Clean. Lots of choices and the clothes are much nicer than other places around. Its in the mall so lots of people like us walking around just to walk around.

There are ONLY 9 DAYS LEFT UNTIL this JC Penney closes. Everything, including the display furniture, is for sale. All items are AT LEAST 75% off, but goes all the way up to 90% off... there are still alot of clothes to choose from.. plus housewares,bedding, jewelry, etc. ... I found some great buys today!!

Went into the alliance location to get some clothes for a interview I have coming up and of course I had my child with me and went to get a cart to put my child in so it would be easier for me to shop and surprising they don’t have their carts anymore so it made it more difficult to look carrying a child so I ended up leaving .

I love this Penneys! Its so convenient! Theres no crowd, its not so big that you get tired trying to find what youre looking for and the employees are super helpful and friendly!

Pretty cool. I got some leggings and slippers, both seemingly good quality. The only thing I didnt like was that its a bit hard to find my way around the store, but thats alright.

I enjoy JCPenny. They have great sales and even better clearance. I wish the ladies selection was larger but overall I am pleased.

This is a very small Penneys store. The ladies section, and shoes section are decent size. Girls section is tiny! Lines are usually long, and it takes a while to check out. I do like to shop one and pick up in store.

I ordered 10 tops online from JCPenny. My order was ready when they said it would be and was really easy to pick up. The cashier that helped me was very friendly. He quickly got my order while another cashier finished checking me out. Everything fit me well and I will be ordering again.

Sad to see this location close, I dont like driving to Boardman all the time.

Absolutely no floor help, cashiers slooooow and overwhelmed. What a joke. No wonder brick and mortar stores are going away.

I am so upset . i wastold by an employee i could bring my husbands band back lie lie. I will never shop at that store again.andi will tear up my charge card. I will let my friends know since they liked the ring. I actually asked her face to face. I hope he doesnt loose it. Bad bad business. I would never lie to you.

The girl that check me out was very helpful they have a great clearance rack in the back where everything is super cheap right now plus you can use a coupon on it I dont shop at Penneys very often but I might be changing that soon got a lot of great things for Christmas

For a smaller store, I was still able to find some deals. Pretty good selection of merchandise

So the guys clearance section is not only ungodly limited compared to the womans, but its absolute garbage. This jc Pennys is complete garbage compared to others. How they have not closed this location is flat out mindblowing. They carry the same exact pairs of shoes that I bought here 4 years ago??? What???? Talk about a bootleg JC Penney. Flat out terrible.

I found exactly the Fathers day gift that I was looking for, and reasonably priced. Sales lady was helpful, but I had to ask.

I just HAD to get some white t-shirts for working outside and got really lucky with the day I chose. Awesome sales on things I needed combined with a great associate who helped me find what I lacked, corrected a size issue, then found me an additional discount to seal the deal on the American Tourister luggage I wanted. I made out like a bandit on everything I needed and wanted. Awesome day!I went to their big sale just a couple days ago and got 50% off almost everything I wanted. The manager even helped us out this time - wonderful lady! We had fun AND got exactly what we wanted and needed at awesome pricing. I love this store for all my clothing!Attention JCP big-shots: Dont you dare shut down our JCP here in Alliance, Ohio! If you do, all the elastic in your socks and underwear will fail after the first wash for the rest of your days! Mark my words!
