I love this JC Penney store. I will definitely miss it! I love the selection and customer service here. As always with JC Penney, the goods are of highest quality. I absolutely love the Big & Tall section for my husband. The clothes fit great on him.

Very nice, clean store. Prices are always wonderful at JCPenney. I did have an issue with one of the cashiers who I later found out was a supervisor....she was very, very rude to me. She did not let me do an even exchange, saying it cannot me done. But I know it is possible because I work at different location. I feel as if she was lazy and did not want to deal with it. I would definitely come again, but I would steer away from that supervisor at all costs!

Im going to miss the store but with the prices theyre selling stuff for right now, it will be awhile.High prices

Found some great deals on there clearance rack, that is always the first place I look when I go anywhere. You will be surprised 😱 at how much you saved when you see your receipt 😉.

Very nicely laid out for a small department store. Wide variety of goods stocked and easy to find. Had a couple of questions which were politely answered by available sales associates on floor. Great shopping atmosphere.

J.C.Penny is always friendly. I find what I want get in and out in a timely manner.

Good stuff, but deals always have fine print, that you literally can not read. Most employees act like customers, who arent dressed the finest, dont exist. With some exceptions, employees are rude.

I visited Jcpenny to use my $10 gift for opening a credit card. I was delighted to find out at the register that the item I picked out was on sale for more off than I thought. I ended up get a skirt and workout pants on my visit. Awesome deal.

Was there today bout $100+ of merchandise. the cashier was rude and pushy because I didnt want to use my Pennys card. I had the coupons 25% off 20% off and 15% off. if you spend 100+ the 25% works with any payment and she wouldnt let me use it said I was only allowed to use the 15% coupon. not only was that a big not want to go back but then also double charged me and didnt want to believe me. not a store Id reccomend.

I love our jcp, the staff are always friendly and willing to go that extra mile. 4 stars because they took the attendants and check out, out of the shoe dept. now that dept. is just like one of those other shoe places, the ones that just sells cheap shoes... cant remember the name. The only difference is the quality of the shoes they sell.

I love this store but the clothing this season is a miss for me. Womens section has little to no selection.

Their prices are crazy. Their clothes are sized just like walmart. If you need long tops or just tops that fit you have to buy crazy big sizes. Unless youre a tiny person the clothing sucks.

Store is not ada. Legally fixtures must be 3 ft apart for a wheel chair. Also signing is usually incorrect on fixtures and supervisors refuse to offer the price they sign, which is illegal. This store is a lawsuit waiting to happen

I went there earlier and purchased pants for my boyfriend! The Amazon lady Emily Pete! I directly asked if they were having coupons she told me no only 20% for applying for a jcpenny card. I told her i already applied and was denied. She then continued to lie to me about there being any further coupons when i know for a fact there was an additional 15%off for those who apply n were denied. She looked very miserable to be there. Not friendly at all. Next time i will ask for someone else help. Shes a horrible customer service person!
