I understand that there is pandemic going on, but it is not that hard to update your hours on the website so people do not go to a closed store with absolutely nothing inside.

I was in there the other day with my 12 year old daughter to buy some make up and hair treatment and a Lady with blone streaks in her hair was nothing but rude so I took my business to Walmart to get my supplies. I will never be shopping at Sallys again!

If there was an issue with an associate, you needed to call and talk to the manager, as the manager there, I want my customers to have a happy experience but if they dont, I need to know and I will rectify the issue, Im sorry you had that problem, that employee is no longer with us.
