Great company, great employees, and decently priced.On time and very kind, and nice. Very knowledgeable. Showed us how the problem happened, and triple checked to make sure. Will go to them for yearly test check ups and any other problems that may occur.

Called them and sent a tech out immediately. Ed did a wonderful job and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely will be using again!! A+++++

I made a post on fb how I needed help with my ac/furnace. Edward messaged me, & instead of immediately wanting to come do a service call, he took the time and trouble shooted problems via fb messenger. We did manage to get the fans to start working again, but the unit outside is having more issues, which cant be fixed over the internet lol He gave me the number to call & schedule an appt and they will be out tomorrow!! He was very friendly & helpful!

What a amazing company they went out of there way to help us out on one of the hottest weeks even when they was busy. Their very knowledgeable about what is going on and answered all my questions. Personally feel they are fair on pricing I will definitely be using Airtime heating and cooling for now on.

Tommy is one of my best friends and very dependable man of his word . When in need you can count on him and that shines through in his buisness and the way he conducts it. There are not many companies out there that can honestly say you will always get a honest deal without being gouged.

Empty warrantyIts funny when people ie Tom Collins claims to endorse his installs funny when the A/C quite working my mother called him and she was given the run around of breakers issues and anything to avoid the service call which is understandable because time is money but when you forget to connect the condition line correctly and it leaks on the motherboard and shorts it 🤔 this may be an installation error. Also why do you need to recharge a 2 year old unit it may have a leak. His statement was it takes a while to reduce the temperature with this heat. 5 hrs not one degree down or up.The best part in this she had to bring Ravenna heating and cooling to come diagnosed the issue with the motherboard before Tom would consider sending a tech out. And the grand finale is when we calling to ask for an apology for belittle my mother the service became terminated due to a 3rd party diagnosis.Im not saying for you not to use their services. Spend $21,0000 and get a pretty pretend warranty always makes me feel secure a company
