Love Biggby coffee. The people working here are always nice and easy to get along with, and Ive never had any complaints.

The service there is spectacular! The staff has everything put together and they can take multiple orders at once with a nice time to give you your coffee/drink/food. And not to mention there is a variety of food and drinks there. I would recommend going here. They also have a points card if you go there often.

Heather is the best manager!! They do such a great job training the girls. My specialty drink is always just the way I like it, and when its not they are happy to correct it!

Id definitely go out of my way for Biggby over Starbucks.

Great noontime break. Had a White Lightning with a toasted Everything bagel and cream cheese. Took a seat and relaxed. Would prefer more comfortable seating but tables and chairs are OK. And my #1 wish....a drive-thru location! Dont always have the time or inclination to park and go in.

The barista was super helpful when ordering the drinks, letting us know about the specials when my.mom and I were consulting one another on what to get. That helped us a lot and put us in a good mood. The store was very clean and well maintained and we were comfortable for our time there.

Great coffee had the mocha mocha during black Friday sales gave me the peep I needed to get back to shopping for great deals. The staff was nice and I bought for our group. Since I kinda sleep in that morning. Wonderful experience a little pricey but we all liked it.

So my cousin loved this branch of coffee shop. And so after he passed away from cancer (in memory of him) we went to this one and all loved it!! Totally worth it!!!

Nice & friendly staff along with very good coffee drinks. Glad I checked them out, their iced mocha was really good, on the stronger side, but I still enjoyed it. I will return.

They didnt tell me they ran out of ingredients intil after I ordered. They tried to substitute the ingredients in a smoothie and it tasted plain and not worth the money at all.

Great flavor when you drink milk, but if your vegan, there are very little options.

3 of my drinks werent made right. Then got home and there was another one that wasnt made right. Tried another and it was really sweet. I was really frustrated. I wasnt gonna waste my time to call.

I like coffee and they have good coffee. Theyre better than most franchises in my book.

Well if they can get some good employees to work here then i would give it 5 stars. Every time i come here they have new employees and they act like complete idiots. Service sucks most the time. But damn good thing they have the best of everything. No one tops their Frozen Mochas.

I absolutely LOVE coming into Alma Biggby! The people are always so nice and just fun to talk to!! And ALWAYS make my drinks exactly the way I like them!

Im done ordering the chocolate chip creme freeze. Second time I have found plastic in my drink. First time I called the girl laughed while she was explaining that there was plastic in my drink to another girl thinking I didnt hear her. Very rude and not pleased.

This particular shop is in my home town and I cannot speak highly enough about it.The staff are always kind, helpful, patient and they treat everyone who walks in the door like an old friend theyre thrilled to see and catch up with.The wait is NEVER long for orders even when theyre busy because the staff doesnt stress when a rush hits and they work like a well oiled machine. Theyre a fantastic team of truly kind and wonderful people.The family that owns this shop are just as pleasant and enjoyable to know. They and their staff regularly get involved in the community. Theyve done donation drives and fundraisers for people in need and for charity groups, always bringing the community together to help out. Theyre genuinely caring and compassionate people.The quality of their food and drinks is excellent. Ive said for years since the first time I ever had a Biggby coffee that the hot ones are like Christmas in a cup. The truth is, every drink whether hot, iced or frozen is like a holiday celebration.Their muffins are always soft and tasty. Their cookies they will warm up for you so its like having a treat fresh from the oven.Ive been to several other Biggby shops and while I always enjoy what I get, Ive yet to find another store that comes anywhere close to the excellent quality, welcoming atmosphere, professionalism and warm demeanor of the Alma Biggby. I look forward to stopping in every visit home I make.So if you have the chance, stop in, order a Super, Hot Butterbear or a Wild Zebra. Have a cappuccino muffin or a warm cookie, take a guess at the daily trivia question and dont forget to tip your baristas. They deserve it.

I have always been impressed with the friendly baristas and great drinks. They go out of their way to make a special request drink. I recommend the Earl Grey Hot Tea Latte (aka London Fog)

Biggby might be my favorite place to get coffee. I dont drink specialty coffees, just plain black.My only issue with this location is that if they are 2 hours or less from closing they wont brew any coffee. This past winter I ordered a Grande brew, paid for it, walked around the counter to pour it myself, and they were all out. When I asked if they would be brewing more coffee, I was told we close in 2 hours. Come on, I understand controlling waste, but youre a coffee shop, brew a pot, or tell me that youre out BEFORE you charge me. 5 Stars for the brand, 3 stars for the customer service

Would much rather have Starbucks but they were closed for the day and had to go here. The coffee always tastes burnt to me and they dont have the selection of coffee syrups that I like.

The coffee was fine but the counter where you receive your drink was dirty and the bathroom was in dire need of cleaning. Highly unusual for a Biggby Coffee shop to be so dirty.

This is our favorite Bigby! We stop on our way back to Hilliard, OH from Up North. Staff is so friendly and pleasant. We will continue to make this our go-to spot on our way home from camping. Wish we had Bigby in Columbus, OH.
