is great, saving me tons and time and hassle.

When I moved into the area I bought a Hustler Zero Turn from Power Pro Allentown. Two years later, I couldnt be happier with my decision to buy from Power Pro. The mower itself is a great piece of machinery. It has done everything it is suppose to do with zero issues. Most importantly, the support from Matt and his team has been great. They do quick turns on their annual service and at a very reasonable price. The highlight of his commitment to his customers occurred this past year. I was out of the country when my father-in-law called and said the mower hydraulics stopped working and the mower was stuck at the back of our lot. It took only one call to Matt from Iceland and he drove to my house with a spare tractor, towed my machine to his trailer, brought it to his shop and returned it within a couple of days. it turned out only to be a drive belt. This type of service is hard to find. Thank you!

I was looking for a snowblower and didn’t want to buy from a big box store. A friend of mine who purchases large pieces of equipment for his home recommended Power Pro. From the minute I walked into the store I knew I was at the right place. Matt was very helpful in determining what would work best for me and my situation. They had a string trimmer for a few days claimed it couldnt be fixed and tried to sell a new unit. After leaving it there another week or so get a call saying they had some free time and got it running??!!! Then why wasnt if fixed initially???..... After got it home it ran good for a few minutes and now has same issue again. What a joke

Jill was very helpful in selecting the appropriate lawnmower for our yard and delivery by Matt was quick and gave a good run down on how to operate and basic maintenance to expect and when. Would certainly buy there again and plan to as I need a new snowblower for next year...!

After looking at almost all the zero turn brands, I ended up buying a Spartan RTpro 54 from Jill. She was familiar with the machines and the few things she wasnt sure about, she checked into and got back to me with the information. It is nice when sales people are honest about what they know and what they dont.The machine is fantastic so far. It seems as if Spartan realized all the weaknesses and short comings of other makes and built in all the improvements. Simple things like the foot lift deck- super easy to push, the mowing height setting is a simple turn of a knob - not having to move pins and clips. The 7 gauge deck has a plastic bumper on the side so you dont mark up the machine or what ever you are mowing around. The shute is rubber so hitting belgium block or a bush doesnt bent it---and it stays up by itself when you are transporting! The attention to detail is impressive right from the greasable scalping wheels to the deck floor that has rubber bumpers to keep it from rattling.I knew I was going to go off lawn with it and although it is not a bush hog, I took it into the woods to clear out small bushes and heavy brush- I mowed down raspberry bushes going up an almost 45 degree angle with no problem!Power Pro did what they promised, gave me a good deal, had the machine waxed and ready and were low pressure on the sale. Glad I did business with them.
