Id like to give this place 5 stars in all honesty. I cant because on average I spend more time waiting at the checkout than it took me to walk through the store and grab my stuff. Thats not cool. The place is usually dead and they carry a large enough selection to meet most household needs. So why do they push the big lots rewards so hard? Why do the cashiers need to talk so much? Also the furniture department hasnt been the most polite in my experience, theres that.

Not what it use to be. Use to be a bargain store and was able to find a lot of odd things. Now its like a family dollar/rent a center/mi i walmart. Sorry if I wanted those things I would have went there. Being like everyone else is what will put this business under. No more local pork rinds, no more Jelly flops, no more discount shampoo and bathroom needs, and etc. Sad!

I ordered the Charleston Couch and Loveseat on 5/31/21. I was told my furniture would be in on 7/31/21. I called at least three times to check on the status of my furniture and was told the exact same thing. The truck broke down and they aren’t sure when the furniture will be delivered. I was told they are expecting a shipment of the Charleston furniture tomorrow and Wednesday. The manager called me back and said only 1 set will be delivered and it belongs to someone else. The manager said it will be the end of August and Then I received a new shipment date of 8/31/21 in my email. The manager doesn’t have a clue if the furniture will really be delivered on that date. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM when they tell you your furniture will be delivered in 8 weeks. They have no idea when your furniture will be in. The difference between Big Lots and other furniture stores is they will flat out LIE to you when giving a delivery date.

This place is really changed a lot different than what it used to be they carry all kinds of stuff in there Furniture close lawn Furniture. Had a great visit there like I said its been very very long time since Ive been there but I was very very impressed people were very nice and fight restroom for nice and clean I would go back.

It’s been remodeled since the last time I was here. Good place for quicker cheap furniture.

Love going to this store. Always clean and well arranged. Sales tax is less to.

Staff in here are always willing to help and they always have what I need even if other stores dont even seen to carry certain items anymore.

Not too worried about their customers satisfaction. A long line of people with one cashier. You asked the other lady just walking around do you think you might get some more cashiers up here she just ignores you and walks away. Lots of people walking around stocking shelves but nobody wants to call anyone up front to help move the customers out of the store. Probably wont shop there again

I went on their website looking for Christmas gifts for my 10 year old nephew. Everything i saw it said wasnt available. So i called the store and they has what i was looking for. They held the items over night for me. They was very polite n helpful. Lot better than walmart.

My husband and I purchased a beautiful sectional from this store a week ago. After prepping the area for it, we quickly realized it wasn’t going to fit down our basement steps. We returned the furniture with zero problem. The sales person Mary who helped us went above and beyond!! She was so pleasant and helpful on a Sunday evening after I’m sure she’d worked all day. Our son who is in the Navy will be home in less than a week and we’re so excited to have a family room with brand new furniture to entertain in!! Thank you Mary for making our furniture shopping at Big Lots a great experience!!!!

It has changed so much since I was there last,my brother-in-law swears that this is the best store ever. And I see why! The lady that helped me in the pet isle was so great! Then she was at the registers when I was checking out so I gladly went to her. She made my shopping experience very enjoyable I felt like I was shopping with a friend. So nice.

Good selection of outdoor items

What can you say, its Big Lots. They are a thrift store so dont go there expecting first rate merchandise. On the other hand, most of what they have is good enough. The do have a large selection to choose from.

The place is more organized, cleaner with more known brand item than it use to be. Seasonal change over (Im thinking) is the reason for some empty shelf areas but overall a favorable experience

I love our local Big Lots! They always have some of the latest products at awesome prices and the staff are pleasant, very helpful - approaching me to ask if they can help me find what Im looking for. Its also clean and pretty well organized. The selection changes due to the nature of their niche in sellers so its wise to stop by there before you go to the other places, they just might save you a ton of money on things you need to buy anyway.

Great prices on furniture, bedding, and towels. Many of the furniture pieces were the same that the Ashley Furniture Homestore sells.

A transaction that should have taken no more than 20 seconds...me trying to buy a pint of chocolate milk turned into 3 and 1/2 minutes of me spelling out email addresses giving out phone numbers and all of that. Nope I wont be back

Didnt have what I was looking for. Now that I think about it. I dont shop Big Lots much anymore. Seems like the last few stops Ive made there, they dont have or stopped carring items I buy.

Been waiting all summer for this table and chair still cant get.

Not busy at all plenty of options for your daily needs and recently rearranged. This big lots has a lot more options then it used to. There prices are wonderful and there people are very friendly and helpful. I will gladly be back to shop at this location again.

Prices continue to go up, quality does not. Food often close to expiration dates and same price as anywhere else. Furniture selection isnt bad.

They do not have as many items available as they used to carry BUT, the store was much nicer and cleaner than I remember it from a few years ago. Staff was quick to offer help. May shop here more often now.

Everything still has good prices but I like the new open layout better than how it used to be.

I worked here for 2-3 weeks. The manager at the establishment, Patricia treated me as if I was mentally slow and bullied me until I could not handle it anymore and I quit. I work in the medical field and picked this job because it was close to home. Needless to say Ive never experienced this type of unprofessionalism since I have began working at 15.

Like the gluten free products. Enjoy seeing what clearance stuff they have! I always leave with a bargin of some sort.

Large selection of goods. The furniture is cheap but doesnt last a long time. Got 2 years out of my main couch. If you dont have kids or a dog that likes to sleep on it, youll get more life perhaps. One of the supports broke in the 1st 2 months however. Still a good discount store and the staff is very helpful.

Well I spent 600 dollars bought a mattress on sale. Was told it would b delivered. But add on 50.00. Dam noone told me.why give them more money when I have to wait 4 til 9I have a broken back and footThe people were rude I wont shop there any more.

I was really upset!! Went to buy dishes that were advertised on sale, and they didnt have them. Ask a worker to look in the back and she told me no. Really had fun. Didnt buy a thing
