The ice cream here is always good but tonight someone at home had a craving for a strawberry milkshake. It was great, as expected, and the staff was friendly, smiling, helpful, and quick. Of course, with fall temperatures dropping the line wasnt anything like summer so I was in and out in no time at all. An great experience. Thanks!

We picked Almost Heaven to cater our wedding and it was absolutely perfect! We had the cone and dish bar, which was a huge hit. We got to pick the flavors we wanted, they dropped off the cooler earlier in the day, and then showed up to scoop the ice cream after dinner. Mackenzie was easy to work with and they were so professional at the event. It was the perfect set up and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to do something different for dessert at their event!

Visiting this restaurant was a very positive experience for me. Ice cream flavors include quite a variety, and the prices are reasonable. Comfortable seating is provided both indoors and outside. There is also a drive-through, although I have never gone through it.

We usually have a great experience here but we came today 9/11/21 around 4:50pm. The girl that we placed our order with gave me an attitude when I asked for our ice cream to have lids… so the kids can eat ice cream after supper… she clearly sighed in anger right at me and after I noticed she was mad… I apologized bc I didn’t know what else to say to that… since this is your job… she totally ignored me and shoved the bag at me and shut the window… If you hate your job that much… get a new job!!!

Some of the flavors could use some improvement, and great service. Everything made to order and fast. Just wish when you order something with flavors added you get just a small pinch of that flavor.

Ice cream was delicious..my toddler loved it and they even had a no sugar added option for me which was also really good..will definitely make a stop again on our adventures 💜

Tasty, creamy ice cream and sherbert. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you leave satisfied. When I pouted over not having coffee, they used their cold pressed coffee for the shakes to make me a wonderful iced mocha, perfect for a hot day.

This ice cream was AMAZING. I got the Angel Tracks in a dish and my husband got the Green Monster in a waffle cone. 2 scoops was practically a pint of ice cream. I was not expecting such a large portion. It was very tasty and worth the money! We will be back as frequent customers!

Went today Aug 5, with my boyfriend. He got a banana split and I got a brownie sundae. His had so much sauce on it and barley any ice cream. Mine had 1 small brownie and an insane amount of hot fudge that I didn’t ask for. When the girl handed me the ice cream it had sauce all down the sides of it..very messy. When she gave it to me the she slid it on the counter and it tipped over. When I asked for napkins she threw them my way. Very rude costumer service. Very immature and not to mention very pricy.

Need an order window and a pick up window. Traffic into the street, pretty soon there will need to be a roadkill flavor.

My new favorite ice cream place! It puts all the other ice cream places to shame. The White House flavored ice cream is probably the best ice cream I’ve ever had in my life. The waffle cone is soooo delicious. One scoop on a waffle cone is all you need because their scoops are so big. Well worth the money and it’s a very pleasant experience. Friendly staff and will let you taste test flavors. The whole family loves it here!

Big selection of flavors, just nothing that interested me. Ordered a blast, which is their equivalent to a blizzard. Whatever they use for the base is gross, very thick like custard, no flavor, and it wasnt cold

Online hours need changed, says you open at 11, we got there at 11:30. Your employees looked at us, then looked away, didnt even come over to explain. Absolutely rude! Then we saw a sign on the drive thru window saying open from 12- whenever.

Ice creams good, however all the tables inside were dirty. There was only one other couple seated in there when we arrived.

I went to almost heaven yesterday (3/28/21) with my spouse. We ordered one scoop in a dish and soft serve twist regular in a dish, I also got 2scoops on a waffle cone. The cone was fine but the dishes were a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY! They were barely half full! So we spent 15$ including tips and left wanting more ice cream. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF

Oh Boy! This place is awesome! The first time I visited, I had to take home 4 quarts! Just to make sure that the high quality wasnt just a fluke with the one I chose to devour in the car. Nope, no fluke. They all were terrific. Smooth, no ice crystals, even with the lemon gelato. The service was great and the maker was available to question. The fellow will be famous someday. Young Noah found his calling making candy and ice cream early while working at the other Alliance institution of sweetness, but now has stepped up his game, and the vast number of flavors offered is impressive. Dont arrive with a full belly or youll hate yourself!

Best ice cream! I love the coconut cream pie. I bought the butter pecan pie for thanksgiving dessert and got rave reviews! All flavors have been fantastic!

Im from north akron and was driving with a friend in alliance and we drove by this place and I said heaven and ice cream we gotta try that.turned around and walked in and it smelled like heaven right away you could smell the waffles for the cones that they make! I got a triple scoop and tried chocolate almond, coconut cream pie,and raspberry chip.I have eaten ice cream all over United States and this is literally the best ice cream I have ever ate . It is worth the drive here Ill be back

Placed order 3 days ago online for pick on Easter Sunday but they was closed and online backed up to pickup on Saturday I continued my order and placed it with a text confirmation. Went in just now for my 130pm Saturday pick up and am told no the order is for May 2nd!!!! I said no for today?? Was told nothing can do they don’t have my cake order. I said why would I ask for a cake April 2nd and to have it for May 2nd??? All I get is sorry. A lot good that does now gotta go find a cake. Will never go back and never recommend this place!!!

I took my father there for a treat following surgery. Of course its during the pandemic so my elderly father and I are extra cautious. While we were sitting enjoying ice cream, in walks about 6-8 young Amish men who are not wearing masks. There is no intervention or comments from the employees even though it was during a time when, by law, masks are mandated unless there are medical conditions which would prevent you from wearing one. (There a sign on the door saying that if youre not wearing one they will assume you have a condition...which means they will not enforce a mask mandate.) This is a new place and I am all for small business surviving this pandemic but I was greatly disheartened by their lack of concern for patron and community safety. My dad finished his ice cream and we left as quickly as we could. The ice cream was good but we will not return until this pandemic is over, unfortunately.

The kids loved it! Said it was better than New Baltimore! They had lots of flavors to choose from. We all had different flavors and they were all delicious. Homemade waffle cones were amazing and the portions were large. The employees were all very friendly and professional!

Cars are always sitting on the road causing road rage, traffic jams on both sides, and nearly causing accident all the time. The owners dont care and neither do the sheriffs despite calling multiple times. This is something my family has to deal with weekly and its not safe!! When a huge accident happens itll be all your neglectful hands!

Generous Scoops (Barely can finish 2 scoops) Inexpensive for the amount of ice cream and quality!. Love all of the different flavors!! Staff was very friendly (could tell they were smiling under their masks - even when they were slammed)!! Cant wait to go back and try the other flavors!!

Wow! Normally my family and I would head to New Baltimore for our family Ice Cream runs. Alas those days are done. We decided to embark on our ice cream quest knowing that today would be packed. Passing Giant Eagle we saw the line.... undaunted we pulled up behind the last car. I have never been more grateful to my kids. No one whined or complained during the wait. We tried Strawberry, chocolate, raiders, mint, and cookie dough. Paired with their amazing soft waffle cones was just over the top, truly living up to the name. Then to when you think it couldnt be better, it happens. They hand you your cone in a container that protects you and your kids from dripping on yourselves. Truly a must stop for all.
