This company packaged up my brother & his deceased wife’s belongings and did a horrible horrible job,Do not use them for your own sake. Your things won’t be worth anything when opened.His wife had passed away & her things were treated like trash, no respect & plainly cared nothing about how people might have cared about such heart meaning belongings.

I am a customer of Buckeye Packaging and have been for many years. Im taking the time to write this review because I feel excellence deserves to be recognized. SO may people write reviews when they are dissatisfied, but this is a case of totally satisfied. Kelli is the person at Buckeye who I have had almost all my contacts with. Kelli is extremely efficient and responsive, and has been for all the years Ive dealt with Buckeye. I would highly recommend Buckeye both because the product has always been high quality - the printing and the bags they produced as well, but most of all because of Kelli and how superior her service has been.

Unloaded in less then hour

I am commenting anonymously because my name doesn’t really matter at this point, but I figured it would be appropriate to speak out anyways:To all new employees who are hired in the bag machine department, I will warn you about an individual there in that department named Judy who has been there for quite a long time. She is very rude, dramatic, and nasty that she will watch you like a hawk, and harass you. It seems like she is the type that feels “threatened” by new employees that are not in her age range, especially ones that just want to learn and do their job, plus that are nothing but nice to her, she is still mean to you anyways. I will mention when I was temporarily employed there, I did nothing to her, and she would constantly harass me, and I was very angry, and did not appreciate her attitude. Not to mention she had every nerve to put her hands on my back and shove me when she saw I made one little mistake, not giving me a chance to learn from it. (I was still learning at the time.) To me, that is harassment, and no one in the workplace has any business touching one another like that.Otherwise, the pay and hours are decent.

1 hour load time. Shippers are pleasant.
