If i could give no stars i would. They had very little choices for fruit, the employee did not know what he was doing, the display had not been cleaned, their menu was pictures laminated together of like 6 different varieties. It was just awful.

I give them 4 🌟 Stars. been doing well as can during the Covic 19 pendenic, only drive thru at the moment but will open slowly Intel back to regular business hours...

Service is great, awesome customer service and the ice cream is out of sight. I appreciate the fact they mix the flavors I pick into each other. To the best of my knowledge its made on site. They always have a great selection of flavors.

Im only giving a one star as Ive drove here from Ithaca 3 times now wanting to get a waffle cone. Annnnnnd of course all 3 times now they say they have none. The lady who helped me was very friendly! Thats the only reason I gave a two star. Her service was a 5* but constantly out of product dont look good. Its summer time. How in the heck do you not have waffle cones. Especially when yall make them. 👎

Tonights like the fourth time this place has been closed before the closing time. Called to make sure closing time and got there before closing and no one would answer the intercom. Called them while in line and was told they were closed(not even 7yet). One time had them actually lock the doors as we were getting ready to reach for them to come in. Worst place ever dont waste your time going.

Love the selection and quality of the ice cream. Tons of favorites. The only reason I gave it four stars instead if five stars is because of the price being really high.

They only had 3 or 4 flavors of ice cream and very little of those. Who runs out of ice cream on a Friday night in the middle of summer? Took forever, store was dirty, not impressed!!!

The freezer is usually broken completely, not freezing the ice cream, or melting it. They also service Tim Hortons so sometimes it takes 10 minutes to even get someone to help you. Its clean for the most part with a gated outdoor patio. I was most disappointed that not only were there no signs up saying the freezer was down, nothing was offered as an incentive to return. For what they charge even a 10% off coupon would have been acceptable.

Love their iced coffees! Very smooth with no lingering after tastes.

Drive 30+ miles to buy the Kids some Ice Cream for a Saturday night treat at 1013pm. To Our surprise the lights were all off and not a soul around??? Sign says open till 1100pm! So what is the deal with not being open till posted hours???

Lets start with the website says open until 11pm... Show up at 932pm and get told they closed at 930. Culvers it is from now on. The trip to Mt. Pleasant is worth it. Shut this one down too!

I drove 15 miles and I got here around 10:15 and it says you guys are open til 11.... Well you’re not so I just wasted my time 👍🏽

I couldnt tell if the girl helping me was speaking to me or her headset, even after I asked. I also overheard the people behind me complain of a hair in their ice cream!

Amazing service and options, but i asked for to go and she over filled it (not that should be a problem) and i was not able to put a lid on it so it was melting all over me
