Friendly and helpful staff. They are willing to answer questions and will take their time with you. Clean store with lots of choices. We get our baby chicks here because they give them lots of space and we have had minimal issues with them.

I called the service center and spoke with Leroy who was very helpful and extremely informative.I brought my UTV into the service center to have it looks through before the warranty was. Brandon took great care of me and my UTV, very professional! There was a part that was taking a while to come from the manufacturer, but Brandon kept the whole thing transparent and excellent follow up would call and keep me posted what was going on.There was also a girl in the store who took great care of me, I wish I caught her name but she was very pleasant and friendly! They treat you very well and professional. I highly recommend this Farm and Family, great service and great people!!

Service department is not good. Took my lawnmower in for a tune up and it was running just fine. Get it back and the inside of the mower deck was bent in so far the blades were hitting it. So i bent it back out, now if I run the mower for more than 10 min and shut it off to empty the grass clippings bag it wont start back up until it sits for a while to cool off. I dont know what they did to it, but it run 10x worse after they gave it a tune up

I will not shop at this store again... i went to buy a kong toy for my dog the price said 9.99 but rang up 16 somthing. When i said that wasnt right she cancelled my checkout and said she would have someone look at it. So i went back took a picture to prove and someone not willing to walk back comes up and scans it says i dont know what to tell you. He finally walks back to the area and pulls one of the kong balls from where i got it bring it up with some random tag and then proceeds to try and insult me. All this on top watching them belittle a employee last week.

They are strictly farm based not a place to find things you need like pipes or things you need for home repair. But I would say great for farm animals or equipment repair

The store was really nice and clean. The thing I did not like was there were no prices on merchandise. You have to find an employee to scan the item or take it to the cashier.

I love this place, all the workers are super nice and helpful. Also you can bring your dog in here so thats a plus. I highly recommend this place if you need anything for your farm.

The manager and staff at the Alma location went above and beyond my expectation. I was searching for a Breyer 2020 holiday horse. When I called the person I spoke with said they didnt have it but another location did. When that horse was a no show, they didnt stop until another was located. They made my Christmas as well as the young lady that received it as a gift.

I went in Alma to buy some oil for my car...I found some marked on sale, so I bought 4 gallons...payed for them and other stuff. Got home and looked at my receipt and was changed full price! I called and they said...well...we already put out the sale price for the next day...and wasnt on sale till the next day! I would have returned them but had already put oil in my car in the parking lot...👿

I got a car battery from the alma store back in March or April and it is junk I took it back and because the cashier did not put my info in the computer right they cant replace it never buying anything thing from there again!!!!!

We went to buy a lawnmower they had on sale and when we got there they were out. Talked to Leroy the store manager and he helped us get a deal another lawnmower. He was very honest and straight forward with us. Very happy customers.

I was treated with kindness, patience, understanding, and guaranteed satisfaction by all . They were extremely helpful . It was a pleasure working through my issue with zero agrivation on my part . Hopefully theirs also . I am completely satisfied with this company and will continue doing my business with them in the future . Really good experience. I get a lot of my pet supplies from here and they have a really nice assortment and really seem to enjoy helping you find whats best for your pets. They are also pet friendly.

Store is decent. Not dirty but definitely a farm store! Prices on certain things continue to rise slowly so thats why I havent given it 5 stars. Also their rewards system doesnt do what it supposed to I just get random $5 off every once in a awhile for random reasons, their rewards website isnt real clear about when you got your last reward i.e. enough points... Not a huge deal but I do think that part of their website needs help!

Always great prices! .69 cents a pound for wild bird feed, cant beat that! And right now, as of 7/3/19, they have some amazing deals on clothes. 50% off some items. And as always, the friendliest employees!

Nice place to pick up all your yard work needs. They always have what Im looking for. Id give 5 stars but I feel like they are under staffed and I end up searching for what I need. When I have asked where something is the staff always knows. They seem to be very competitive in there prices.

They tend to have shipments more frequently than Tractor supply, but as many times as I have had employees tell em they either have no idea about things I need help with, or have straight lied to us about it and then when we have to exchange due to misinformation... They refuse to care, deny the information they gave us or refuse exchange.I drive from about 40 min away when I come here for our farm needs but I dont think I will anymore. The amount I save isnt worth it for such poor customer service.

I normally like this store enough to keep returning. However, today I received poor customer service and a condescending attitude, from a woman worker at the front with short blonde hair, and red lipstick. It was a poor enough experience for me to no longer wish to be a customer at this store. I think Ill try out the new TSC that just opened across from The Family Farm & Home. A little advice...if you want to compete well, make sure your workers are well aware of what good and respectful costumer service is and the importance of it.

Friendly staff, pretty good selection. Store feels a little old but that really doesnt matter when you need something they have in a hurry. My wife likes the clothing selection as well. They recently eliminated a tool brand to bring in more diverse selection. Always check for the clearance stuff too.

Wanted to purchase a rabbit this afternoon a younger female worker told me I could not purchase the one I wanted because some other women had came in a couple days before and said she wanted to purchase that same rabbit but was getting a cage and items first she hadnt paid for the rabbit or anything. In my opinion that is very rude and not how stores or sales work AT ALL.

I was having a hard time finding a specific size and kind of boot. The manager went out of her way to get boots from another store and gave me the clearance price that didnt start for another week! Im impressed. :)

Great, go to store to pick up Items you may need here locally without having to go to Mt Pleasent. I recently purchased a trailer from them it was on sale plus they give me another 5% off for other minor blemishes. On the down side they couldnt locate the title but theyre having a new one sent to me. Another slight delay but they were great in working with me. I would definitely do more shopping at this location

I like this store. Good selection of Carhartt (and better than Carhartt) work wear. Tools & hardware too. Update 9/2019: I recently had a bad experience at the Clare store. They didnt have any of the items in the labor day sales flyer, they were very rude about it, too. Called this store in Alma, they had what I needed, so I made the drive. They were very professional and helpful. I wont go back to the Clare store but I will go to the Alma store.

Wonderful employee who helped us rig a tube for our washer. Didnt even charge us. Always really nice workers.

Poorly managed they just cant seem to get quality management that trickle affects the help way to many holes in products on shelf a true Gm would walk the store and get the shelves with product
